The only good thing about this place is the view of the ganga river. I will not recommend this place to a family or couples. The staff is courteous, but whole place is very shabby and rooms are in very bad shape. I regret going there and spending a night there. We loved the view and outside deck. But, we would not go again even for the view. For the money we spent, we could have found a far better place if we would not have been adamant for a ganga view (I so regret that). Pros — View of the ganga and the proximity to the river. — Staff was courteous. (One lady at reception and one guy to do all the chores) Cons — Rooms are dirty and in bad shape. We found cigarette buts and ash in our room. There were spider webs all over. — Bathrooms are dirty — Linens and mattress were dirty. — They ask for cash only. There are no card machines — There is no kitchen. You have to order food from outside. — Poorly maintained property.

It was great experience. The location was amazing. The rooms were clean too. Their service was amazing.

Three stars for the proximity to the Ganges and a clean place to take a dip in the holy river. The rooms are very basic, slightly below average, damp and not well kept. It seems they run it without caring much about reviews. This place just exists. Has a great potential but in a sad state. No kitchen was another dent. However, we didn't have much expectations.

Dirty place for stay dirty toilet having many insects. No staff only one attendent. Charge for TV Bt not provided.

Location is awesome but they don't have kitchen in hotel. Also rooms are quite average.

Homely resort, value for money for economy range rooms. Star attraction is ganges and montain next to your room, walk on the banks of the river and enjoy expansion of your lungs.

I agree with other review that this hotel/resorts is having a Awesome view of River Ganga & Mountains in just front of your Rooms. One of my friend suggested me to stay at kedia resorts so I booked for 2 nights and really me and my family were very happy. We are having all basic amenities in our room like A/C, T. V, Geyser, sofa and well clean spacious room with a big safe private parking of the hotel. Entrance of this hotel is a small lane but inside big private parking, well decorated garden and big terrace were you can sit and enjoy the peaceful nature and see Awesome view of River Ganga and mountains & you can go down for taking bath at ganga river. What else anybody want at this price. While comparing to other hotels I didn't find this kind of view in Rishikesh. If You are a budget traveller than I will suggest you to stay at Kedia Resorts/ Hotel.
