It's amazing place with cozy ambience far from mall road hustle. Nice clean rooms and very polite staff. It's just a bit on height so getting there may be a bit worrisome but when you reach their it's totally worth it.

It was a an amazing stay in swiss cottage a peace full property. Awesome evening… Grilled snacks veg, nonveg U can enjoy ur drink at ur own cost Soft music I would love to stay here again and again …

They refused to offer tea to our driver. We were ready to pay extra and they still refused. It is their policy which sounded so ridiculous. Also, you ask for anything the first response from the staff is a no. Very poor experience…

Cozy Cottage structure near the high court. Nice staff. Good service. Very helpful. Limited timing for hot water which comes after keeping the tap running for 10mins. This is in 3rd week of March18

Good rooms ; staff quite helpful to accommodate our needs and request due to the cold. Food is also good. Not allowed to bring food within premises. Need to eat outside no getting food in the rooms. Even in house food needs to be eaten in the restaurant.

It's a good cosy hotel having bright sunny mornings and mountain views.

Very bad hotel, the quality of the products in hotel is very poor, untidy towels, water leaking walls, no service before 8am. And the main staffs are very much rude and said "these are the only things we can offer". I requst each and every one of you to not book this hotel at any cost.

Nice place to stay but timings to order lunch and dinner are very specific and no service to get dinner in room.

Great place to stay, very cozy and good service. I did have an isolated incident with the TV though, halfway through my stay it got disconnected and never came back even after repeatedly pointing out to the staff. Overall had a lovely stay.

Bath rooms needs more maitainance. Plug points not in good condition. Restaurant service is very poor.

Not worthy for the Price the quote, Room are not clean, Bathroom are worst, dont go for B. Fast package in case your stay is there. If its cost 2000 INR, else better option are there.

Good accommodation. Try for rooms located in the top of building, it will show you good view of nainital.

One of my horrible experiences ever… When I planned for a trip to Nainital with my family for 2 nights I thought of booking this hotel checking the photos online which seemed to be a nice place however when I checked in to the hotel I was told that the cottage that I booked has been given to someone else and now they have 3 (2 on ground floor and 1 on first floor) deluxe rooms (cost of Rs. 4500 per room per night) available for me which were nothing less than a haunted place. Very shabby… stinking… washrooms were as bad as public toilets… no privacy as if anyone would pass by the room the noise would come… so I thought of checking out just within one hour of my stay… These unethical people on my checkout just after staying for 1 hour asked me to pay half of the amount which was 13500 and said as u have reserved the room u would have to pay this much amount. At that point my priority was to leave the hotel because I was with my entire family I just paid that amount and left. Nevertheless I would say being a frequent traveler for many years this was one of the nightmares I had. Please don't ever consider this hotel.

Location excellent, Ambience great, Outdoor courtyard for Breakfast in the sun & Dinner with Bonfires under the stars, personalised attention and quick service. A New Concept Hotel started by Aayush Nanda, a Professional Hotelier with work experience with ITC Hotels. Will certainly revisit again.
