3. Hardly 20 mins from nainital city, can be reached easily,

5. Resort have indoor games and activities to keep clindren engaged
6. Hotel staffs are polite
7. Food is also nice.

Good stay. Rooms are specious. Cleanliness was there. Room services are excellent. Awesome view.

Apart from the food all's good here. The rooms are spacious, clean and with a very good view. They only need to do something about the food as it's their biggest drawback.

This resort is located 7kms away from the hustle bustle of Nainital. Main attraction point is the valley view from almost all the rooms. Service is also good however there can be an improvement in the quality of food. Overall its a great experience.

Exemplary service but location is a bit far off from downtown Nainital. Also it is slightly on the pricier side. Decent amenities and stellar views from the rooms.

Great resort. It is a relatively new place (came up in 2015), so a few things still need work. Regardless, there were a lot of positives. It is located in the middle of nowhere in a serene environment (which might be a con for some people). It has great views from its rooms. The rooms themselves are well furnished and the room layout is linear, which affords more privacy. The in-house restaurant serves amazing food. The staff service and politeness could be improved upon. Also, the resort events are uncoordinated and mostly don't take place at all (which was disappointing). The resort doesn't provide any shuttle service to Nainital, which was a bummer. There is no Wi-Fi in rooms either. Overall, a great experience. Definitely recommended for people looking for a calm environment and decent enough facilities.

An excellent resort We stayed at this property during May 2018 and really enjoyed our stay. Staff, food, room service, ambiance all excellent. We had a nice view from our rooms. Service Manager Mr Prakash was very helpful. For my grandson of 18 months old, we wanted some specific food to be cooked and we could get the same without any issues (we had issues with Sterling Mussorrie — the satff was NOT co-operative there) A resort worth staying.

A home away from home. Customer friendly staff. Food spread for every palate. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Spa for massage very good. Within budget.

Location is Good, new property, comfortable. Staff are also helpful, sign boards of the Resort from Nainital city is much needed (being a new property, local ppl aren’t aware of this Resort) rest all.

It's about 7 km from Nainital towards bhowali. If you prefer staying in an absolutely peaceful setting far from the hustle & bustle of Nainital town. Lovely resort. There is an activity centre that has activities lined up throughout the day, 7 days a week. Travel could be a hassle less you have your own transport or a rented bike/car. Beautiful mountain view. Cozy rooms. The food is pretty good. Pool tables and indoor games. Staff is warm and welcoming.

We had a wonderful 3 day stay at this hotel. Staff was extremely courteous and they always went a step beyond to help us. We had 2 kids with us and both created a lot of trouble for the hotel staff, but they enjoyed every bit of nonsense done by our kids and didn't mind cleaning up the mess later. The Restaurant Staff took special care of the type of food required for the kids. Restaurant menu was fantastic on all 3 days. They also arrange DJ in a separate Hall in the evening so that Kids and Family can dance together. There are lot many things around this place to keep you entertained for 3 days. I will prefer this property anytime over a 5 Star Hotel in Nainital.

The stay is very good and hygienic. The food is very tasty and worth the money. The staff is very equipped and polite to everyone. Loved staying here.

It was an awesome experience to stay at this hotel in Nainital. It is perfectly located in the Bhowali Road from where a picturesque view of the of mountains and downhill is breathtaking. The rooms are great, spacious, well furnished, maintained and facilitated. The food served at the buffet layout is delicious and brilliant. One can be "spoiled for choices" with number of options available at the buffet layout.

Very nice and elegant hotel near Nainital. Mind it that this hotel is not in Nainital but at least 7 km away from Nainital. I don't know what kind of travellers will find this hotel suitable for them because driving to and fro from Nainital takes around 20 minutes and is a real pain. Hotel is good but dull in terms of activity. If you are looking for serene and peaceful stay this may be for you. Property is extremely new and very up market. There are no markets nearby and the nearest market is 4 kilometre away at Bhowali. Prices are on the higher side given multiple options available on Mall Road Nainital itself. In my case I made a mistake by booking this hotel because I was with a big group including kids.

I would suggest this hotel to everyone. In terms of cleanliness, services, hospitality, scenic view & almost everything one can think of, the hotel is amazing. The rooms are very spacious! The only disadvantage is that it is situated a bit far from the mall road.

Amazing property… With an amazing view at a very economical price range. Rooms are big with king size beds, wooden flooring. Away from city traffic and noise 7kms before Nainital … In short best place to stay within a few kms of Nainital…

This is a good hotel to stay at. The fact that it is around 9 kms away Nainital is a big drawback. If you are visiting Nainital it's best to stay at the Mall Road. This hotel has good hygiene and ambience. No good room service. Most of the rooms have a really nice view with balcony which I loved it.

Nainital with its proximity to Delhi is an excellent weekend gateway and the resort has been the next best thing. Convenient to reach, spacious rooms with excellent view of the sunlit hills and courteous staff. Hiring a car for a day's excursion is also super easy. The buffet spread in their inhouse restaurant 'Tadka' is also decent and good value for money. If anybody is headed for the hills this is a must try out hotel. Cheers to the guys for doing a good job!

Nice, quite and cozy. Staff is cordial and food is delicious Monsoon clouds cover the place now and then. There's an artificial waterfall near the entrance. Small kitchen with essential crockery, a microwave and refrigerator in the room add completeness to holiday experience.

Not far from Nainital, this is a cosy resort that will take you closer to the mountains. The location is perfect, and the rooms are comfortable. It also has a spa and games room if you are looking to relax and have some family time. Good for a weekend getaway. The location helps you reach major tourist places easily.
