Great location being almost on the mall with car parking. Very helpful staff.

Food was awesome. Location is also good. Its very near to mall road. but the bad thing was about cleanliness.
we were not satisfied with the cleanliness part in room. Bedsheets, pillow covers had hairs on them, like they were not changed before we checked in the hotel room.
there were hair strands in washroom also. We requested for change of bed linen next day. But it was the same. Unclean. So I request the hotel staff to please pay attention to cleanliness.

They offer great lake View Rooms with Resort like ambience just next to Mall road. They serve delicious food with superb service. Highly recommend.

Always wanted to stay at a beautiful lake facing property in Nainital. Thanks to the team of Xperience India for such an amazing stay at Seasons Resort. The rooms are clean, decked up with all the modern amenities and services. The staff is really helpful and what should I say about the food. From lunch to dinner to breakfast, every meal is cooked and served with love. The inhouse chef also treated me with local Kumaoni food on request. You can either chill in your room's balcony or in the garden outside the restaurant. Interiors are tastefully done and decor is class a part.

Hotel manager that we found on 16th July 18 during the day time while we arrive there was so pathetic that even after the peaceful stay we are not satisfied. Everything was fine as far as view from lake view room is concerned. parking was very bad no Wi-Fi in rooms distance from mall road to hotel was very steap.

The hotel is near to mall road. No Wi-Fi in rooms only near reception area. Hotel has a garden, as well as a shared lounge. The restaurant serves Indian cuisine.  All units in the hotel are fitted with air conditioning, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a safety deposit box and a private bathroom with a shower. Certain rooms with lake views NOT ALL ROOMS but each room is equipped with a kettle. Nearest airport is Pantnagar Airport, 65 km from the hotel but very few flights, New Delhi airport is an option but is nearly 285 k. M. From Nanital.

Amazing place to stay and relax, close to nature and hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. I liked the rooms cleanness and their unique ways to conserve natural resources and help in sustain the ecological balance of Nainital. Be it open terrace restaurant or sipping hot coffee at the balcony the view will always be mesmerizing. Loved it!

Good place clean and nicely maintained. Food and Breakfast can be better. Road to Hotel is very steep, they should have free pickup and drop from mall road. And an elevator for guest with knee trouble.

If you are looking for an elite hotel, this is the right place to be. The rooms are awesome, room service is great and the location is perfect. A very well maintained property. Loved our stay here.

Good breakfast, good service. Asked for extra tea bags, mosquito repellent and was provided immediately. Good fitting and fixtures for hotel rooms. Bad sheets and duvet cover were dirty in all three rooms. In fact mattress cover was a mess and I had to ask for changing the sheets and remove the cover. I appreciate that they agreed to change it otherwise I would have to change the hotel in the night. Dirty bed sheets was my main concern, after it was changed my stay was very comfortable. Same thing in restaurant, I have never seen such a dirty sofa covers anywhere in the world. Being lived in US and UK, I am also a self service person so not very keen on staff providing excessive service in restaurant for the sake of the tip. But I guess some people like the lavish service offered.

Great hotel for great price. Very nice and friendly staff. Housekeeping is great as well.

Rooms were good, had a nice balcony and a nice lake side view. Service was also good just food was not much pleasing.

Itz on a steep mountain. They say they provide mall drop nd pick up but every time their car is on servicing. Booking a cab for sight seeing which they took double than normal which we found out on enquiry. The food is hell lot of costly. The food was okk but the roti nd Naan was horrible. The ambiance is fine but the overall experience is costly than the price of stay.

Superb Hotel. Great helpful Staff. Breakfast was tasty. Parathas the Best. Location Great. Just that there is a Very Steep drive up the Hotel. The walk up the hotel is also very steap.

Nice cozy resort with an awesome view of lake n valley… specially at night… nice n cozy balcony… courteous Nd helpful staff. The resort also arranges for bonfire in their garden side restaurant (open space). This is a place to chill n ease.

Good rooms and services and comes with free commute from hotel to mall road. Price is slightly on the higher side for room / hotel.

The weather is amazing, for couples it is a must to have the Lake View room as you will be filled with the joy of beautiful surrounding. For elderly people/people with joint pain it is somehow difficult to climb the 200 metre and so path. Although the hotel provide the pickup and drop at any time. Best thing, it is near to naini lake, mall road and other visiting spots. Rooms are good and staff is helpful as well.

Nice place to stay in Nanital. I am giving 4 star rating based on my experience but this is a 3+ star new and clean property. I enjoyed all 2 night 3 days stay in seasons. I booked lake view room with balcony and had a nice view of lake from room. It's amazing when you stay in Nanital with lake view all the time. The room was above my expectations, very clean with new interiors. Room Service was also good, service staff was just one call away from you. I stayed with my 2 year old son, so hiegne and good food was my priority. Restaurant service was also good and they arranged hot milk, Dalia and upma for my son. This hotel is very near (100-200 MTR) to Mall road starting point with parking facility. And if you are driving your own car then plz call driver from hotel as road is very narrow and steep. Otherwise hotel will provide you free pick and drop from mall road and pickup n drop is not due to distance, it is due to steep road. Only issue I faced when I called a cab from hotel and they charged high rate (500 INR extra) and cab was very old and very dirty. Never call cab from hotel service, I was expecting a good/nice car for sightseeing out of Nanital.

Great balcony rooms. Awesome lake view. Polite staff. Close to mall, lake and naini temple. Must improve on food varieties. Same type of non veg served for three nights we stayed. And almost same breakfast.

Rooms are nice and clean with an amazing view of lake from balcony. I found staff very courteous. Although food variety can be improved, quality of food was good. There are two cottages: old and new. Avoid taking new cottage as the orientation and geometry of walls and furniture are not upto the mark. We initially stayed at new cottage for a day but later shifted to executive room, thanks to the staff for accepting our request. The room was much better than the new cottage. Furthermore, No of channels in TV is limited to music only and no news or sports channels are available. So, missed few IPL matches during my stay. However, overall experience was great. Strongly recommended.

A perfect place to stay in Nainital. Looks exactly the same as shown on their website. Absolute clean rooms, washrooms, lobby, restaurant. It is a new property and the rooms are done up tastefully and look modern. Our small balcony gave us a lovely view of the lake. Lake view rooms were just mind blowing, especially when you wake up in the morning and sit in balcony with hot tea. They have a lovely outdoor lawn where one can sit and have meals. The staff is courteous, always smiling and makes an effort to please you. The buffet also is a nice generous spread and well made. I really appreciate Jitendra, he helped us a lot. As it was or first trip to Nainital, he explained all the near visiting sites and how to reach. I will highly recommend this hotel to everyone who is planning visit to Nainital.

It was a wonderful stay at Seasons Hotel as the location is unbeatable in mid range price. It was only a short walk from the Mall Road with ample parking space. The lawn and the front facing rooms offer nice view of the Nainital lake, there rooms have a small sit out area where you can enjoy your morning coffee/Tea gazing at the beautiful Naini lake. Excellent location excellent service with humble behaviour of hotel staff. We had buffet breakfast and dinner everyday and lo…ved the choice and quality. The staff (Jeevan Chand & Jitendra) was attentive and ready to accommodate special needs at the hot counter. All in all it was a great experience with every little detail done well (the daily evening bonfire) Thumbs Up and Enjoy!

Everything was superb but my girlfriend was irritated cause she didn't found there any comb. Food was delicious. And one more thing, increase TV channels… Thankyou. Best hotel in valuable price.

Food is amazing, infact its sheer wastage of time and money to dine in restaurants outside.
Breakfast buffet was amazing. The tea is exceptionally good. I think I had 4 cups every morning. Missing it!
Room services is really good and the rooms are also comfortable. Infact they have maintained a good standard.
The sales team is also good, they ensure to make things reasonable and as convenient as possible.
View is amazing

The only cons is that is too much at a height. A little difficult to reach by foot!

Best hotel in Nainital, I was tried more than 8 hotels, this is best, best of best all staff service.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Very nice view from the balcony. Very short distance from the mall road. No noise of the traffic in the mall road is disturbing us. Best destination to stay in Nainital. I would like to come to this hotel again and again with my family. Best of luck seasons!
