I loved this place that provided me a quiet getaway from my routine city life. The staff is good and polite, took personal care provided… the picturesque back drop is jst an add on… I discovered a new serene me … thanks to the lovely ambience… going back with renewed energy and cherishable memories.

Nainital pristine and quiet just as one would want to experience it.

Very bad hotel… far from market, service is okok…, hotel is not adjust with client, very old interior, food quality very bad… personally opinion … free ma aape to pan naa jawaai…

Good rooms. It takes a lot of time to get the foods to serve. It took more thab 45 minutes for me to get my order of two cups of tea. Otherwise a good stay.

It was a perfect and comfortable place to stay in nainital. After all the tiredness of the trip. A perfect place to relax. So calm n composed.

Very bad facilities poor staff.

Poorest experience of a hotel ever. The manager and the owners talk no sense and are extremely rude. They refused to provide blankets for the driver, who even caught cold when it rained in the night. Staff is inexperienced and are taught to shout and run away when asked for services.

Nice hotel to stay at. Good surroundings away from city rush. Good and easy connectivity to town with or without conveyance.

Hotel is at beautiful location a little away from the huzzle buzzle of the mall road… Oyo staff with good service, behaviour and positive attitude… would recommend for peace lovers and would surely visit again… keep up the good job team… Thanks.

This is a place where you would like to stay… the place has good food, instant service, games like pool and carrom for entertainment but cleanliness can be improved.

Excellent location, away from the maddening crowd. Though food can be avoided here, but the stay is comfy and cosy. Definitely recommended.

Rooms are spacious, but not clean. Amenities mentioned in the site were not available. Location is good, food is simple and good, friendly staff. Ys I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

It’s so bad no any facilities for drivers Staff not carrying drivers Cab drivers are coming and customer are living in this hotel but the staff are not good for caring driver stay facility and food are not giving. And the food are not good and it’s so expensive in this hotel … I m not see this type hotel in my life so it’s bad very bad.

Intercom is not working. Lazy staff and they repeat the same towel next day. Rooms are not too clean. I never preffer this hotel again.

The hotel is average, room are below average and the food is of worst quality. Went with my office frnz for a weekend tour to nainitaal and literally throwed down the coffee in washroom, was totally waste. Hardly did breakfast.

Great Service, Good size of rooms. What I liked most was its location, Located next to Manu Maharani, this hotel is not on congested mall road like others. The area surrounding the hotel is kind of silent fitting to your main purpose of yours coming to hill station. Overall.
