Receptionist was good and room service was also good there!

The only remarkable thing about this hotel is that it is situated in the heart of the city. Otherwise no one would like to repeat his experience here.

Very decent lodge with 24 hour service.

A fools paradise. They dont know how to welcome guests. Behaves like as if they are some top notch government officials. Bastards. Subha 6 bje gya tha is raddi hotel me. Mujhe duniya bhar ke kanoon padha diye. Then hotel kumaon plaza welcomed me at 6 30 in the morning. Is chutiya shine hotel ka to mai paani bhi naa piyu.

Hotel has good staff, fast service and easy to reach from bus stand and railways station by walking.

Room service is too good.

Only AC is available in room… otherwise the room is not gud Nd washroom is so much dirty.

Location is good easily reachable from railway station and bus stand staff is well behaved hotel is well maintaned rooms are specious and neet and cleaned room service is excellent 100/ power backup with parking facility food is good with reasonable rates over all nice place to stay.

A very generic hotel. I found the prices to be fairly low (which is a positive aspect), and the hotel had decent service with staff that conducted business professionally. Location is convenient, and accessible. The rooms are spacious and were well made before checkin.

Location of Hotel is Very Nice. It is in the heart of the city but Staff is not good as required. I stayed here for one day. Rooms are good in size, electrical Sockets are not working properly. Bathrooms was not comfortable they are not in the practice of cleaning it properly most awkward thing is smell of Cigaretts in the rooms… Hotel staff use to smoke in the rooms when customers are out of hotel.
