Poor quality hospitality, no customer service, no way of talking. It's not a hotel itsi a lodge only If you take this hotel you will be trapped. There is a person at the reception who fights with everyone doesn't have manners to talk. The staff is very poor simply illitrate. For Everything they will say it's not possible you can leave the hotel now. I've never seen people in hospitality with this kind of pathetic behavior. My suggestion is don't go to this hotel. I've attached some photos also. In morning time the electricity will go and you can't use the geyser and other appliances. Hotel staff don't know what happened with electricity. Food whatever you want to eat have to order before at least 1hour that too with the number of chapatis etc. Seriously this is the worst hotel I've ever seen in my life.
Very bad experience. Staff not cordial. Service so poor. They don't respect the guests. Rooms are not good or clean as shown in the pictures. Dirty towels, bedsheets, bedcovers etc. Food served of bad quality. No room service available. Spoiler of the place dhanaulti. Not worth even one star.
