Recommended only for people looking for a budget hotel. Not too clean, especially the bathrooms — dirty floor of the shower area and even dirtier waste bin, Layers of dust easily visible on the headboard of beds, small patches formed at the headboard where someone would rest their head while sitting on bed (was looking yucky). On a scale of 0 — 10 with 0 being the lowest this gets a 5 as they have done fair job at cleaning the common areas clean but have entirely missed on some essentials. Food is average. Recommend a-la-carte and not buffet coz that's again phew!
They have gym on the same floor as my room so for that :)

I stayed at Four Point Sheraton. The hotel is a great place to stay. Tge staff is absolutely too class professional courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel highly.

And located right next to a nice modern mall! This hotel is truly great value for money and good attentive staff especially the housekeeping team even though I troubled them a lot all eve for stuff and I have to mention Vinod at front desk really wonderful guy! Fantastic! Thanks guys.

Stayed for one night. Went for breakfast in the morning to their restaurant on the 5th floor. Got a shock of my life seeing a rat eating doughnuts on their bakery counter. And they're supposed to be a part of the Marriott group. Horrid experience. Of course didn't eat anything. Stay away from this hotel. You never know when their food will poison you.

It is located in Main Rajpur road.
Location is beautiful, greenery and easy access for Mussoorie.
It gives views of Mountains, Forests and nearby market.
Rooftop Dining restaurant is fabulous.

The experience was amazing. The staff is very well trained and very polite. Lived their attitude. The food was amazing, the bar feels cozy. Room was well maintained.

Been to the place to have dinner. While the ambience is great, the food menu is a bit limited in terms of options. Overall the food tasted decent. Good place to celebrate a special occasion with your loved ones.

5 stars if the corridor carpets outside the rooms are kept neat and tidy. Otherwise everything else is great. The lemon water placed at the entrance near the reception area is very refreshing:)

It is located next to a mall and has great service. It is a bit expensive but worth spending money. Staff is very polite and food is satisfactory.

They have a nice rooftop restaurant. The selection of beer is limited on some of my visits. The service is sharp. Worth a visit but be ready to pay.

This hotel exists in one of the famous locations of doon and the hotel as good amenities, fast service, parking. The hotel is near to the all main tourist location around the town. Rajpur road is famous for its casual clubs, western view and night life. This hotel is one of the best hotels in town. So clean and well maintained ambience. Loved the hotel and good for a weekend gateway and good to bring young kids. Easily visible from road and huge area for parking.

Was there for dinner with my family, the food is good… desserts are good… ambience is also okay… But my dinner was completely ruined by the staff… Worst service ever… staff is very careless and casual towards the guests… We weren't served even after reminding them thrice about the order… Not worth the time and money…

Location and infra is good, nice rooms. Suggested for Stay only not fit for events as halls are very small and low height halls. Food is average should opt for good joints near by…

An excellent property, with almost all basic amenities in good condition. Staff is courteous, housekeeping & room service prompt. While everything else is perfect slight working needs to be done in terms of food, which definitely can be better. Swimming Pool is missing. Overall an ideal destination for both family& business trips.

It is a great and lovely place to stay in the valley city. Beautiful views and excellent service. It is located on Rajpur Road, one of the most popular roads of Dehradun. Every fab pub and place to visit is almost in reach. Even near to railway station. Jolly Grant Airport is a bit far though, round about 36km.

This lovely hotel was a breath of fresh air! Our group was unfortunately not feeling so great during our time in Dehradun so this place having warmth and cleanliness (as we didn't really pack for the weather in the hills) was excellent. The staff were accommodating to our needs, and the breakfast was pretty nice too. Good location right next to a shopping centre.

This is one of the most luxurious hotels in Dehradun. The service is awesome and the rooftop restaurant with the view of the four peaks of the mountain range and mussorie adds to its beauty. You will love the greenery of the place. Lots of foreign tourists stay in this hotel.

One of the finest hotels recently visited. I was here for official purpose and what I found was a good hotel with a well trained staff, the staff is really hospitable and so professional. The facilities are really good. The food was really tasty and served with love. The hotel is on Rajpur road and can be easily reached by a cab. The view from the restaurant is really good and comfy.

Worst Experience, Ordinary Hotel. Extremely bad customer support, rude and unprofessional staff. Ruined our experience by the amount of issues we faced with front desk. Prices are not worth for those cheap small rooms. You can hear everything from next rooms, lack of privacy. I cancelled our booking for next day and left after a day as we did not had any choice but to leave. Check Hotel Mosiac in Mussoorie on mall road; such amazing ambience, extremely modern decors and luxury rooms.

Great hotel. Safe and secure for foreign travelers. Staff is extremely helpful and cordial and most speak English. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

The food is great and the pricing is fairly reasonable and affordable. The service is not the best but surely great. The overall vibe is rather dull but it surely doesn't miss out on making up for it by providing an amazing view of the city from the restaurant on the top floor.

Been there only for night stay (twice) and dinner (multiple times but the food quality was atrocious recently (past 5-6 months) idk why). Have eaten both a-la-carte and buffet menu and I'll say buffet menu is the one you should go for as you get the most items and value for money in that. The food quality is back to its good standard's now, so now qualms there. There is valet parking and 2 lifts which are usually empty and the stairways and room hallways are super silent (just the way I like it). The restaurant floor staff and customer relation though is horrible and they have no customer courtesy and you literally have to demand respect from them in case they bring bad food or take 30+mins for something as simple as bread's. +5 star's for the food but — 2 for the staff.

I stayed here for one night during my stay in Dehradun and I enjoyed it. The location is a lil isolated which makes it a lil away from the main Dehradun but every essential can be procured from the adjacent mall and every famous Cafe is within a range of 2 kms. It provides good room service and the beds are comfortable.

Staff is very nice but the services provided by four points by Sheraton were not up to their level. I feel the service was quite low graded and food was not hot & not enough for people's.

Good ambience, great drink and fine food. Not giving it 5 stars as a limited menu is served during evening hours which is the best time to visit this one of the best roop top restaurant in the city to enjoy sunset. Perfect for couples and even family. Calm ambience.

Fantabulous Hotel in Dehradun.
I went with my family in the month of October 2017 and had a great stay in Four Points by Sheraton. It is one of the best hotel in Dehradun with nice comfortable rooms and staff are professional & very helpful. We enjoyed the buffet dinner & breakfast at the Terrace restaurant, with the view of Mussoorie. Food was awesome.
I really appreciate staff going extra care for your stay. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place to stay. Comfortable and good food. People can feel that they are in home but not really… It's a mixed feeling and the staff is very cooperative… I had a good experience.

Nice play to stay. The dinner was awesome and so was the view. It is a bit away from the city but has good places around to enjoy Dehradun.

The restaurant is the deal breaker. It is in an exotic terrace setting, with dining tables both indoors and outdoors. The outdoor dining area is nothing less than a luxurious-meets-relaxing lounge with live music that is more alive than the name suggests. The washrooms are clean, and the food is amazingly cooked. Dinners at Four Points are what you need if you've got to impress someone. The rooms are also relatively clean and well organised but I haven't really stayed in them as I'm a local. I'd recommend people who can be a little lenient on their wallet to try Four Points by Sheraton, Dehradun!

Rooms are comfortable, and the housekeeping staff is good. The hotel needs to improve upon a — la — carte, preparation time. More often the dinner is laid out as buffet. But the restaurant staff needs to attend to, resident guests promptly, which is lacking. Overall a nice property to stay at Dehradun, Sahatradhara on Rajpur Road. A few restaurant staff is good and caring, provided they are on duty. No swimming pool, but a nice Gym is housed.

It is actually one of the best places Dehradun can offer in terms of accommodation. Rooms are clean and well maintained, somewhat smaller but sufficient. Rooftop bar is quite nice as well.

No warmth in the reception. It is not very welcoming. Food in the restaurant on the top floor is below average.

Location is great but can't say much about the food. The view is great and the winter winds can make sitting out not for the faint hearted. Umm, the decor leaves much to be desired. The food is not Sheraton standard and the stewards are too loud and busy conversing with each other (? ). However, the bar has a better feel than the restaurant. The outdoor seating is great during winter afternoon with beer and friends.

I stayed at Four Points by Sheraton, Dehradun for a single day at their luxurious suite room. All the facilities and amenities were perfect in the room except for the service part which was not good at all. I ordered food in the evening which took almost 80 minutes to reach the room. Later I asked for some fresh towels which again took 20 minutes to reach my room. According to the person at the guest services, the reason for the delay was that their store room for keeping the towels was in the basement and my room was at 4th floor!

I booked their best room of Premier category and paid approx. Rs 7000 for a night but return is not satisfactory. Poorely designed, bad and smaller room. Inside gets disturbed from adjacent room. Voices and talks in gallery. No bath gown no dental kit no shaving kit no writing pad no complimentry cookies or fruits plate available in premier room. Limited items in breakfast on 5th floor dining hall. Adjacent Lemon Tree hotel is far. Better and cheaper than 4 point sheraton. My request to receptionist for hard mattresses was declined as not available. Never to stay again in Sheraton hotel Dehradun. They are. Spoiling Sheraton's name. Very disappointed.

Far the best Hotel in Doon.

The staff was rude as hell and refused to seat us even after the restaurant was less than 50% occupied. Really bad to see how they treated us after having 5 stars rating. I would never visit it after how I was treated by the staff. Worst experience ever.

Most luxurious hotel in Dehradun.

Excellent accommodations and exceptional staff. The 5th floor terrace is great. I watched the sun rise and the beautiful mountains while enjoying a fantastic cup of coffee. I will definitely come back.

Excellent service. Enjoyed the stay. Well trained staff. Our family was stranded due to car breakdown on way to hotel from Delhi. Contacted the staff and promptly acted on our requests by sending cars to help us out helping us reach Four points Sheraton Dehra Dun safely. Thanks.

The best hotel ever seen in Dheradun.

Very bad. At night, can you expect they had let sever water off and did that every night. Yuck The water smelled like a garbage dump.
