Best price hotel. Good facilities. Value for money. Tasty breakfast. Overlooks the lake.

I am highly impressed by the hotel services. The day we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with welcome drink which was a much needed one after a long journey. We found the rooms extremely tidy which was a breezer. To add to it, we were amazed to see the bhimtal lake directly from the room which is a great scenic experience. The food was mouth watering. In our entire stay at the hotel, the sumptuous food no matter which dish we order exceeded our expectations. The staff is also very hospitable and fulfilled our requirements properly. I can undoubtedly say that the hotel is one of the best one can find at bhimtal and I would recommend it to all planning to visit this place.

First of all, The non veg food served here is halal. The staff from manager to waiter is very polite and helpful. The food is delicious. Rooms, bathrooms, corridors are neat and tidy. Free parking, Wi-Fi available. Worth every penny.

Bad service it seems they don't have adequate manpower, every thing is late. Food quality not good at least four families I met during my stay complained about it, the breakfast pathetic. The lift was not working when we entered and the lift can only carry two people at a time. Noting other than the view from the hotel is good and you can find many other with same view. It's not at all a good value for money. Not recommended…

Was very happy to live here and when ever you come here I suggest to book a lake view room as it’s very beautiful view from that room. I had the lake view room and it was very relaxing. The food is also one of the best with lots of variety in dishes. The parking here is totally free and please try and hire a local driver for tourists only as the outsiders can’t drive on the difficult road in Bhimtal and Nainital.

This is a great place to stay at Bhimtal. The hotel just faxed the Bhimtal lake. The rooms are well maintained and with everything that you need during your stay. And the staff is ready to help. The food served here as buffet or at the room is awesome and worth every penny. A place to stay and make your trip memorable.

View from Deluxe room is awesome as it is Lake facing room. Hotel staff is also cooperative. Only parking needs to be improved as it is very difficult for someone 2 ho goes by his or her own car to park the car because parking ramp is too straight. Otherwise hotel is very good from view perspective and meals perspective. I can give four star rating to this hotel.

Beautiful place and amazing hotel. Hotel manager is very cooperative. We requested for lake view rooms and got it without any delay. Very clean and maintained rooms. It was a pleasant experience. The Hotel is situated at a great location. The rooms were clean and as per the description in the pictures. The complementary breakfast was great with plenty options and management was helpful.

Hotel and food is ok… location is good if u got lake facing room. But if you came for Nainital plz do book your hotels in Nainital only. Bhimtal ia 20 KMS away small town. Nthing to roam around in the evening once u come back to hotel. U can avoid your 2 hours unnecessary travalling if u book hotel in Nainital.

We had ordered a family room for which we paid high. But after we visited there the room allotted was a double bed room. Then when we called they said they would give us an extra bed which came in around half an hour later. So they are just for minting money, not worth it. Food was good, people were respectful and other things were okay.

Very nice staff and great location. But food is pathetic here and beddings and towels had stains. Also there was no light in the lobby area. Locks of washroom doors were not working. So over all it was not a good experience and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Excellent Staff, Extremely well maintained rooms and great food but the drawback being it's 22 km ride from Nainital. I doubt there's any hotel as good as this one in the vicinity. My Sister forgot her glasses here and they helped us by couriering it back to Mumbai. Thanks a lot!

Hotel staff are to good and and very help full. Most important part of this hotel is his own location, Food cleanse behavior all are good. If you plan a holiday of Naintial u stay here.

We went there as our first stay of the uttarakhand trip. There we all enjoyed our 2 night stay, the rooms were clean and well-furnished and also the food was good. I will give the five star to their amazing hospitality. We are thankful.

A decent hotel with all necessary amenities. What makes it better than others is the peaceful lake view from the room as it is just at the bank of Bhimtal lake. Hotel staff was nice and quick responsive. Food was also having enough options. Overall would recommend for others :) :)

We stayed for 2days management over all not good staff was responding very slow dinner veg and non veg both serve on same table and not label mension on item wi fi not connet whole time money is vaste.
