Lift only till reception, rest by foot, excellent location, maintenance staff need training, no bill given, so some grey area, negotiate food to be included, otherwise you are stranded or pay for unduely costy food, terrace with restaurant is an amazing setting…

Most amazing scenic beauty can be admired from this property. The best in class service. Best option to be in. Food, drinks, staff everything just perfect. Choose garden view room when getting a booking done. For a life time experience.

We stayed from 21 to 24th June 2018. Hotel is very good. Lake view you will get only if you book club room. Food is average — need to work on it Toiletries — below average (shower cap conditioner they won't give you so better carry from home) Hospitality wise — it's 5 /5 Staff — very good, soft spoken.

Excellent hotel in Bhimtal. Rooms, Service are very much satisfactory. Staff is well trained and understand different customer needs. Enough parking space to accommodate 20 vehicles. Hotel have lift to reach reception area which is approx 30 ft from parking level. We had buffet breakfast during our stay and quality is good and served hot.

The hotel is very good. Lake facing rooms available. Quaint on most of the day. Has an open lobby outside facing the lake for people to sit and rest. Rooms are posh. Food is also up to the mark. Must stay hotel if u want to escape from the crowded Nainital streets.

Amazing. Just amazing. Enjoyed every moment of my stay here. The location is heavenly — facing the calm and beautiful Bhimtal lake. The rooms are clean and spacious and the cleaning service is great. There's a wide variety of food to choose from for dinners and lunches. The staff is also polite and helpful. The only discomfort I experienced was the issue of hot water in the bathroom — the geyser was not working. However, the management made it available in short time, so no problem.

Awesome view, delicious food, clean and beautiful rooms, great hospitality and friendly atmosphere… Room service was good too… Best part was to have food sitting just opposite the lake with awesome weather… Loved the stay… Would definitely visit again and stay here only…

We visited this hotel with our office group of 57 peoples, it's was nice location just Opp the lake, and near to market, room service and hospitality was good, only food was the area where hotel have to improve a little, with south indian taste, and varieties.

Location is superb but difficulty for big vehicles to climb like a group tour of school etc.

An average hotel with a scenic view! If you want to stay with a lake view then go for a cottage. Food is average and does not have much variety. Ala carte is better than buffet. Room service is ok, not that great. Have lot of Maintainance issues. Taps not working, fridge not working, bathroom jets not working etc. Even machines not working to swipe cards. Overall an average experience!

The rooms were super cool. The toilets were clean. Breakfast and dinner was too good. And the view from private balcony is just amazing… you see a nice and large lake named Bheemtal where you you can enjoy boating. From the balcony you can also enjoy morning and evening view of nice clouds touching the mountains… good place to stay…
