It's Great. Must visit there.

I attended a presentation, participants were 18.55 inch Rb got connected to laptop, the system worked well. A few times have attended business meetings (presentation etc). The place is good.

It was an amazing experience… From Room cleaning… to any type of service… It was my first travel and stay with a 1.5 yr kid and senior citizen parents and they made it wonderful. I want to thank especially Sant Ram from housekeeping, Shrayansh from Front office and Vipin Kumar who always welcomes us by opening the gate with a smile whether it’s day or night… Thanks a lot everyone for a mind blowing service…keep up the good work.

Its a wow place. This is called the hospitality. Everything was on time, service mind blowing, paneer lababdar, dal tadka, veg biryani, spring rolls each and every thing was mouth watering, mr deepak if m right was taking of L14 he was so caring abt the taste of food and other service, and and got complimentry french fries for my neice. Service, greeting, food, ambience, everything 7*. Thank you Renaissance.

Visited the restaurant on 14 th floor. Food was delicious but lacked options in vegetarian section. Prompt service and seamless attention throughout the meal. I was given a table next to buffet section and it was kind of noisy. Restaurants decor do not match the lobby especially the lighting was a tad bright for my liking. Good place to bring the kids.

A lot of time, money and effort has been invested to bring probably the best rooftop in the city to existence. The place has been wonderfully built and attention has been paid to even the tiniest possible detail. I personally felt that the structure could have been spread a little more widely as there was ample space available. May be it was restricted on account of some legal restrictions which is not my area. The thing is I felt the place was a little congested. The food was good and the view from the rooftop was mind boggling.

Awesome rooms. The fixtures are top notch. Loved the rooftop swimming pool. Amazing view of the parks/memorials that have been put in place. Good service by the staff. Loved the food especially the breakfast. The hotel also has a gymnasium, albeit a little small in size but makes up for it with the equipment. Would certainly want to stay here the next time I am here.

Hotel rooms are comfortable and butler services are great and they have magic glass in the bathrooms, you can change the visual density with just clicking a button. They offer Sepia restaurant for the event, please don't go for it if you're looking for a venue for the corporate event. Banquet staff is very supportive.

We had an exhibition here for our brand SHATAKSHI DIAMONDS & JEWELS. We have dined & done parties here multiple times but this was our first exhibition organized by Blush & Lifestyle. It went good. We got to meet new different people. Arrangements were good. The hall was big enough.

Renaissance hotel is one of the best hotel in Lucknow. Good services are provided here and staff is very polite. Infrastructure is so good. Rooms are very neat and cleaned and all services were provided quickly. Good dining options are available here. Very good hotel to stay. Environment of hotel is good and clean. Its brand new very fancy equipment hotel and really awesome place to stay. Reason for less than Five star is that walls are not sound proof and too thin between rooms on 8th floor. The TV in another room plays as if in one own room.

One of the best places to be. Be it in terms of staying here or partying with friends. Or just dinner. Everything is perfect here. Especially their lounge. Do visit if you actually want to get that Royal feel.

The hotel is situated in Lucknow's most developed and prominent area with a great view of the city's Gomti River and modern buildings. It is in the vicinity of all major malls in Lucknow and enjoys access to some of the city's best roads. Hotel staff is courteous and polite. Food served is sumptuous and fresh, with a wide variety of options to choose from, for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Great experience overall!

Nothing can beat service standard, food layout and support service. Roof top bar, 14th floor restaurant are delight to eyes and stomach. This town is must on list of places to be visited and this hotel is must on list of places to stay.

The chef Afroz Alam came personally to enquire about our taste and experience… he shared his card with us too… today after 4 days I called him up to confirm about the ingredients of mustard oil onion's they serve as condiment. He was more than happy to help me with the recipe… thank you so much chef Afroz… u have been a great help. Nd dis is what I call hospitality… looking forward to more experiences with ur hotel. Lovely place and lovely food, most classy hotel in lucknow. Taj is old but they don't offer the range, renaissance have Verity of food, Sunday is really excellent and offer wide range of food as well entertainment. Prices are worth for money.

We went for Al-a-cart instead of the buffet they were offering for 1600/pp. But we were greatly disappointed due to the delay in bringing our order. We have tried the buffet before & it has great variety but Al-a-cart was a huge disappointment. Food quality was alright & taste was nothing different. So go for buffet only here.

The restaurant is filled with an amazing ambiance the moment you step out of the elevator. The host sits us by an amazing view outside the 14th story window. From this point onward, the food had its highs and lows. The food had quite a large variety with various beautiful flavors. However, the most extensive portion of the buffet consisted of dessert rather than the entree. Other than that, the overall experience of the restaurant is something to experience again. Visited hotel on a business meeting. Very nice arrangements. Could deal on the business very well. Well managed children's corner. Very well managed fountain garden. Garden was well manicured. Outdoor catering was very good. Memorable chicken wings were served.

Suitablly located. Good food, nice house keeping. Gym is small and adequate however addition of a pull up bar is desirable. Pool at the top floor is a pleasure.

Excellent location. The hotel is surrounded by 3 big parks and the gomti river front. Excellent rooms, amenities. The free breakfast has so many options and they have got expert chefs. Restaurant is at the 2nd top floor and the swimming pool is at the rooftop of the building. One gets an amazing view of the city parks and the river Gomti.

My department organised a party on the occasion of engineers day. We thought about great services at the hotel. But the food and service was not upto the mark of a 5 star hotel.

Saw the rooms, didn't stay in one, they seem really well furnished and cozy. Been the sky bar, the terrace lounge. One of the best places to chill lucknow. The ambience is classy. The food is good. Their LITs are by far the best one can find in lucknow.

Went to the rooftop bar. It has a nice collection of spirits and wines. The views are amazing. Slightly expensive, but definitely worth a visit.

The ambiance n the view from the 14 floor was pretty good. The ambiance was luxurious. In the food I had Italian buffet which was having huge variety of food specially for non vegetarian. They were having prawns, lamb, squid, turkey and different dishes of chicken etc. In dessert I had 12 types of sweet dishes. In all it was relishing experience. It was worth it.

Bad food and boring rustic menu planning with no miza plan. Shameful for hotel associated to such a reputable Brand name like marmots. Shabbily dressed staff with no training in service and disgusting food which will bestow diahorrea upon u.

The room was clean with all the bells and whistles you can ask for. The massive windows are a great touch. I've taken off a star for the rather oily food. The infinity pool was really fun and just big enough to get a decent workout.

Stayed two days to attend a wedding at the hotel. The state-of-art room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed bathroom shower. The view from the restaurant was magnificent but little bit hazy. Loved the buffet. Took a coffee at the lobby cafe but didn't like it when they keep checking with reception desk whether I was indeed staying at the hotel. Great hotel … with superb facilities …!

For a hotel that had just opened a few weeks prior to my arrival it was very impressive. My trip to Lucknow was combination work and vacation. I stayed between October 14-19, 2015. From the management, to the restaurant, the front clerks, and general ambiance, it is a 5 star by all means. Special recognition to Ritesh Mishra, Food and Beverage Executive, for always ensuring the food was to our liking. The views from our rooms (facing the park) were outstanding. Endless pool and fitness room, excellent and available until late hours. Should I return to Lucknow, this is where I will stay.

The new york cheesecake was stinking as the cream cheese was stale. The apple pie was nice. The view is brilliant. Though for some reason the building seems to vibrate.
