It's a big brand. So everything is good. They have pool, you can organize parties, marriages, birthday parties, corporate parties etc. Rooms are good. I don't like the conference room for seminars. Food is fine not that much good. You can visit there if you have any query regarding event, room, food, party etc. They'll help you out. But visit first then finalize things.

A great place to stay comfortably and fairly economically. It's a business hotel, with friendly staff and good service. Their buffets are lavish and their food is delicious. Well equipped gym and scenic rooftop infinity pool are a bonus for the health enthusiast.

In terms of decor the optics are great. But once you settle in ergonomics become more important, and I found it inferior to my last stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, Lucknow. Their are only 2 lifts for the entire hotel, which makes them very slow because of the rush in the peak times. The rooms are well designed but there is absence of a mini bar, despite of the refrigerator. The breakfast menu has little to offer as the variety is missing. Although the continental dishes were great in taste. Overall, I will rate this as 3 out of 5. This is just a business hotel, good for 1 night stay.

Good high class dining experience. Food is tasty and in good quantity. The presentation and ambience are nice however the live audio section needs better performers. The buffet is extremely rich in selection. The service staff is polite and well mannered. Definitely would visit again.

The good was so fresh and delicious, there were many dishes and it's safe to say that all of them were up to the mark. Though I think that they could further the restaurant by having a better buffet and giving more variety of dishes to choose from. And it also lacked ambience…

Novotel hotel is one of the best hotel in Lucknow. Infrastructure is so good. Good services are provided here and staff is very polite. Rooms are very neat and cleaned and all services were provided quickly. Good dining options are available here. Very good hotel to stay. Environment of hotel is good and clean. Staff members are well trained and well mannered.

Excellent property and decor. Great location. Very competitively priced in relation to the service and amenities provided. Staff are courteous and friendly. The in-room furnishings and fittings are classy. Food is great. Overall a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Lucknow.

The hotel is very awsm, food is amazing, and specially the pool area side is really nice… Great view and a very clean blue water… The staff is also very Helpful supportive & polite. The quality of furniture n infrastructure is awesome … For me Only one negative point here is. Wake up call. I don't know whether they forget or they do it deliberately … Except this everything is good. Would recommend others to stay here…

I paid extra just for the location, as Marriott was a grand cheaper; it was my first stay at Novatel brand and I found the room quite small but the amenities were perfect. I was exhausted and came back at 10.30 after 5 meetings and went to the pool side; The staff there was excellent but the decor and furniture is not up to the mark and the hotel can do better to give justice to the fab view. Food options were limited but nice and tasty. I slept late and in the morning no o…ne bothered to inquire why I skipped my breakfast (most hotels have the restaurant manager call the guest to inquire when the buffet breakfast is about to shut) this has never annoyed me as I know I have paid for the breakfast. When I called the reception to give them my view the lady said "I am sorry sir, were you expecting a wake up call". Well a 5 star should take extra care for its guest and I have been to hotels where they kept the buffet on for me even till 11.30 pm. So I will stick to or next time as they always stay informed about their guests. I actually overslept and would have missed my flight and I think that hotels should take the trouble to know their guests, their schedules etc while checking in if they want to serve them better. It was purely my mistake and I don't blame the hotel but paying a bomb and not enjoying the most important meal of the day surely pinches me. Luckily my flight was delayed and I could catch it on time.

I have been to many 5 star hotels all over India but this is without a doubt the best hotel I've ever stayed in.
Most friendly and helpful staff ever, great first impression of the hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional, and I don't give praises easily. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service, in-room dining and the restaurant "The Square", where we had buffet breakfast and dinner. Food was beyond excellent and great in service. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I would like to mention few names… Ayush, Ritvika, Ashar, Ankit, Shreya and Divyanshu from the front desk and Mr. Deepak, Somita n Vivek from the Restaurant… They are assets for Novotel. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay, I hope to be back for a visit in the future.
