Nice nd perfect ambience… Awesome food. Much perfect for wedding.

Food, space, quality, cleanliness everything was excellent, overall 10/10 to the management and staffs.

Much better hotel, even on being bit distant to the city; it's an amazing place for peaceful stay. A lucky decision of choosing it over hotels near JHV mall.

It’s a very good hotel for fooding and staying. It’s stay on the way of ramnager but it’s out of city, that’s why it’s very peaceful. And food quality is also very good. And they buffet program is just golden chance for food lovers. So don’t miss it.

Good rooms, great service, food is good Had a nice stay. Distance to pilgrimage place is more and the traffic congestion of Varanasi enroute pilgrimage places further causes problems. Recommend, one uses local e rickshaw, cabs, autos etc for transportation when on your visit to pilgrimage sites. Don't drive your car it will in the traffic jam, enjoy the crowds in a cycle rickshaw and take photos.

Excellent rooms, courteous staff and mouth watering preparation of foods. Truly a five star experience.

Good hotel, and in a much quieter environment compared to other hotels within the city. This is little away from the city’s hustle and bustle. A big lush green lawn gives the chance for a nice morning walk barefoot! Helpful staff!

Very nice hotel with good service and excellent food. Special mention needs to be given to the food served here as it is not usual to find all the cuisines (South Indian, North Indian, continental etc) to be tasting good. I had to call the chef and appreciated the tasty food prepared by him and by his other colleague chefs. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay.

Excellent and elegant. Located on the highway, it's got a grand built with spacious lawns for weddings and receptions. There's more than enough parking available for vehicles. The property is spacious with a lot of rooms available. It's premium economy, considering the price point. You'll enjoy your stay here.

Hot is good but is in outskirts of Varanasi. Hard to find public transport. Even OLA is not available for pick up. Only they can drop to the hotel.

This is best Hotel in this range. Ganga River can be viewed from this Hotel. Evening is super here. Once visite here.

Great newly built Hotel with good facilities. It's on the other side of Ganges. It's close to city but away from city Hustle n noise. If using Public transport, I will not recommend this Hotel.

Building and infrastructure is mind blowing. It's a high class hotel provide all luxerious facility to their clients. It has its own lawn and garden. Very good place for any occasion and programs.

Very nice hotel, rooms are very spacious and luxurious, so are washrooms. But the hotel is located on outskirts of the city. Every time one what's to go out cab is required, if u r lucky you will get one as mostly there are no cabs available around that place. Only ola works in that area, no uber. And each trip from hotel to city would cost you around Rs 200. Rest every thing about the hotel is superb.

Wonderful hotel, nicely decorated. Right on NH 7. It little far from the holy city of Varanasi. Staffs are cordial. Quality of food is also good. If anyone wants to avoid the hustle and bustle Varanasi then I would certainly recommend this hotel to everyone.

This hotel is the worst hotel I have been to. They claim to be 3 star hotel but their service is not even up to as a road side dhaba. I had gone to a marriage function at this hotel and they claim to accommodate 2000 but they couldn't even handle the guest capacity of Approx 600. They had prepared food for like not even 100 people and when it was finished they were just boiling the chicken and lamb and serving it with gravy. When they couldn't handle the anger of the host, their staffs started to flee. We even saw staffs running and fleeing when the host went to the kitchen to see why were the foods so delayed. For sometime they even served plain water instead of sprite. Guest just thought that they were being served with water. Later on someone noticed and told the host, upon which he scolded the organizer there who just said that sir it was a mistake. Also they served moctails for just like 20 mins after which they took an hour to prepare the next batch that too for just like 30-40 people. At the end of the marriage there were not more than 3-4 staffs in the lawn. Since they had asked for the full payment in advanced, so no one could do anything. Whichever hotels I have gone to, they only ask for half the amount in advanced. Even their rooms were very small… Apart from the bed and dressing mirror, only 3-4 people can stand in the room.

I had a bad experience with grapevine hotel, Varanasi. There is no manner in staff. And I booked 2 rooms in this hotel for 2 nights. Hotel staff not done my rooms ready on time. We wait 1 hour in loby for my booked rooms. My booking id is-NH2101347306745, thru "makemy trip". Even they not take my lugage in the room. Not even this, one visitor came there to meet me for 10 mins for just having signature on some documents, But hotel staff alow him to meet me in my room for sometime. They asked me to pay rs 4000 for allowing visitor.

Everything is best… infra superb… meal delicious… services world class.

Very good service, neat n clean room with great quality pillows n mattress! Beautifully done rooms with paintings of famous Banaras Ghats. Complimentary mineral water at check in and good amount of tea bags n coffee, an electric kettle n a fridge made the stay even more comfortable :) Great location, saves you the trouble of crossing the manic city crowd! Would recommend it all the way! Loved my 2 night stay there, would definitely book it for my next trip to Banaras!

Fantastic place to Stay in Varanasi. Good property and courtesy is great. Hospitality is the plus.

This is very bad hotel. Hotel did cheat us. I went to relative marriage. Hotel took full payment but these had no provide any facilities. It makes people foolish.
