After initial problems with room (air con not working) a change of rooms was provided (upgraded for free) staff were more than helpful especially in the restaurant and porters who charged thru the Ghats with our bags twice, would recommend if you have time in Varanasi don’t be put off by initial impressions Great value, food, staff 5thumbs up from us Andy+Mel Birtley, England.

It was nice to stay here which is very close to Ganges river. Staff have service mind. The room is clean. Nice Breakfast. We can stay here all day. At night time we can chill out on the top of the building to see river view. In the morning, sailing on Ganges river is very impressed.

Nice beautiful small hotel near ghat, the river ganga is 2 min far only, so you don't need to book another hotel and will go to ganga ji in rush and traffic.

Very clean room and bathroom, very attentive staff. They helped us with everything we needed, finding a guide (ask for Lalit! ) and a boatman. Also, the food at the rooftop restaurant is delicious!

Considering the offer in Varanasi this hotel deserves the 4 star location, on the Ganges above a central Gat, for the view from the terrace, for the clean and comfortable rooms and good hearty breakfasts. Very friendly staff.

In the heart of Varanasi overlooking the sacred Ganga, the staff are nice and helpful, the food and service are excellent. I would stay there again.

Really nice hotel away from the craziness of the city. But so hard to find! If you book this hotel message the hotel before hand and arrange transfer as the taxi can't take you close. Is 5 minutes of navigating though tiny roads to get there.

Really hard to get to and find from the roads. But when you are there the staff are great and the hotel is really nice within a hectic city.

We stayed here for 2 nights in April 2017. The accommodation was very nice, rooms comfortable and all the kid cons. Good bathrooms and we had a room with a joint balcony looking out on to the Ganges. The staff were all very helpful and we are at the restaurant on the roof. If you are expecting table cloths and a fine dining layout this is not for you but the food was some of the best we have had in a month of being in India. Very good quality and at a good price, the views over the Ganges are stunning do it is worth it. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
