Hotel is good and staff is also very good and supportive but manager behavior is too worst. He doesn't know how to deal with the customer. Worst experience.

Cool ambiance. Good food. Helpfull staffs. No windows in the room that was provided. Very less variety in Breakfast.

It was a nice experience with the Hotel. There was a family function and not faced any service issue. Front and back office staff was good and helpful. Even guard of hotel was also helpful. Room and banquet hall was good. Overall nice experience with hotel.

Worst behaved hospitality staff ever came across in my entire life of hotel stay. Rude to the extent that you have to restrain yourself abusing them. Would never recommend anyone to stay here.

Good budget property just off the new bridge on Samne Ghat and opposite BHU Trauma Centre. Rooms are well appointed and clean, staff is happy to assist, food is good and honest.

This hotel is amazing had a nice experience plzzz visit once in your life it's damn good.

The ambience drives one to rush in for 5 stars but the recent deterioration in the food quality and and sky-high tariffs reverse the adrenaline rush and give it a 3 star rating. But maths makes it 4. Average!

Nice and comfortable stay, costly in terms of hotel quality marks. But double occupancy is in decent budget.

Staff behavior should be change when he serve the hotal services. Most when someone organized event during this period hotal staff must be serving with little gap.

The rooms are small but nice and comfortable. Rooms have Wi-Fi, TV, and a mini fridge. The room service is average though. The restaurant is nice, clean and the food is good.

Nice stay, good breakfast and well behaved staff.

The staffs are friendly and as a tourist very helpful. Plus they give complementary breakfast. Worth it.

Located in front of Trauma centre, Newly Build Hotel, Small Hall fr family party cn accomodate only 30-35 ppl at a time.

The rooms are well maintained, but it lacks attention to detail, specially when it comes to basic stuff like Wi-Fi and bathroom maintenance. Apparently the place has Wi-Fi, but the day I stayed here, there were some router issues and the Wi-Fi worked only in the lobby, not in the rooms. It took about an hour for the hotel staff to inform this clearly to me. Coming to the bathrooms, there was no hot water, tissues weren't provided in spite of requesting room service and showers didn't work well. One night stay costs about 3000 bucks, which includes complementary breakfast, but it sucked big time. Just not worth the money. There are many other options at much lesser price.

Had to shift the room because had wet floor and lots of flies. Then in the 2nd room, in spite of numerous telephonic calls to reception no Wi-Fi, no mosquito repellent and no toilet paper roll in the toilet. Mosquitoes to disturb night sleep. The tables drawers unlceane. Overall experience — POOR.
