Less spacious especially in terms of lavatory and wash room as I was not comfortable at all with these. But foreigner backpackers are regular visitors here and the top floor open space is quite good for amusement.

Great environment, no doubt it's very clean and hygienic. Staffs are helpful. Nice roof top cafe which is open 24 hours.

This place is the cheapest accommodation that you can get which is centrally situated near to Assi Ghat, Lanka, BHU, & Bhelupur at less than 100 bucks a day when booked through Goibibo. The dorms are clean and well maintained, and the interiors are hipster themed which is typical of Varanasi. There is a common room where you'd could hangout and a kitchen equipped with a gas stove & toaster and some utensils to cook your own food. This place is the perfect choice for backpackers and international tourists. However there isn't any proper facility to hang your clothes to dry them off. Everyhting was alright with the check-in procedure except for the fact that these guys retain your original Aadhaar Card with them till you checkout. They say it's for security purposes which I couldn't comprehend. Another inconvenience is their check-in time which is 2:00 PM so make your plans accordingly if you're planning to stay here.

Best place to stay in Varanasi. I assure you that there can be no better hotel to stay in varanasi then this.

This is a really cool backpacker's hostel which is located at a walkable distance from Assi Ghat. The place has bunker beds, the prices are nominal and the interiors are all cool handmade DIY type furniture and decor, with wallarts. Perfect place to stay for backpackers.

Despite slightly uncomfortable beds, this is a brilliant hostel, the staff are brilliant — if you meet Abi be sure to make friends with him, he will show you the ropes in Varanasi. Good location and nice rooftop as well as common area. Great complimentary face scrub too.

We were three friends staying for a night. We found the staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us in explaining the fastest routes to the city. I would like it more if they can provide sheets for blankets as well.

The place is really good — neat and clean room and washroom — in my room had attached washroom but in every room — bunkers bed with 6 people accomodation in a room — mix crowd indian and foreign — breakfast is free — extra snacks can be ordered any time — assi ghat is at walking distance.

Staying in Hostale was "ok" but not good for me. The Guys at the Reception are very polite and courteous. The staircase and the rooftop is a building site, which never finished from the Owner. The Toilets wasn't always in a clean standard. Generally they have not more than 2 Toilets and 2 Showers, for more than 20 Beds. If you stay for a few days and be in the Hostel only for sleeping it would be fine. Peace out, Max.

A beautiful hostel for back packers near Assi Ghat. Supportive staff and always full of company.

Pretty Disorganized. Not very Clean. Hot water did not work in shared bathrooms. Very small Bathrooms. The breakfast that comes included is a TEA. Comfy BEDS. I wouldn't go again.

Great location, amazing people. Abhinav bhaiya and Shibir bhaiya were great — they cared about my stay but weren't nosey. I stayed in the room right next to the common room, and they were always quiet during night times. I also liked walking out of my room to such a lively environment in the mornings! Totally recommend for solo travellers :)

Don't stay in the deluxe room. It is in the common area where the indian staff stays. The 18 years old manager trued to convince me that it us OK to shout and sing at 12 at night as it is common area. U pay more than 1000 a day to sleep with ear plaques. The staff sleeps in the common area too which is unacceptable. U can listen to them talking in the night… Try to have receipt too but that is also a problem. U can have better room with that money in another hotel if u can afford a private room…

Uber cool place to stay in the heart of the city at pocket friendly prices, Assi ghat 5mins down the road and BHU is at a walkable 20mins distance. Vibrant rooms, spacious common areas & complementary bread jam & chai breakfast. Safe place for solo travellers, security camera installation in common areas. The terrace restaurant is under construction.

The best place to be for bachelors. Near the assi ghat, in silence. Rooms are clean, good people to stay with.

Best place to spend a day or a week or a month. Cheapest, worthy and comfort. Visit, make yourself comfortable, play guitar, spectate International chess or FIFa (PS), Interact. And of course you can cook too.

Its a nice comfy n cozy place. You'll neva feel alone as d ppl r nice.

One of the best youth hostels I have stayed so far. It's really warm welcoming and cozy here. Staff is very friendly and are ready to go out of the box to help you. The location is also really good, and makes some of best tourist attractions and cafes of Varanasi quickly accessible on foot.
