A very low budget hotel with very poor service and ambience. The rooms are infested with cockroaches. The bathrooms are dirty. The cellphone network is poor inside the hotel, which compensated by free Wi-Fi.

I warn you not to book this hotel at all! Staff is so rude and abusive. 0/10 for service. Making money is their main aim, not to give the same worth of satisfaction to the customer.

Average food, decoration good enough, No Fan Only AC, good enough for max 125 people in summer. In winter 150 people could be easily accommodated. Food must be improved. Average quality waiters.

A good experience we had here. We celebrated our daughter's 1st bday in the banquet of city stay hotel and it was an awesome and pleasant experience. Staffs are very cooperative. Must recommend.

Feel like a home. Great accommodation. Comfortable rooms with ac, Wi-Fi, TV etc… clean washrooms and bedsheets. Yummy food and food price is also good. Awesome staff members. Receptionist behaviour is also good and helpful. Overall awesome place for stay here… everything is awesome here. I will always recommend this hotel for the stay.

We had an amazing experience at city stay. Awesome decor, friendly staff & centrally located venue perfect combination for a perfect party. Thank you so much for making our son first birthday so awesome. Foods are also very tasty.

Awesome place. Good for birthday party, engagement and other small functions. Obviously not marriage until you are going for a "Love" marriage with few people. Good part is customer service. Quick response, friendly staff, eye candy decorations and Valet parking of course. Atleast without it it's incomplete. Timely start and stop proceeds.

Place is really centrally located. Easy to reach. On the main road. Well furnished rooms. Banquet hall. Food service is ok. Great service overall. Regular maintenance and housekeeping. Have a nice day and enjoy here.

I stayed at hotel city stay for one night and it did not disappoint. We had book 3 rooms this hotel delivers 100% what is promises, a comfortable budget stay at an amazing location. If u r planning a holiday on a shoe string budget we would highly recommend city stay hotel.

It is very worst experience with city stay hotel and this hotel does not deserv for any rating because except food every thing was worst. Staff not well worse about service etquets. Even manager also use very pathtic laungage with guest. Very ridiculous services we got in city stay hotel Every single order take minimum one hour for service. They do not know about service standard. I will never recommend to people use this hotel.

Hotel is at a very convenient place, rooms are good, found two drawbacks of hotel, 1st is very low mobile network coverage on all floor and d 2nd is no place for park ur vehicle.

Rooms need proper cleaning. Bedsheets and quilt cover was used earlier. Lighting in toilet was inadequate. Cockroach in toilet and room. Bed mattress old as spring could be felt.

Hahaha the rooms are in so bad condition specially u can't even wash your hands in washrooms they are in pathetic condition. I visited here yesterday health faucet was lying in the floor as the holder was broken because of it water was spread all over. 2nd thing OYO promises you to provide free Wi-Fi hahaha it is just a joke u can only access Wi-Fi at the reception counter with a speed of 3mb but in floors it even doesn't connects. Seriously I complain 2 times even with the customer service person of oyo they don't care for it. The only thing they care is securing room rent after wards you are at your own. well this doesn't ends here in morning time they don't listen to your break fast oders properly and will send you whatever they have in stock specially parathas as they make in bulk very good guy's don't keep this up other wise oyo will demolish because of you such employes are losing assets.

Good rooms and services. Staff is veri polite.

I have never recommend this. Because main attraction of your party is food. And if that is not good then your whole party will spoil. I want to share my experience that the food quality of hotel is very poor. We had tasted the food some day ago from party date at that time food was very delicious and we were satisfied for that. But in the main function they deliver very poor quality of food. So guys if you don't want to spoil your party so please don't book this venue.

Good hotel. Near Chaura Mod Red Light (50 meters from red light). If you are coming from Rajni Gandha chawk, it will be opposite side take a cut just near by to Hotel. Clean rooms. Good staff. And good Food served. Thanks.

This Hotel was very good neat and clean Service also with smile n yes sir Mr Rajesh Chauhan Attend all the things personly and he manage very well Also Reception Person very polite He naver avoid any requirement by us But staff very less management should keep some more staff for instant service Thank you Mr Rajesh Ji.

Room not clean. Ac not working… no towel provided unless asked them. Food good but the utensils in which they served tea/ was not clean properlyand also of cheap quality plastic product… location good but not A good rooms to stay… will strongly recommended to no.

The staff was good … But they should really work on their facilities as they are just simple, like if you need any toiletries you have to call them, that totally bad … Otherwise they have plain and simple aura and also they have great birthday party and kitty party space,, though food was so so but as its pocket friendly, you can opt for it …!

Very good service and they provide all type of room service like laundry, free Wi-Fi. Car parking. I stayed there for three days in February. I have found this to have Good Value for Money in terms of Rooms, Service, Food Quality ambience etc.

Good Budget Hotel, with most of basic amenities, Food from Kitchen was good. There was Airport drop from Hotel at a convenient rate. Best part of the Hotel is good location and ease of access. The Hotel is pretty heavily booked and early booking is recommended. Overall a good experience. Stayed Nov 2016, travelled solo.

6. Breakfast + Food Service 2/5 Stayed here for 3 days and suffered all the days, power goes of for hours, no A/C, finally have to move out for other 2 days of my stay. Rooms its pretty bad in shape, old property maintained multi purpose. You can easily get better stays in OYO by paying little more. Never recommended.

Service needs a face lift, the staff is friendly but need training on servicing. There was only one plug point which was not easily accessible.
