Very good and cooperative guys.

It's very good and very convenient and very comfortable. Having all the facilities.

AVERAGE hotel Counter Staff not at all updated or trained to handle elite customers. I booked online and when I visited Hotel Room was not available. Strange. Made me to sit for almost 40 mins. And then room was offered that too when I went to Reception and asked for it. Otherwise Reception was not even bothered to inform me that Room is ready. Changed Hotel Next Day.

Very nice hotel at a very reasonable price. Room service is excellent and the staff is polite and courteous.

The room did not have Wi-Fi despite all follow up. The reception kept on advising that there was a problem at the source. However, in the end the technician was called and he provided a router for the room. He knew the room was outside the range of hotel router. The bedsheet was dirty. The bathroom door could not be locked. The towel ring was broken and towel lying on the sink slab. All rubbish was lying in the bathroom. The tea kettle had probably been cleaned with a detergent but not washed properly. Not a good place to stay. In fact does. Not deserve the rating, it seems to. Emjoy at various hotel aggregator websites.

Food and cleanliness was very nice, I liked the services and the staff behaved really well, so overall good experience.

Hotel golden orchid is well maintained, I was there for the occasion of my neighbour's birthday. The food quality and quantity was good.

Hi everyone, I just want to share my experience with hotel GOLDEN ORCHID, LUCKNOW. I stayed there for 2 nights, believe me it was just a wow n great experience. At the time of bokking I was in dilema that how will be the hotel?. Will it b at good location or what… so here is brief review of hotel n hotel staff. 1. Location — better than my expectation, wide open road, not much congested, ramkrushna math near by. 2. Outlook n overall cleanliness — better. 3. Reception — polite staff, halse free check in n checkout. Even I make a friend too, his name is SHIV PANDEY, quiet a good boy, young age, always ready to help of either related to hotel, can book ola or whatever taxi for us 4. Room — spacious, clean, well equiped (AC, CEILING FAN, REFRIGERATOR, ELECTRIC CATTLE, STUDY TABLE, DINING OR REST AREA, ENOUGH SPACED DOUBLE BED, DECENT LIGHTING), N ufcourse especially washroom n toiletory are clean with hot water supply. 5. Food — it has its own restaurant. Good quality food. As me n my family follows swaminarayan dharm we dont eat onions n garlics, they made tasty food for us 6. Parking area — easily acomodate 3 4 cars insidecd hotel gate n many more outsede d hotel wall. So overall the stay at d hotel made our exoerience easy going as v had came for d purpose of exam. Overall staff was cooperative, flexible, nice to talk particulary Shiv pandey, that room cleaning uncle, n other reception n hotelier staff.

Good hotal to stay and organise party there. I have been there to attend a marriage and stayed there at for it. There were two different occasions celebrating at d same time. Staff over there is so managed and polite. This place has nice rooms to stay.

The hotel is very nice… and the food is lovely too… neither too spicy… nor too heavy… plus there is that elegant charm in the hotel which gives you a royal feeling…

Rooms were not as good. Charging sockets didn't work properly. No bathroom utilities were given. Breakfast was decent.

Good place for small ceremonies like engagement or birthday party. It require some paint job outside. From outside it it is not so attractive.

The plus point of this hotel is that you can get it at nominal rates as compared to other hotels. The rooms are big but not very clean. In rooms amenities are okayish. Food here is below average and service needs to be improved alot. Parking is available.

The ambience was very nice. The place is on the Main road so you can easily get it to with the help of Google maps. The Food was damn good man. I was there for a birthday Party and it was really very nice. There are separate Halls in one place. So simultaneously you can do many functions at Same place. The only issue is no designated Parking.

The hotel is located a beat away from busy Hajratganj market area, in a well connected but peaceful locality. It’s easy to reach and identify with the Ramkrishna math main gate diagonally opposite the hotel gate. The area is adjacent to Lucknow University and well connected thru Ola, Uber, Auto & buses. The rooms in the hotel are quite big and tastefully decorated with good housekeeping service. Bathrooms are clean and without any leakage. All room doors are protected with Godrej smart locks. The lock authorisation is everyday auto-reset for better security. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast, consisting of Indian & continental spread. In general I found the food price on a beat higher side, however plenty of choices available around to suit all pockets.

Well located opposite Ramakrishna math near Lucknow university. Good connectivity from Hajratganj and other parts of the city. The rooms are quite big and clean. Toilets are hygenic and clean. Staff members are very polite. The complimentary breakfast spread is descent and matches all choice. Food is beat on costlier side but lot of alternatives available around the place.

Hotel is excellent but some staff member is rediculus … for eg. Mr. Sumit … he even dnt hv any manners to deal with guest… Today I went for booking … he talked very rudely and harsly… Very disappointed…

Location of hotel is in the middle of city and all major locations in Lucknow are easily accessible from here, rooms are neat & clean with good food. They need to work little on room service part otherwise it's good value for money.

Good Banquet with medium size gathering up to 300. Food quality is good. Hotel rooms are spacious.

Worst room and hotel service. I am currently staying in this hotel and its turning out to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I am calling​ reception and room service but no one is ready to respond. I have booked a deluxe room and the room condition is pathetic. I have requested for changing my room but there is no response. Manager seems to be very rude. M regretting my decision of staying here. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Pathetic.

Hotel is okk… staffing is not good… people at banquet need to be trained more. Lack of guest service. Need more improvement at reception as well… they dont even know much about the hotel when enquired at reception…

Nice connectivity from char bagh station and walking distance from IT chowk. Price is a bit high but overall you won't regret for spending as this place is very comfortable and peaceful.

I stayed here for 12 days! I must say that this is one of best budget hotels in Lucknow! Our stay was very comfortable. Rooms are very spacious! The food is awesome too! But as it is opposite to Ram Krishna Matt and a Marriage Hall, be ready for earsplitting noise of loud speakers and crakers.

It is only the place with the conclusion of good hotel for a comma n man would be better if prices are more low of food.

The place is remarkably clean and prices very reasonable. Wifi was available on demand. Overall a comfortable stay.
