This was my first trip to this place but I was absolutely amazed to be there and could not imagine that this can be the most lovely trip with so much nature, fun, excellent food and the most important is the hospitality by the organisers. I would strongly recommend this place.

Its always a pleasure to visit this place. Must have been here at least 6-7 times. Every visit was a memorable experience. Its like a home far from home. Right place for weddings and all small n big functions. Ideal place to spend quality family time.

A place where people go for doing holy religious visit to a multiple ancient ponds or "Kunds" in Hindi. Govardhan is most auspicious place for devout Hindus Amidst such serene place, resort offers a refreshing opportunity to relax, do yoga, freshen up by jogging, cycling, swimming, a bit of spa massage and offers fresh tasty food. Can be booked on line as well.

Loved the place. Food was great. The setup is excellent. The only problem about the place is it's approach. There is no proper road leading to the place and you have to go tbrough muddy roads without any guarantee that you will reach the place. There are no proper signs to guide. This is all until you reach here. After this you will not think about it. So if the place works on it approach then it could be a perfect destination.

Decent resort, but ill-mantained… Cleaning not done properly. There were frogs hopping around in our cottage. No honour of early booking… Despite booking a month in advance, you are treated like a walk-in customer. Swimming pool… is too small. And a pool for namesake. More like a kids pool.

I booked the resort for 150 people coming all the way from Delhi. They said things like we wont charge so much if we everything was not functional. In the peak of Indian summer, we faced so many complaints from so many participants about non functional ACs and fridge. The hall’s cooling was almost negligible with people having to fan themselves. Even the street lights were not working. What was worse was the response of the management — who could neither solve it not tell us by when will they solve it — only random excuses. Although the resort looks good, its maintained poorly. Dull staff! Out of 3 days of our stay, we spent one day fixing their appliances!

We booked the resort for 150 people — good infrastructure but the worst service/maintenance I have ever seen in a "resort" — none of the appliances work. The AC is not working. The fridge does not cool — it's only a show. The service is so poor. The management does not respond to complaints. The hall was full of bees — unbelievable — such poor hygiene. Don't go by what it looks like. The reason for AC not cooling? Oh the sun is facing the room — oh well! Such ridiculous answers.

A beautiful place stuffed with lush green environment with beautiful landscapes to accompany peace and relaxation. Adding up the homely cottages, this place makes up a perfect holiday destination around the culture and beauty. By — Yash@foodpremi.

Good resort and a great locality for your leisure time outing. Staycation is really good here and one should easily opt for this place. And pure vegetarian surroundings with food and culture makes it a great stay here. For fun times you can go for swimming, billiards table and event go for a spa for relaxation.

Booked for 3 days at Shri Radha Brij Vasundhara Resort and Spa. My stay at Resort is the highlight of my trip. The hotel is good in terms of accommodation, location and I will most likely be staying here in the future. Staff is very informative and great host with a lot of knowledge of the area and temples nearby. Our personal cottage has one living area, kitchen and two bedrooms with attached bathrooms and beautiful view outside in the garden area. You can sit and relish good breakfast in your garden area. We slept well on a good mattress, very comfortable. Cottage was perfect with everything you could need. I also had a relaxing Spa and Steam Bath at the property. The location is great and you can easily do the Parikrama, all temples are nearby the hotel.

Spent a breathtaking weekend in this amazing property with great hotel services, cottage maintenance, and staff people. I had an amazing time with my friends and I loved the property & the food was nice too. This property has 50 cottages and each cottage is nice with a beautiful view surrounded by greenery. Recommendation — Cycling, Bird Watching, Parikrama and Swimming with indoor pool, Gymnasium, and a spa. A perfect weekend getaway from Delhi & I would definitely come back again. Courteous staff. Neat and clean. Food is of good quality. Bathroom shower needs maintenance and soap quality needs improvement.

Rooms not well lit, not well maintained. Restaurant looks more like food court, also not cleaned. Food on my first night was excellent but on the next day pathetic!

Resort is nice and the location is good but the rooms are not at all maintained… can’t say it to be a 4 star property…

Best place to stay in Govardhan, although not best in service but looking at place and services provided you would not regret it. Also try not to have lot of tantrums as its a religious place and what all you are getting is icing on the cake.

The road which connects to the resort is dangerous. Had a horrific experience. A drunk guy stopped our car and tried to attack. Somehow we got rid of him. Resort administration should take appropriate care. Clean rooms were provided, resort was good, no Wi-Fi. Food was pathetic. Worst taste. Minimal varieties.

The resort is the best in town in terms of it beautifully sprawling garden and the service. But one thing that I disliked is that the rooms are not well maintained and this kinds of disappointed me. Though under maintenance currently the resort has an large indoor pool along with steam and sauna bath that the guests can enjoy complimentary. You can also try one of their many spa options priced fairly.

The resort is built on well maintained sprawling acres of land but unfortunately the rooms are not that well maintained and needs to be improved. The facilities of play room, swimming, sauna and steam bath are there but under renovation currently. Spa facility os accessible.

Great place. Huge cottages and resort area but the maintenance is poor. Check the rooms properly before checking in.

Great property but big let down by hotel services and staff people. (especially by their head Mr Sethi whose sole purpose is to loot people). Had my wedding at Brij Vasundhra and all my guests loved the property but services, staff people, cottage maintenance, toilet cleanliness was a big let down.
Request higher management to look into this and change your staff as you are having a very beautiful property. People like Mr Sethi and staff under him is not helping at all.

Almost the best hotel in the city. Its mainly on the outskirt of mathura city and near govardhan hill. Best resort to relax for a day or two. Consist of a club with snooker, table tennis, air hockey gym etc. One can feel relax just by having a walk throughout the resort. Though its some costly its worth. Do visit this place surely if you are in mathura.!

Truly Five Star Hotel and Spa, on the door step of Giri Raj Ji Pilgrimage, the best place to stay in Jatipura, has gated access, rooms are spacious and arranged in bungalows with air conditioning overhead fans, tea and coffee facility, mini fridge, room service, laundry service and breakfast included in room price. Impressive surroundings, well kept gardens, a peaceful retreat. Staff are professional and the service is excellent.

Resort greenery is very good but cleanliness and services are very poor. Washrooms are dirty. No proper maintenance of cottages.

Stayed for one night. Rooms were quite big in size with attached sitting area. Very good landscaping with big lawns in front of rooms. Cycles are also available for children. Swimming pool was under maintenance at the time of my visit. Food rates are in a higer side when compared to other places in Goverdhan.

Outside greenery is a great atmosphere! But inside having lot of maintenance works. It's a middle class supportive system!

Good place likes to be there but expensive. This place have a good food and rest rooms. Usually used by govt. Personals.

There can not be a better place at such an important religious centre for organising a family event.

Pathetic experience, staff tried to fool us around by giving lower grade room instead of what we have booked and finally said they are full and can't give us room which we have booked. Inside room finishing is a big issue. Almira was all raw no paint inside. Bathroom fixtures leaking. Flush were not working properly Stinks a lot. Breakfast was somehow manageable not great. Don't waste your money better to search for some other property. Maintenance is dying slowly. Don't trust photographs the posted on net. The only advantage is their location.

Location turns bad on Saturdays due to devotees start Yatra & police blocks road. Resort looks great but poor facilities are demotivating. No Wi-Fi in rooms. Swimming pool not operational, Water is very hard. You will turn red while washing hands. Breakfast is pathatic, as they serve Rasna in drink. Not a quality property.

Its really nice property, if you are planning a weekend in govardhan. You can avail a one or two bed room suit here. Its gardens are well maintained. Children can enjoy cycling or badminton. Swimming pool was out of order when I last visited here. Food quality is good.

The grounds are well maintained. On the territory of the complex there is a spa restaurant and a lot of houses even there are sold) constantly working staff, our house was gorgeous, on the territory walk the peacocks-outside the hotel-the real India.

Resort was good but staff was extremely rude Very slow room service. It was located exactly near Govardhan parbat but overall it was not a good experience.

Beautiful place certainly one of my favorite. It looks lovely! The closest place to heaven on earth.! :-) :-).
