Horrible experience Inexperienced staff that could not deal with the guests properly The food quality was extremely poor The staff was not ready to help and co-operate Extra beds were very difficult to get and also getting fresh towels in the morning was an ordeal The AC's were malfunctioning and the Tv's in some rooms were not working Well, I wish I could give this a negative 5 star rating but the least I can give is only 1, what a shame. Stale food was served repeatedly Would never recommend the place.
Hotel is good, awesome food and very good for couples. 24*7 light and lift I love to stay here if they have a good room service. I was here for 4 day trip, and when I call room service they didn't reply and if they replied and I asked for service they just told me "just give me 5min" and serious guys this 5 min is infinity Even I called them 3-4 times then they fullfil my need I never ever refer this hotel if they don't make cahnges in there room service But if you don't worry for room service then it's a great place to stay in Vaishali with cheaper price.
