Food was ordered specially according to fast but they put onion and garlic after repeatedly telling not to.
guests were complaining but staff very rude not accepting their mistakes and blaming the guest for not able to differentiate in garlic and other spices. Decorations were ok but service was slow.

Its too good and parking is also well and after all, it is very royal.

Good hotel in Bareilly. Location and parking facilities are available.

Good and decent hotel and value for money extremely polite and good staff and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable.

Me and my family visited ware house some days back. It was a great experience. Lovely service, and a very helpful staff. The manager was also very much cooperative and made our evening very special. Old is gold always. Thanks n we will visit soon again.

Very basic services and hospitality compared to tarrif charged. Food is good. Rooms are shabby.

Ambiance is phenomenal and the location is very good and easily accessible. Staff is very friendly and happy to help. Restaurant is also very decent though on the costlier side of spectrum but fails to justify the price overall a decent place to visit with friends and family.

A hotel in the city famous for Jhumka and Soorma. Walking distance from the railway station. Had booked platinum room, but it's all without frills. So don't think you will get a mini bar and a fruit basket. Houses a nice bistro though. Food is nice and decent staff. Go for it!

The most overrated hotel in Bareli. Still it sells because of Priyanka Chopra name. Old styled hotels and rooms, until you take a suite.

The place is okay to stay overnight but surely not good enough to pay 2500 bucks for a day. Room service is pathetic. Their complementary breakfasts is superb but their meals are so costly that not everyone can afford it.

Please avoid stay here. Worst hotel. Don't be surprised if staff misbehaves with you. Poor Food quality. Stinking rooms. TV unit, AC doesn't function properly. Waste of money.

This place is adjacent to railway station. Rooms are just descent. We stayed here for 10 days. Staff is ill mannered and rude. Don't expect any great services from this hotel, I am sure u won't get the facilities but u will end up in argument with manager. Warehouse is good in terms of ambience but staff is pathetic. Breakfast buffet is descent. Condition of rooms and linen is bad and at times it stinks. Overall bad experience. You may try another hotel nearby called THE MANOR.

Rooms are average the corridors leading to the rooms are dingy especially on the fifth floor. The hotel staff has a very negative and miserly attitude. A very bad experience. Though the warehouse pub in the hotel premises is excellent and the only thing worth visiting in this hotel.

Smelly lift, no toiletries unless you demand, no water unless you demand, midnight calls asking for wrong people… overall pathetic.

This hotel is located at a best place for train travellers but there no work done on improving. It maintains status quo.

The hotel is showing its age, could do with some renovation, however it's decent value for the money you'll pay for the most part. My keys did not work during the entire length of my short stay. It has three restaurants — warehouse, aurum and santorini. Even as resident guests we were not allowed at their signature restaurant "santorini" The warehouse restaurant is quite good however it's priced a tad too high. Having said that I would go on to add that one could easily mistake it for a posh South Delhi pub.

Amidst Bareilly Jn surroundings the hotel is in one of the bests in the city. Has almost all basic facilities to its guests but still has scope for improvements to keep pace with the name of city where it has its locaton. Bareilly has heritage of Rohillas, where examples of unity do exist — Swaminarayan temple got constructed by Chunney Mian and Ala Hazrat Sahib exist here where Jayrin from all over the world do visit. It's known to be as NATHNAGARI. Hope the hotel to maintain its name fame and sanctity attached to it by its location — BAREILLY.

I was seriously mistaken that I can get something good in here. Food is a not at all good. They cook things their own way. No quality in food.
