Small cosy hotel in heart of Ludhiana with an owner who goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. He ensured I had access to hot drinks whenever I wanted and personally took me to places I needed to go in Ludhiana when I had phone problems and couldn’t find my way around easily. He printed off a map as well for me to use as I like walking to get a feel for the area. Big double bed was very comfortable and good size room with en-suite.

I was so lucky to find this hotel. It was an incredibly comfortable stay, what made it so wonderful was not just the room but the service. The owner is the nicest man I have met on my 3 month tour of India, or possibly ever, anywhere in the world. He is so kind and generous and will do so much more than is required to make you feel at home. He is an extremely helpful resource as a local if you're traveling from abroad and need some information. He has made a lovely hotel which is cozy and warm, and quiet in spite of it being very much centrally located, inside you feel removed from the hustle and bustle outside. The rooms are spacious even when compared to much more expensive hotels, and they are clean and well furnished. This hotel is an extremely good value for money, you won't find anything that comes close to this anywhere in Ludhiana and I would say even Delhi based on my experience. I'm so grateful to this place for making my trip to Ludhiana as good as it could be!

This hotel was a blessing to find in Ludhiana as I was looking for a quiet and comfortable stay; I got that and so much more from such a caring and wonderful man who is the owner and operator here. He goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, he is the most honest and trustworthy man I’ve met on a long trip around India, it was an absolute pleasure to meet him and be his guest. The rooms are extremely cozy and clean and I found them to be spacious compared to other hotels around India for the same price and even more expensive hotels. The area has shopping close by and is a convenient location to do anything you come to Ludhiana to do, centrally located and easy to get a taxi. I was so pleased with the accommodation I would recommend it highly to anyone…a real gem!

Great stay and met my basic needs. Sort of a last minute booking for me and it did not disappoint. Owner is very humble and goes above and beyond to make sure any of your needs are met. Taxi, money exchange, food service available, however, I did not utilize those. I did ask hot tea served on a daily basis and it was delivered on a timely basis. Cleaning of the room was also available daily. I was also upgraded to a larger room due to availability by the owner for no extra cost due to a longer stay. Very genuine person.

Just spent one night in the place but they were soo welcoming not according to what I was reading in the past comments but no breakfast only Wi-Fi.

This is worst hotel I have ever seen. Service is v poor. Staff is v unprofessional. Ask money for services which are free every wr. Washroom accessories r so dirty V bad experience.

Nice cosy place. Good value for money. Clean and comfortable and away from the din of the main Bazaar. They have their own parking and lift for reaching upper floors. A basic kitchen provides tea/coffee and breakfast.

Location is plus point… Bus stand and Railway station are nearby… Nice place to stay.

Very bad experience, rooms are small and not clean. Hotel photo posted on goibibo is fake. Hotel building not at all looks like photos. In all not at all worth.

The rooms are a little compact. But the services are good and not just services that hotel provide but also facilities like bust stand etc. I'd is it's a nice bang fir your buck.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It appears to be an excellent value for the money and the staff could not have been more helpful. I am a western woman traveling alone in India for the first time and the owner kindly picked me up from the train station (at no additional charge) and provided for all of my needs. English was spoken, high speed internet was readily availible (also at no additional cost) and I was made to feel very safe and cared for. Even after I have checked out of the hotel the owner continues to be reference for me in the area, offering to assist me with anything I need at any time. I would absolutely recommed this hotel to any traveler, especially to out of place foreigners. Truely a wonderful establishment.
