Its not a family hotel, its a brothel. Everyone knows bout it in the area. Visit at your own risk.

Nice hotel in pakhowal road Ludhiana Punjab with all amenities very nice and supportive staff and management taking care of the hotel and its guests… nice food and snacks option and genuine fares.

I had 4 days stay in the hotel. Overall satisfaction is just ok. Rooms are good but no windows in room. Food taste is good, but a bit expensive and biggest irony is that you can't order food from outside or even can't get food from outside yourself. Breakfast has a fixed menu for all days, there is a refrigerator inside with stocked of their items like water bottle, coke, red bull, chocolat but again dam expensive, e. G. Water bottle is for Rs. 50 and normal RO water is smelly. No covered parking, in fact the parking is either on road side or at the back with no security.

Hotel kohinoor palace is a luxury Hotel with air conditioned spacious rooms. It has also the facility of business centre, Restruant and bar in its building. Hotel also provides laundry service to its customers. It also contains a banquet hall and facilities for a grand wedding.

Is big in size to cool as well as especially in book for marriages as well as for parties and you must have to book before one month because booking list is too long and I want everyone from Patiala want to book this hotel for the parties and functions and the and the backstage is the one of the one thing which helps to participates or candidates to change the clothes and also arrange the things.

Good for small parties and get together. Economical and nicely located.

Great ambiance and very curteous staff. Booked 10 rooms and stayed for about 5 days. Banquet hall is very beautiful. Will surely come agaian and recommend.

Good location. Limited parking. Looks beautiful with good rooms and facility just one concerning flip that the voice of one room carries over to another.

Worst experience in this hotel. Never ever try for this hotel. GM Deepak was so rude and such a disgusting person and had no sense how to talk with customer. He must be thrown out of this hotel. Such a nonsense person. Switched off the lights during the meeting of staff. No courtesy how to behave. Shameless creature. Never experienced such a behavior from last 20 years in hotel. My suggestion is that nobody should go to this hotel and that nonsense person should be taught a lesson of hospitality and behavior.

Worst experience ever. Had booking from goibibo. Visited with husband. Receptionist denied giving room saying unmarried couples aren't allowed. Such a ridiculous treatment of guests.

Overall a nice place to stay. Rooms are cozy and we'll maintain. Had stayed here for couple of times. Enjoyed the food and hospitality. Staff was very supportive. Linen was brand new. Highly recommend the hotel to friends. Front office staff was very supportive and polite. Breakfast was huge and tasty. Classical lobby and ambiance was good. Highly impressed. Will surely visit again.

We have stayed here in December. The hospitality is super. I have came to attend marriage function. It was beautifully decorated and we'll organized. I will surely recommended it to my friends visiting ludhiana. It was a comfortable stay. Food was very tasty and fresh.

Have stayed 20+ nights in past few months and each time experience is very comfortable. Staff is very helpful and goes out of way to help. Complaints are resolved very swiftly. Breakfast is home-like taste. Rooms are fitted with good air conditioning units. All in all, recommended. Locations is also bang on Pakhowal Road!

Few days back I had a chance to attend a marriage at this hotel. I had to eat cold stiff chapatis. When I was in friendly conversation with waiter, that bloody GM of the hotel jumped in the conversation and started abusing. I tried to calm him politely, but he though I was afraid thats why I was so polite. He provoked me more. At last I lost temper and asked him to come outside the hotel if he had guts. Till the last time GM or any staff member of the hotel didn't apologise for their misbehave or bad services. So I have no alternate other than writing this review. Pls. Avoid at all costs.
