Value for money-zero. The food is acceptable, but, the service as well as the cutlery is well below par. I'm also bound to note that the furniture is not at all maintained, resulting in a major cloth tear. Sanitary hygiene and cleanliness is not as expected for the money. We stayed by the name of Siraj Sen-Gurgaon. Edit 1 (after reply from Hotel Ruby) — Stop establishing false blasphemy on the name of your customers. I can furnish legit proof in the form of our bill which certified our stay there. Hope you edit your reply. Thank you, our stay was further worsened by your ignorant reply.

Worst place to go… on reception staff is very rude specially wearing the spec. One their room rates are floating even not providing the original invoice of your food and room … air con. You can see the pic… Wi-Fi they are just bluffing I almost travelled 5 times in 1 year and all the time same excuses and not proper hospitality… seem likes they got too much customer egoist… I suggest if you going to pay more than Rs 2500 for one night… its not worth it… search for other hotels near by…

Worst bathroom… no shower… restaurant rates match to five star or airport rates … biryani costs 350 even Hyderabad Paradise biryani doesn't cost this much…

Obviously the hotel is nice that's why I want to celebrate my birthday with my girl friend and They denied to stay. I don't know why. There is no rule to stop staying a unmarried couple. And I think you should know the laws and rules of HOTEL AUTHORITY.

It was a very nice experience I was there for my friend birthday and the food was delicious.

I usually visit Ruby for dinner or parties. Food quality and taste is very good. One od the best places in aligarh to Dine at. They also have room available for stay and for renting during parties. They have few party halls which can ve rented as required. Music system is also available as required. Sizzler is a must try in food. Recently they have opened a shop which serves snacks, ice creams, shakes, fast foods and more.

Located in the heart of the old City of aligarh… Very near by to the bus stand and railway station… Malai kofta is a must try for all…

The worst experince no TV, food qwality worst, no cordination among the staff serve food upon their choice no regret unprofessional.

Nice hotel in Aligarh for Business Activities n family Functions. Apart from this dining is also good.

Firstly, location is perfect nearby to both railway station as well as the bus stand. Secondly, food is very good but 4 stars because it's a bit costly. But when it tastes good you will not mind paying a bit extra. Thirdly, only toilets need a bit cleanliness. LCDs are smaller as compared to size of the room. Wall clock was missing in the room although I found it necessary for the room.

Hotel location has good connectivity with Bus stand and Railway Station nearby Rooms and bathroom clean, staff helpful and food served was good.

One of the worst hotel I have seen in Aligarh. Appears like having a good infrastructure but inside it different. The food supply in this hotel is that much unhygienic that I got Typhoid from thus food. They supply tap water for drinking in the room. Also the whole food preparation is from tap water. Room are unclean. I have to change 3 room for improper washroom. Room service is highly disappointing. You have to call 20 time if you want your room to be cleaned. Manager is rude and arrogant can't understand hindi because he belongs to Nepal Finally I would have given 0 star to this hotel if it is possible. Please do not eat anything in this hotel even if you have booked it as I am still suffering from typhoid.

Was here with my parents. The food quality was impressive with responsive hotel staff and quick room service. Most importantly the hotel is detatched from the noisy humdrum on the road and offers ample parking space…
