Disaster of an experience. The most unfriendly staff we had in India. Rooms were ok though and price value good.

God the restaurant sucks so bad. Lazy staff, and bad food don't even ask for the portion sizes they should change the restaurant for babies only or just close it. I have to ask three time just for the water and then when I asked for the missing fork on my table the stare he gave me just killed my whole evening vibe. The only postive thing about this place is that they have working A. C since I wasn't there to eat air I just hated that place. Believe me you don't wanna go there.

Nice hotel at reasonable price. Rooms and bathrooms were neat and clean. Location is good at walking distance from taj mahal. We were three and two people in two rooms but there was not enough charging points for our mobile phones and cameras. Bathroom was clean but toilet seat was very close to the sink which was liitle bit uncomfortable.

An average place with ok food good staff and rooms which are average too. Fine place to stay if travelling alone.

Spacious and clean room. We checked in at 2 30 in the morning. They cordially accepted us. Bathroom amenities are very good too. Well behaved staffs. I'll visit there again. No lift though.

I visited the restaurant of thus hotel… It's really good place… Delicious and awesome tasty food… Special mix biryani… Is realy nice… The serving is bit late but nice in dealing. Good to talk to them… Friendly.

Room was very nice and comfy. Was clean. Nice balcony on the same floor. Very well located. Hot shower on restricted time for those who bother. Chai tea at restaurant was terrible so we did not try the menu…

You will found enough space for small family in a single room. Rooms are clean. room service and other staff behaved well. simply cheap and best.

We stayed for one day in this hotel specially for Taj Mahal. The hotel is really nice. The staff is kind and polite. Food is also tasty. Warm water is available in morning and evening. Just one thing-if u are taking a day tour by the car and driver provided by the hotel, please dont go with the driver named MADHAV SINGH. He is a con. He will talk sweetly and will take u to those places where he is likely to get commission. Because of him we couldn't visit the tourist places in agra we had planned.

Service of hotel staff is best, room amenities are amazing in the price range they charge, Indian food lovers can get testiest food from hotel restaurant.

Paso Hotel. The room is comfortable, the attention is good but the bathroom is regular. The bad restaurant.

If you want to stay near Tajmahal then I would recommend Otimum Tara palace which is includes luxury rooms in very reasonable price.

Is a good hotel, very near to the Taj Mahal. The restaurant is really good, with an amaizing chicken biryani, good kebab and a very tasty Dhal Makhani. The only problem that I found in the hotel is that there isn't the thermostat and the room was freezing. The hot water was available only at certain hour but was never hot… just luke warm. In place where the temperatures go dawn in winter around 5/6 degrees, the managements had to think about the comfort of their guests.

Three star hotel. Clean and tidy. Good was not nice but it was a nice cheap place to stay for a night or two, being situated so close to the east gate of the Taj Mahal. Nice big family rooms. We were 2 adults and three kids in one room, enough space.

An average hotel in walking distance from Taj. They serve good food. Accommodation is not so good but yeah if you are on a budget then it's the best hotel in this price.

Located in a calm serene place. It's very near to Taj Mahal eat gate ticket counter. Taj Mahal itself is also located at walking distance. Interior and exterior is good. Number of restaurant nearby is less.

Nice rooms. It is situated a kind of in between the Taj Mahal and the ticket/information office. So you can either walk or take the public transport.

This hotel is very close to Taj Mahal on Shilpagram Road. Location wise this hotel is great. Clean and comfortable room and lobby. They accept card payment but always insist you for Cash. They forced me to pay cash. Tariffs are on higher side. Rooms are okay but need maintenance. The wallpapers are peeling off. Bathroom smelly. Poor ventilation.

Hotel was pretty decent with good rooms… but restaurant service was not up to mark considering the number of rooms and guests they would have in the hotel… the restaurant wasn't adequate for handling big groups… otherwise overall location was great just next to the Taj Mahal and good service by the staff also!

Good stay at the hotel. A little delay for dinner at the restaurant: thanks to waiters. Rooms were good enough and we had a nice leisure time!

They take a little too much time to serve your food. I didn't like the staff roaming around us for tips. The toilet fittings were not good. Toilet wasn't clean. However the bedroom was clean. They have a card machine but it wasnt working and we ended up paying cash. Actually you need to carry some cash with you if you are going to this city. Wherever we went we were told that there card machines are not working.

Best hotel experience ever. Good clean rooms. Politeness to core of the heart of the staffs. Very calm and peaceful to stay just 1 km away from the taj mahal. Loved it.

Good place to stay in Agra with family. Have nice service and breakfast especially pasta was very tasty.

They have best quality rooms in less prices… But uneven tolerances in daily oyo prices… Kitchen is very good here.

One of the nearest hotel to Taj Mahal. It has in house restaurant which provides good food at reasonable cost. Rooms care nice and clean.

Located near Taj East Gate, and right next to the ticket counter Optimum Tara is a good choice for a budget stay. Rooms are nice and clean with very warm and welcoming feel to it. All is good until you open the door to the washroom; it feels you have entered some other shabby looking guesthouse. It requires lot of work. Service and Food: Staff is helpful and would resolve any issue that arises. Restaurant AC was not working the day I went, so ordered room service, and was glad to have hot and delicious food in the comfort of my room Parking facility is available There is a new road that connects east gate of Taj with the expressway thru Fatehabad road, bypassing Agra city traffic completely.

Decent place for short visits. Breakfast buffet is good but in room dining is not upto standard.

Great place to stay… but the bathroom is not so good… hotel is near to Taj Mahal … very less walking distance.

Cheap and clean Hotel.

Very Nice Hotel. Neat & Clean. I booked this hotel @ ₹750/ — per night (discount from make my trip). Stayed here for two days. Food is delicious. I would recommend it for solo and couple travelers.

The air conditioning didn't work yet, but we got a different room without any problems. For breakfast or dinner you have to take a lot of time. But this is typically India.

Budget place. Decent beds and washroom. Dont expect miracle service at this budget. However, walking distance from Taj mahal. Parking space is not great.

Everything is good friendly staff helpful but I need to give him suggestion plz put room freshener inside room & bathroom Daily check hot water in cold weather.

Well it was great hotel to stay with good services, good staff, nice room food as well, come back this hotel again.
