I had stay in this hotel, and experience was just worst and unforgettable very bad, room was not clean, It was stinking very badly, and also basics were not there like soap, shampoos and towels, drinking water, A. C. Was not working. After check in the hotel reception guy called in the room for payment several times in an hour and it was stay for more than 2 days. And during the stay for couple of days no one asked for room service like linen changing or towels or just for basic cleaning. I would not like to suggest anyone to ruined your tour for just a stupid staff and service. Also while I was checking out they tried to make thhhug with me on the basis of that I have thrown tea on bed sheet. Attaching some pics for references.

Pathetic service. They dont even provide basic thing in the room, like soap, bathroom sleeper, water, towel, on top of that staff behaviour is very bad. No one came to clean the room in 2 days stay tthey dont even think that the guests are customer, No one is available on Reception, we had to wait on reception many times. Even for check out we had to wait around an hour after so many calls a persone came then only we could check out.

Everything is decent except for the Wi-Fi. They do not provide Wi-Fi in every rooms.

Worst … no service at all … AC not working… interior is too gud but failed 2 gv services. Improve it.

Lovely place to stay. Mixed food available but we avoid as we are veg… PLACE AND STAFF OS GOOD… SERVICE AND LOCATION IS EXCELLENT.

Staff is good and yes facilities too.

1000 rupe mein AC room mil jaega bs. Double bed room wala ek room lo, ek metric lelo insy aap ek room mein 3 parsons araam sy so sakte ho.

Rooms are big in size but ac was not working properly which has created lots of problem in staying.

Hotel is just ok! But I'm giving it 5 stars for the view it offers from the terrace!

It was an amazing experience staying at the Hotel East Gate, Agra. I was with my family and we had no problem at any aspect. Staff was very friendly and supportive. Walking distance to Red fort and Taj Mahal. We have thoroughly enjoyed our holidays in Agra. Highly recommended!

One of the best hotel I have stayed in, very close to the Taj Mahal with parking facility. Good rooms. Friendly people and always ready to help.

It's a 10 minute drive from the highway. A nice place to stay and the room is very spacious and well maintained. One can get all good facilities at a reasonable price. The room service was quite great. The staff itself was much decent and polite. Nice parking space with 24*7 guard to watch your vehicle. Overall its a nice place to spend your time.

Hotel east gate is place where guest & any person … feel very comfort & cool… hotel room is very well decorate & every thing is mindblowing … so this is awesome place to stay…

The hotel with reasonable prices with good facility, good services and good food. The staff was so cooperative and helpful. And I wanna recommend the name of that guy who took my luggage that late night to room who guided me to my room. Gud. But no lift. And Wi-Fi won't reach to last rooms.

Our travel service booked us up with a voucher for this hotel while in Delhi. The location was good, walking distance to the red fort and Taj Majal. Staff service was very friendly and accommodating. Excellent restaraunt down stairs and decent Wi-Fi. We visited the Marbel Emporium which I highly recommend visiting. They were kind enough to let us stay in the lounge after checkout time, as our trains left that night.
