It was a lovely place with amazing views. We went to Aravali restaurant also, that was very nice. Will recommend this place if you are travelling to Udaipur.

Worst place to stay, we had a corporate guests to stay on 29 th Jan. 2022. The front desk had said the liquors and food are available 24 /7 and to our surprise the hotel management denied Liqor and food on the grounds of dry day. According to the law they need to intimate the guests that there’s a dry day of which there wasn’t a single board displayed on their bar or was informed. They have Liqor access to foreigners but not not to other state travelers. Mr ravi who was at the front desk said it’s not our obligation and we cannot offer your the food or drink. Worst experience, pls don’t stay here. There are better places to visit in Udaipur.

Most memorable experience ever. After the lockdown it was my family’s first holiday out.
V had earlier read the comments of people who had visited this property n v were very apprehensive n scared.
But v still tried r luck.
V checked in around late in the evening. The first look of the property was breathtaking.
V were offered a welcome drink it was yummy. And v had this gentleman Mr Naeem who took care of the check in procedure n took us around the property.
We then decided to go to the rooftop restaurant fr drinks n dinner the rooftop ambiance is just breathtaking. My uncle ordered a todi drink. It was not in the menu card so the waiter was not sure if he could offer us this drink but just right then mr Naeem came to r table n immediately went to the bar to make this drink fr us.
He later on escorted us to r rooms gave his phone number n assured us that he would b there for any kind of assistance that v need.
Next morning he greeted us at the breakfast table asked us for our days itinerary helped us with r queries regarding shopping n sightseeing.
I have never experienced such a warm n genuine hospitality he took such great care which is beyond words.
Later in the evening v went to the restaurant to have Indian food even there the main chef Mr Anwar personally came n took r order n what an amazing food he curated for us since v dint want onions in r food.

Stayed there good hospitality and it was good that there is only pure veg food.

I had the most pathatic experience. I came here to enjoy my vacation but my experience here was the worst experience I ever had in my life. I would rather suggest to go to some other hotel. Wherever they treat customer as a priority. Here they just waste your time. There is no hot water supply, housekeeping is next level rubbish. And the receptionist keep on delaying things.

Hotel is near Fatehsagar lake and its close to all tourist attractions. It has nice swimming pool. We had booked two rooms and we were offered one junior suite Room 2055 and one room. Reception staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms are nice and spacious. Rooftop restaurant’s ambience is nice. Breakfast was better than expected. Room service was also good. One thing I would like hotel to improve is to increase sitting capacity for breakfast on ground floor restaurant. It was nightmare on Sunday. But overall it was memorable stay.

Nice hotel with great views, especially for rooms facing the lake, good spacious rooms with all amenities. The pool area is nice, the hotel has activities. Archery was of interest to me among others. Breakfast spread is average, can be increased. Food is generally good. Service was a little poor as no one came even after two reminders for evening service on the same day. A nice place with scenic beauty. The pleasant breeze of the winds and the pacifying view of the lake adds flavour to one's stay. The rooms are comfortable with the class interior, service is fast and food has a traditional taste of Rajasthan. Meeting /conference rooms are spacious with AV setups.

Nice property and warm welcoming. Some what lack of management was experienced. Check-in @3pm is very odd. Called thrice for luggage deliver at room. Breakfast restaurant was so much crowded, we thought of lavish experience even it has potential to do it but it will turn you down. Five star hotels are not everyone cup of tea and any one who book here room will always think of decent and less crowded place. We entered reception area and it was flooded with 50-60 people. Radisson has potential to make it more comfortable and decent for guest. I hope they make you feel awesome and memorable.

Very gentle staff. Loads of recreational activities and amenities (archery, paddle boat for small kids, tennis, badminton, pool, etc. ). The room is very luxurious and has many mordern facilities. The food is also very nice. The breakfast has a large variety of food items. Loved staying at the hotel.

The hotel was good in terms of room, the staff was very courteous and the room. Cleaning was done perfectly. The breakfast was good too and since I had an infant they used to provide special on table assistance as well as customised food options for my infant daughter. The only disappointment was the hotel did not had any First Aid kit! My husband got sprain on his leg and there was not even a ice gel with them!

Overall a good place for a weekend getaway! The only problem is the Vegetarian cuisine offered is not as varied as one would like. Other than that the pool is really nice and well maintained. The gym is equipped with all the latest machines also nicely maintained! The rooms are spacious and have nice views of lake and pool!

It's a wonderful property surrounded with nature's beauty. We had lunch on the rooftop which is an enchanting experience. They have spacious lawn and hall to organize any large events. Night sky view at the courtyard of the hotel is a must do if you visit this place.

The place is mind blowing. Second only to the lake palace. Great place to stay. The service is good and staff is polite and the hotel is spic and span. The service is timely and the good leaves nothing to be desired. The view from the hotel is heavenly and it is quite accessible from the railway station. It is located very well, hence makes it easier to get to the site seeing locations and shopping complexes. Great venue for a wedding as well.

Radisson blue is located bang opposite to the lake and the lobby and the balcony gives u an outstanding view. Business class rooms have the same view and their roof top restaurant is worth exploring. Over all a decent place to put up at udaipur. Have a limited buffet spread but the checking process is smooth and fast.

Nice property. Boring breakfast with very little variety. No great Rajasthan food. Average housekeeping service. Above all, forced me to pay for a compulsory new year party. Make My Trip had hidden this loot in its long T&C. And, the event was pathetic — with every hotel having a new year, getting good artistes must have been a challenge. Beautiful property has a good location, the food is also good and is well presented. The bar has lovely ambience and a decent selection of drinks. Rooms are well appointed and tastefully done. The only slight downside to the property is the staff who are kind of aloof and not smiling at all for some reason which kinda takes away all the pluses. But a nice hotel nevertheless.

I travel a lot across the world and stay in many hotels. This hotel doesn't deserves a 5 star rating. Although the hotel looks grand but its not managed properly. They messed up my rooms cos of a big wedding and I ended up getting the standard rooms with no view. The house keeping staff was not so responsive in delivering items to the room either. Food and staff at the restaurant were slightly better as compared to the overall service. Wouldn't recommend if you are looking for a quite stay.

High quality Radisson with stunning lakeside view. Don't be put off is you are not there for a wedding. The wedding parties are managed very well and as an independent guest we received a very quiet room and as much attention as needed. Special note should be make of both staff and food. Both exceptional.

Good locality. Calm and peaceful surroundings away from the city bustle. You will be overwhelmed by the welcome. There is a cultural show each evening, very enjoyable. Rooms are well kept, but fittings need maintenance. The restaurant offers buffet meals, not very great. If you stay more than a day you will see how same is the food served here.

Went for a sisters trip to Udaipur and decided to stay here. The property is beautiful and the view from the room is great no matter which side you are facing. The staff is really sweet, accommodating and helpful. Their rooftop restaurant has great food and the view is even better. The rooms are nice and spacious and room service gets them cleaned promptly. They have an in-house tour service and their drivers are well informed about the routes and the city. All in all, it was a great stay.

Extremely disappointing stay during Diwali. The heritage suite had a lot of fitting issues. Knobs fell off, bathtub wasn't working etc. They moved us to a smaller room where there was a short circuit and had to wait for them to repair it, found cockroaches, shower wasn't working and the intercom stopped working. The manager there in response tells us that we were shown the room during checking in, so we are responsible. Didn't realise we had to check showers while checking in. Extremely disappointed in this so called 5 star hotel.

Really beautiful place and looks splendid during the night time. Also the roof top restaurant was very romantic. But Google maps shows wrong route which does not exist for cars, hence you have to ask for the route.

The hotel is a good property. However, there was construction work going on in the rooms above and beside to the one alloted to us, which was very disturbing. I request the management to take care of all the guests equally and also maintain the cleanliness more.

It is a good place. It has good room service and hotel is wrll maintained. Its new rooms like rajwada which shows rajathani culture were exceptionally well. It has a swimming pool, we can play chess, table tennis, cricket, polo and many other things. It was a great experience to live in hotel. The hotel was good because of its architecture and the view which we get from the hotel. The river was just across the hotel and the cool breeze from river entertained me.

We went there because it is the only place in Udaipur where you can listen to live traditional Indian. Sitar and flute player Saresh is as good as it gets. Very open to talk about music. The terrace where the concert takes place is heavenly and cocktails are very well mixed and fair price.

Went to the hotel for a work retreat. Staff was extremely professional. The rooms are generally well maintained and cleaned well. The confer room was also perfectly alright. The pool is extremely clean and the Chlorine balance of the water is maintained perfectly. The food is brilliant.

Arrangements for world class hotel, so many facilities, aesthetic views, tried to provide food varieties as customer expect. But some minor cases cleaning, caring about customers should be little bit improved. If so five star rating can be easily achieved.

Nice Property, But Very Bad Housekeeping Service, No Body Listens In The Hotel For Housekeeping Services Even If You Make A Complaint At The Reception, Housekeeping Staff Never Listens Very Bad Experience I Stayed Over There For 2 Nights And Thought Why I Have Booked This Hotel Only Just Because Of Housekeeping Service The Worst Housekeeping Service By Any Hotel.

We had Booked 2 rooms. One in the Name of Shahnawaz Sumrani. Date 3rd June to 5th June. In Room 1001 Ac was not working Properly. I gave a call to reception, first time noone picked up the call and second time he asked me to wait I waited waited and waited. Secondly Bathroom was not clean. Jaquzi was not clean in the bathroom so we couldnt use that. Tv was also not working. One good thing I felt was I requested them to provide me a glass of Milk and they gave it complimentry. We asked for check out and the person came after 30 min. What kind of service are you providing? Pathetic. In 1060 We didnt find any hair dryer in Superior room as well as a tooth brush and paste. Flush was also not working in bathroom. Newspaper was not provided though we requested them. Service response was too late. Any thing you asked you get things after 30 min. No one asked us to check the full hotel. Sports and games were not in proper condition. We didnt Enjoy much.

So we checked in on 27.5.2016 (i. E. Today). We have stayed here atleast thrice before and it disheartens me to write this review even before 24 hours of my stay here is complete. The room service is disappointing as the servers are not only late by 40-50 mins but also unapologetic about their mistakes. While you expect decent quality food from a hotel of this stature it is below average. The food is not served hot. The buffet dishes are never refilled. The taste is bland and watery and menu absolutely ridiculous and no cohesion whatsoever. While our stay here previously have been quite up to the mark, the quality and level of management and service has fallen below redemption. I hope the dinner and breakfast tomorrow is slightly a better experience than the sorry nightmare that it was today. If the chefs of such a hotel are not equipped to atleast set a menu which is wholesome, I dont know what else can they not go wrong in. The swimming pool is also not maintained as you see the water being quite greenish yellow. The staff is unapologetic, unhelpful and arrogant. This needs to change. And urgently.

I checked in on 31.3.2016 with my family and friends. Will check out on 02.04.2016. Since the billing is made through travel agent and the payment is made in Advance so still here facing the trauma No staff knows what's what. After checking in when asked for water one said sorry we can only deliver packaged drinking water on request and payment when complained to the receptionist they said they will check and confirm Welcome drink was served only to 3 persons wherein we were 7. On confirming for dinner they said that they serve 24 hrs in room and all food is served. When food was ordered around 11 PM we were refused food. A limited menu was ordered. When the boy came with food they laid it on the bed itself since no table or trolley was there. The cuttlery was all stained and in bad shape. On complaining the staff laughed at us. Even the items were delivered in half. Chapati were all half done. We have to remind them for balance order which they came with after 40 minutes. No changing room at pool. Telecom or net keep on hanging. Television keeps hanging. Bathtubs blocked. House keeping turns up minimum after 30 to 40 minutes of call. Towels and bath robez all stained and torn I suggest guys please avoid stay here. Most pathetic and disgraceful atmosphere and staff. It's a nightmare.

We just checked out! terrible experience! it's a shame we ended up spending so much on a place which has no sense of management. The floor manager has no sense of hospitality, is rude, arrogant and sadly has no expression, God alone knows how he has been given such a responsibility. We were checked into a room which was not vacant and was already occupied by another family and realised that only once we walked into the room. What happened to privacy! There was no water for half an hour on one of the days. While checking out no one was sent to our room to check out our bags, this is the kind of experience from a well know place like Radisson. Sad! disgusted!

We have 3 rooms. All the rooms minibars (freeze) donot work. The one room A. C works. We had not good experence with this hotel.

Situated in a great location, this Hotel truly feels like a palace. We were enchanted as we walked into the lobby through the walkway with its checkered tiles overlooking the lake. The views from the terrace are amazing both in the morning and evening. The restaurant on the terrace opens in the evening and its gas burners keep you warm on cold evenings during winder. The pools and the breakfast area are expansive and picturesque.

Staff were not little rude at times. Restrooms in rooms were not well maintained. Changed rooms 2 times due to broken showers. Food was good. Beware of parties. The rooms are not soundproof. If there is a late night party, you will hear the music all through the night.

Will never stay in this properly again, I got room at 5.00 pm in evening,, the staff was too rude, no information was given about restaurants, breakfast, spa, after asking it. Wasted one full day of my trip because of the staff, will never recommend this property to any one. One more thing. Very poor maintance. After asking several time about the spa, jagmandir dinner booking. The staff will not assist you, I thing they should only book 10 to 15 rooms per day as they have that much staff, I will recommend trident hotel to stay in Udaipur.

One of the worst nightmares of my life… They tend to go back on their words, even the ones they communicate in writing. They have a tendency to humiliate their guests over and over again… The service is pathetic… People at the reception are clueless… Bell desk is always unmanned… The staff is so disrespectful to women that when they are on their own moving their luggage to the room they don't move a muscle but watch… In the last 9 hours we are humiliated about 5 times and have moved rooms twice. I hope worst is over but have my finger crossed I made a cardinal mistake, plz avoid it even if it's the last available hotel in Udaipur.

Good property at average location. Expect a slow working staff. Poorest maintenance. You are at there mercy. It is not on fatehsagar lake but has a good distance. Of you want to have view of fatehsagar lake then you have to pay Rs 1500/day. The vision is only from 2nd floor. There drainage system is pathetic and same is there electrical pinpoints. Food is ok ok. Not good one. Reservation staff and every staff works like beurocrates. There is better lake in udaipur called pichola lake. Book in any average hotel. You will enjoy better at economic rates. There room service is slowest of any hotel of coparision. Think before booking.

Hi it was one of the best vacation stays at radisson udaipur. Very comfortable room. The staff was very pleasent n helpfull. We were a big family yet they accomodated all of us in a room. I had kids with me n they wanted to stay with us. The surroundings n the landscape was simply awesome. Kids enjoyed so much that they just wanted to stay in hotel instead of sight seeing. Three cheer for radisson will surely be there guest again n again on all vacations where ever we go. Thanku guys. U rock.

My husband and I stayed at Sheraton in Udaipur during our honeymoon. I was quite disappointed with the entire approach of the staff, the rooms and the food here. Food is extremely bland. Also, they charge loads of money for the stay and its just not worth all that money! On our last day at the hotel, there was a fire in the basement and they just could not handle it. Everyone was panic striken and it took us 2 to 3 hours to get our luggage and exit the hotel at once! I would suggest everyone to look at other better hotels to stay. Sheraton is a sheer disappointment. No value for money and nothing good about it. Rooms are average. This is not how a luxury or a 5-star hotel should be.
