Every flax in the resort was wonderful. It is very fun. They are a resort. The food quality is the best. The service is also very nice. The net and clean resort is.

Grt ambience, awesome food.

The hotel is currently under renovation and has good swimming pool for the guest.

It’s not as good as per his name hotel raj palace, room wasn’t good n switch board is also too old n mostly location is really bad, even local people of Udaipur is don’t know about it. N when we call at Hotel then they didn’t guide properly. N their is no parking place of our vehicles, we have to park on road at our own risk. Not preferred to go at this place ever N price is high as they provide facilities.

Not good. Mattresses were super thin with no support whatsoever. Room was run down (though the hotel is currently being renovated). Wi-Fi did not work for the whole two days of our stay (not that the staff cared), toilet drains smell. We had a standard room (fan only) which is on the noisy street with traffic and the room was like a furnace. Good points, breakfast was ok with eggs, had pretty windows with stained glass (though I almost fell through them to the street whilst trying to open them), room was a nice size and location was good, although not exactly where you'd think it is according to Google maps.

Comfortable stay, Basic old Haveli. Good location. Renunciation work is going on. New swimming pool. It will be a nice hotel in Future.

Disappointing experience. Whole staff was on leave. Rooms were not clean. Bathtub was dirty.

Raj palace without Wi-Fi no lift no retaurent.

Very bad experience at this so called haveli. Bathrooms are in bad shape and rooms are filthy. Only 1 or 2 people in the name of staff. No Parking available, they make your car parked on road. Also, asked for quilts, I was told they have distributed all and left with none so have to manage with blankets. Further, there were alot of mosquitoes in the rooms. Also, open drains are running along this bhootiya haveli. Haveli is in ruins, pls don't book it here, you shall cry.

Property was nice but run with less no of manpower. Only breakfast was available. We suffered a lot due to this reason. Otherwise centrally located.

Rooms: Expensive. Stinky blankets. Loud Ac behind a curtain in a "super deluxe" room. The faucet in the bathroom is broken (was broken in both the rooms that we stayed). The bed was not stable and very loud. No toiletries supply. Badly locked door. Location: Took me an hour to find it. Located in a small street with open drains. Food: I wasn't very "Fortunate" enough to try the food because the restaurant was closed for the two days we stayed. Staff: barely any. Service: sucks. I DO NOT recommend anybody to stay at this hotel. I couldn't sleep for both the days I stayed there.

No Parking available… No AC. Staff was very rude. During booking they didn't mention that anyone with the age of 12 is considered as a adult and later during check in they charged extra 1000rs, when seeked for clarity the staff was arrogant … The rooms sucks, Windows are broken… Doors doesn't have proper locks. Please dont visit!

Staff is not hotel management professionals. Service is okay. Deluxe​ rooms have nice ambience. Very near to city palace. Though they have parking lot but if hotel is full of customers then parking would be problematic. It is situated in narrow street with up one way. So if you are coming from city palace then for 500m distance you have to travel for 4 Kms due to one way. For this room price hotel is good with location. There is a cafe in campus. It's good actually.

Well Mannered Hotel of the Area and also famous for Goodwill. Facilities of the hotel are very high and good. You can book rooms online from different sights. Same hotel in Jaipur is more big and Luxurious than this.

The hotel staff was good towards me, hotel service was good. Room was neat and clean. You can get hot water all the time. Only negative point was toilet connection was broken and the hotel is near railway station. You can hear railway announcements in your room.

Is se ghatiya hotel ho hi nahi sakta. They serve water in used Mineral Water Bottles. They don't give proper bill for food where charging Rs. 75/ — for a Aloo Parantha. If you'll ask for bill they will give it to you on hand written slip. These kind of hotels should be shuttered down by the administration.

The hotel and the staff are very rude… The manager was even very rude. No power backup. Thr rooms are too small and messy. The bedsheets were soo dirty and when we asked to change it, the answer was that they do not have extra bedsheets and asked us to manage. The bathroom doors were see through. All types of rooms were same. Even the suite was soo bad and too small. As per the manager they have the right to enter the room whenever they feel like using the duplicate key. At last we were in a big fight and had to change the hotel… IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A HOTEL IN THE SAME AREA JUST HAVE A LOOK AT UDAI KOTHI… IT IS JUST NEXT TO IT. A BIT COSTLY BUT A EXCELLENT HOTEL… 5 STAR FROM ME FOR UDAI KOTHI… Do not waste your time and money in booking MANDIRAM.

Hi, My first bad experience with Raj Palace, I keep informing till day before to book the room & confirm but they never did it, lastly I took another hotel via Clear tip as I was travelling with family & can't afford to roam around city searching hotels. It was recommended by my colleague to stay in this hotel but my first experience was very bad, even their behavior is worst & unpleasant. I would definitely not recommend anyone to go & stay there, There are many other hotel provides good room & behavior. They should learnt it first before opening hotel business (specially Mr Jhalla).

Bad experience with them. They are cheaters. Booked 2 deluxe rooms and when we reached at late night because of unavailability gave us one normal room but charged fully and top of it There was a lizard in deluxe room.

Curiously, this hotel alludes to a "divine prescence" and peace and offers exactly the opposite — boom box music blaring from the rooftop restaurant day and night as it is sublet to some young chaps whose friends "not hotel guests" party up there till the early hours of the morning. The owner assures you that this terrible noise stops at 10 pm but it doesn't. So more diabolical than divine! They claim to have 24/7 reception. They don't. The houseboy receptionist locks himself in the lobby at about 11pm and won't answer the door to guests. So if there is a party on the roof at 1 am and you want to complain because you can't sleep — you can't. The owner isn't onsite although his mother lives downstairs. With the aid of passersby I managed to call the owner when the noise hadn't stopped at 1 am and he got the receptionist to open the lobby and go upstairs to sort things out but only two people left and the party continued. So I decided to stay in the lobby as sleep wasn't possible. However, the owners offensive mother spat at me to get out. A paying guest may not sit in the lobby of this hotel? They were extremely rude. Their response to the noise problem was to again lock the reception! Only with the help of some passersby could I resolve the problem by persuading the chaps in the rooftop bar to close. They claim to have clean hygienic rooms. Yes, crawling with ants. You have to ask for the room o be cleaned and there's day's old rubbish in the corridor.
