Location is great and nice environment.

Very very bad hotel staff no service regarding room clean not enough towel after room service no one comes to picks empty plates when I gone to reception and told them to pick empty plates then they came but did not clean table I am still in my room still table is dirty good part of the hotel his breakfast and taste of food but over all never I will like to come back and I will never give reference of the hotel

Superb location, great service, and the staff are so polite, humble and helping. Never felt so happy with any services as theirs… Every hotelier and their staff should learn from them. Truly a great service. Food awesome, room view nice, overall excellent service.

Magnificent room, friendly and helpful staff. They have a great rooftop on the 5th floor with a magnificent sight on the city and where they serve excellent meals!

Very disappointing as not 4 star, but 2 star. Unskilled reception staff, for example could not give 8 hr rate for taxi. Couldn't make future bookings. Wifi terrible — hardly worked whilst there for 3 nights. Staff did not get back to you. Got a room change as first one had a quarry view about 2 metres away, dirty, scuff marks up walls and old decor in bathroom. Breakfast good but extremely hot room with fruit, yoghurt milk all left out. Didn' t look like many people staying there. Not in heart of city — so needed taxi for all things. Overall very disappointed with my stay here. But Udapure is an amazing city to explore.

Its a hotel with huge rooms with a grand presence. It looks much better in the pictures though than in real. The service is good. They even arranged a complementary cake for our wedding anniversary. The breakfast buffet is also good. Its located close to the Sajjangarh biological park. 4 stars coz the place sometimes gives an eerie feel as its a huge place but not lively at all.

The hotel is very neat and clean. The staff are well mannered and very polite. The breakfast was very tasty specially the dessert on both the days. Dinner was also yummy. Rooms are big and spacious. Quality of the furniture is also good. Because our room was facing the lake we had a good view of the lake specially at night.

Ambiance: The place has different seating arrangement for dining. The closed dining area is for buffet. The interiors are nice and the overall ambiance is pleasing. Location of the place is very Majestic Food: The lunch and dinner buffets have decent menu and preparations are tasty. Services: Well behaved and cordial staff Price: Prices are very reasonable as compared to Other hotels and nice discount. Rooms were nice and comfortable.

One of the disgusting hotel I have ever seen. Horrible service, disgusting rooms. Breakfast below average. I would not recommend this place. Room service is very poor. "Gatar" like rooms it smells like sewage.

Hotel is good and rooms are too big but service is slow no bar.

For a 2 night stay: good breakfast, good service and a clean spacious room. For this price it's a solid deal in Udaipur. It is very close to the "monsoon palace". Only downside was lack of hot water in the shower. The food was hygienic and catered to both a western and Rajasthani diet.

The hotel is very cozy: spacey rooms and good food. We spent NYE on the rooftop and had so much fun. The staff was very helpful and friendly and Bharat was nice and professional. I definitely recommend this place.

Great room. Service is bit slow but nice curious staff. Good taste is quite good. Breakfast excellent. Location is bit far to reach but excellent.

Good location. Rooftop restaurant, breakfast spread are good. Lake view room on 2nd floor doesn't have view, restaurant staff are grumpy and good service has to be demanded. Extra bed will be a single mattress on the floor.

The food at the restaurant is very good. It's only mildly spicy and the rooftop dinners are a treat during the evenings. There is a wide assortment of items available at the buffet breakfast — South Indian, North Indian and continental. The rooms are spacious with most of the desired amenities. The housekeeping could be more prompt and the need to repeated call for certain basic items can be a drag and detracts from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Below average experience. On arrival they conveniently forgot to give us a key card to our room. On calling they made 2 different excuses saying the previous guest had lost it and then a hotel staff memeber had taken it home. They would not issue us another key. Not sure why they didn't have a spare. They eventually gave us the master key card which violates the privacy of everyone else in the hotel — bad move. No hot water service in a cold winter month which they fixed after several requests. Stale bread for breakfast. Amenities in the room didn't work — had a broken kettle that took hours to fix, the airconditioner didn't work, not that it was needed in the cold. The bathroom was smelly, their answer to which was "we will put air freshener, which masked the smell for a few hours and then it was back to being smelly. The Wi-Fi was useless. The list just goes on. It got really annoying to call housekeeping on multiple occasions especially when they wouldn't answer the phone straight away. The hotel staff did little to nothing to sort these issues out. The hotel is a perfect example of a place that looks good on the outside but has a poor management operating its day to day affairs. Very disappointed.

Nice architecture and view. Food is good and the hospitality is also very good.

The shower has no effective barriers, completely allneedles the bathroom… it is very noisy.

Very good comfortable stay. New property with wide rooms & bath. Good breakfast. Prompt service by staff.

Pathetic place. Zero service. The service is so bad that once you call house keeping they would never come. Toiletries and ac are of the worst quality. The only good thing is that the rooms are spacious and minimum requirements are fulfilled otherwise nothing special.

This is one of the best hotel with decent price, qualityof food also good, cooperative staff.

Superb Location, Very quite and peaceful place close to nature, even their basic rooms are very spacious with all the amenities at very reasonable price got the lowest rate from their official website, they have huge secure parking space, breakfast and dinner was awesome at rooftop restaurant with lake view and Monsoon palace just 2 mins away, at night the view from our window was awesome, had a gr8 gr8 time would highly recommend this hotel a true 4 star at very very reasonable price :)

Good hotel near sajjan garh biological park.

Rooms are very spacious and cozy. Room service is excellent. Wi-Fi works well. Restaurant has variety of cuisine. Roof top view is good. Window views are OK. Swimming pool is not good and very small. Very good hotel for 2 day stay.

Had a fantastic experience. The staff totally dedicated to their work. You are treated royally and every small comfort is taken care of. Food is excellent. The hotel location is superb. An amazing place to relax with family and friends.

Situated in a great location, this Hotel truly feels like a palace. We were enchanted as we walked into the lobby through the walkway with its checkered tiles overlooking the lake. The views from the terrace are amazing. The restaurant on the Roof top opens in the evening If you want a royal stay experience at affordable price, Hotel Mewar Garh is the place in Udaipur… A great collection of paintings to appreciate art while you walk the passageway, magnificent view of FatehSagar lake as you enjoy the evening coffee from Roof Top restaurant the food is delicious with variety of choices. The live performance and puppet show in the evening make it more enjoyable for kids and even adults can cherish the traditional art of Rajasthan. Room service is okay and staff is approachable.

It is a nice hotel with very spacious rooms. The food is also good. But its location is not as exotic as some of the other hotels at Udaipur.

The Redlion-Mewar Garh is an excellent hotel located near Sajjan Garh the moonsoon place. Everything about this place is just amazing. Superb rooms, impeccable service, lovely grounds, nice pool, cool bar and memorable meals. We traveled in a family group that included both senior citizens and small children and everybody loved the place. The staff are excellent.

Red lion hotel such a made my stay a pleasurable one. I was completely relaxed and satisfied by its service. I recommend this hotel as a best luxury hotel. Its comfortable rooms, panoramic view all were great one. Best safe and wonderful hotel in Udaipur. Thank You.
