Most spacious hotel till date. Truly justifies its name as Niwas. Made booking through Treebos official website and got goood discount. Rooms are huge or gigantic would describe it perfectly. Good view from roof top restaurant. Food served here is tasty, hotel also has parking facility, humble staff, ready to help you. Clean rooms. Good room service also.

Wow. The location is just wow. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Food is good. Staff is courteous and always available to serve you. I stayed during off season thus I can say it was value for money.

One of the best pocket friendly hotel in udaipur. Loved their cafe — Aqua lounge. The only thing they don't have is a pool. Else everything is there.

Very nice and scenic place for dinner and drinks. The service of the staff is commendable, one of the best views Udaipur has to offer.

Avoid at all costs. Worst staff whose purpose is to harass the customers. They wouldn't have the booking details, won't bother with sorting out the mess at their end, made us wait for 2 hours in midnight for our room and then cheated us on GST by charging 18% GST when the actual rate is 5%

Went on 26th January for dinner. The place has good decor but the food was really bad. Half of the dishes in the menu were not available n rest the quality is questionable. The person serving and taking order lack skills of hospitality to an extent the served order was incorrect. Coming to the food soups and appetizers were okay… But main course were horrible. The ppl do not know how to make khichdi properly. The sizzles were way too spicy and the only savior was egg curry. The coffee and hot chocolate were watery after repeated complaints to the staff the support staff told us that the chef is not available and we are subject of some xyz experimentation. The only sensible person was manager to whom we shared our complaint and he apologied and ask us not to pay…

A calm, serene atmosphere surrounded by beautiful panoramic view of the lake. The rooms are well maintained and it has a touch of old haveli charm. A hospitable and polite staff. The food available is varied and well cooked but a bit costly. I recommend continental.

It was a lovely experience staying here, huge neat and clean rooms, cordial staff and delicious food. Very comfortable stay. I will recommend for both families and couples.

Location is superb, rooms are excellent. However their service is poor. They could provide warm water in the morning and also the normal water in the bathroom was smelling smoky & plunger. The breakfast was ok.

Staff is not at all experienced, you keep asking them any thing and each of them will say "they have no idea about it… wait let me ask". Food wise its good but again could have been better. Ambiance is good.

One of the best 3-star Hotel with a good lake view and all rooms and service up to the mark. If you have option take a bigger room without the lake view and you will know the benefits yourself. It's huge and it is with a nice big bathtub. The service was fantastic and though we had some issues and confusion in the booking at time of checking in. The first view of the room made us forget the inconvenience caused. Good view and it is in quite a central location. The restaurant Bramha Kamal and the Aqua Lounge which operates late in the night are good to relax in the evening over a drink. Free breakfast are offered which are quite sumptuous and tasty as well. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly here and will recommend this hotel to others instead of taking other more costly option available in Royal City of Udaipur.
