We had an amazing experience on our business trip and very courtius staff and helpful. Amazing food.

The hotel has fradulent practice, like they handover your handbag lying in reception area to other guest. Keep your purse in a corner which has no CCTV coverage n then tell no one from our staff touches anything. N the worst part is that they have no responsibility for handling the purse after getting it identified according to them identification before handling the bag is not required as said by there general manager. Worst services provided so far.

Hotel is very well maintained plus all the staff are very cooperative and restaurants manager is on his toes all the time for the breakfast and dinner too. Food is really good, hygiene, breakfast will just pour water in your mount its. Well maintained property will recommend this property.

LOCATION is superb… just at the beginning of Mall road. Hotel is nicely maintained… Especially staff is really very efficient… June last week I stood there for 3 nights with family n friends. Staff didn't even gave us a single chance to complaint about anything. They were giving their best to make guests comfortable… Buffet breakfast was scrumptious. gaurav ahuja.

Awesome place! 1st thing I am still in love with is the garden over there. The fresh and beautiful flowers which I can't find in the city I live due to weather. Spent an hour in the garden staring at flowers and clicking pics but sadly I lost the pics. But would love to visit again especially for the garden and of course for the delicious food! The breakfast was memorable. Food was tasty and such an awesome staff working with happy faces and enjoying their work, is quite rare these days. The weather, nature of Abu people, food won my heart! It was a great experience over all. Property maintainence was excellent. Cleanness service all were up to mark. One thing they should look in is a reception attendant which need to be improve.

One of the best hotel to stay in Mount Abu. It’s location is also perfect as it’s minutes away from the busy center areas of Mt Abu. Staff is indeed polite and cooperative and help you with the smallest possible things. They have beautiful gardens where they grow roses. It’s was a great experience staying in this hotel.

Excellent hotel. Well located. Very clean and all the amenities are there. Plenty of TV channels. Staff is warm and always with a smile. Breakfast is sumptuous food overall tasty. Only problem was that Wi-Fi service in the rooms was not great… but would definitely go back there.

This is an awesome place. Food over here is tasty and every season it's full we didn't even got room here on weekend. So it's like obvious this place is one of the best to Stay in Mount Abu and it's from those limited hotels that offer swimming pool. I liked the decoration too with the lot of antique stuff and so many mirrors on the wall.

Apart from the rooms. Everything else is horrendous. We got accused of something we did not do and after showing evidence we did not even get an apology from the manager. They charge silly extra amounts for every little thing for example… we had shorts on to use the swimming pool but constantly that was not swimming gear so we had to hire their 100rupees a short which were used and told they were washed. Ewwwwww We had to pay extra to drink our drinks by the swimming pool. (First time I had heard of). The staff lie. I offered an amount for my clients to stay extra as our meeting had gone over and the receptionist said he will call me back but did not and when I went down to say we had finished he wanted to charge me extortionate amount for extra hours. I would not recommend this hotel. Stay else where. I will when I return.

Very courteous staff each staff indirectly asked for a tip from the watchman to the employee who dropped our baggage in and out… very very expensive rates are equally important to way the place is … didn't find it worth the price later got to know its one of the best hotels in Abu … courteous staff expect tips for everything that's sad.

Excellent place to stay … Really can't find anything wrong apart from being pure veg and for people like us who are pure non veg it's bit difficult … Clean rooms, toilets, excellent devote, lobby good reception along with the staff being too good
Also would take the opportunity to specially praise the restaurant manager who is at his toes while guest are taking there food… Mouth watering breakfast with so much of variety that my four son even could not stop praising … ample place for kids to play, garden area so well mainted but swimming pool was under maintainace so could not enjoy that

Premium hotel. One of best in abu. Good service. Rooms are spacious. Food /buffet breakfast is good. Room service is good. Kids friendly hotel as swimming pool, playing area. Bath tub in super deluxe room. Enjoyed stay. However no puppet show or any singing activities in hotel at evening.

Hotel Hillock is situated at one of the best locations of Mt Abu. Set on the hill, Hillock tourists get great views. Market and all the tourist attractions are quite near to this Hotel. This hotel is kids friendly, and has a swimming pool, kids play area, bar & restaurant. On top of this, they have valet parking facility. Cost wise too, this hotel is moderately priced. Worth staying, when in Mt Abu.

During the stay at this hotel we enjoyed. It was a comfortable stay, food was very good and sleep quality too good.

Pathetic. Unprofessional management. Unhygienic food with oil stained napkins, stinking restaurant and rooms. They do not change bed linens with change of guest. Self styled 4* but does not deserve any stars. I have got excess amount transferred in their account but still awaiting refund. Probably they are short of funds and want to retain that money. When I asked for the refund, these people called up and started cursing me and my family, cheap tactics. Though they talk very sweetly but once you have any issues with them, they will show their true colours. Stay away, it is total mess. Thank God, got my refund today (24/8) after 25 days.

We had an excellent experience during our visit to Mount Abu with family in Dec 2013. We saw couple of other hotels too, but after seeing Hotel Hillock, we looked no further and stayed there. The location of the hotel is goof — right on the Mount Abu road. It has nice Interiors and overall ambiance is excellent for a relaxing holiday with family. We stayed in superior/super delux room and it was very good — clean, nice bed, good size of room, clean bathroom with tub, nice view of garden from the room — overall it was very relaxing stay). They have good facilities like beautiful garden, children play area, parking and very good staff for service. Price wise, it's little on higher side but worth it for pleasant relaxing stay to enjoy Mount Abu. It is good option in Mount Abu if one is traveling with family and children.
