Good experience and good food.

Very poor taste. Bad behaviour of manager.

Staff behaviour is nice… spacious dining… yummy food.

Staff is callous with fake smiles. I have booked rooms through OYO elsewhere. OYO team moved me to this hotel, where I have given room no 301, which had a dirty curtain brushing our head and nothing can be done about it, the WC was broken and scarred. I complained, staff said they will move us to a different room. That did not happen before 5hrs. Then we got shifted to another room where the bedsheet and covers we're soiled. On complaining the staff came to change it by putting the pillows and clean covers and sheet on the floor! I have been traveling with my senior citizen parents and really cudnt take a decision of checking the availability of another place to stay at 10:30pm. When OYO team reached out to the hotel manager, they got a response what is the scale of dirtyness. This is my third bad experience with OYO and such callous experience with PARAS Royale. Think before you hit the "BOOK" button!

Good hotel. Good food and a vry mature staff. There you can also have late night check in.

Reception manager need to be more polite with clients they talk in very bad manners with customers. Room service is good hotel is good but some A. C room have issue with with A. C water falling … food is so expensive as compared to the quality which they are giving. General Manager always not available whenever any customer want to talk with him and receptionist just say he not available at this moment sir. Its really bad experience … hotel owner should provide them good training.

Banquet hall is nice. It's ambience, decoration etc were all good. Food needs a huge improvement! It was not that good. Was there for a celebration party. That has music system too you can plug you phone and play music to your taste. Parking space is near the hotel. Guess can escort you to it.

Very neat and clean. The behaviour of staff is gentle and sweet. Rooms are a bit smaller in size. Food quality is awesome. Go for complimentary breakfast as they are good in taste and fresh. Every person very supportive. Good management of hotel owner. Location wise best as centrally located in talwandi.

Good place to stay for a few nights. I stayed here with friends for another friend's wedding, and it was quite alright. Rooms are small and overall services are basic.

One of the finest restaurants out in the city. Though a big issue with the place is the lack of a parking space. Otherwise the restaurant itself is awesome.

It is a great place to visit (restaurant purpose) or to stay. The food here is delicious, the place is quite and calm. For a middle class person it is slightly expensive otherwise it is a great place for having dinner. Now talking about hotel, the structure is perfect, well furnished, warm during winter, you can stay here as the rooms are also good, and as I think the price of hotel will be in ur budget… Thank you… If this review help you in anyway plss like it.

A good place to dine. The service and dining culture is top of the line. Just keep in mind that the main courses start after 7PM in the evening, so if you're early, you'll be served a limited menu and that really takes the fun away, at least somewhat partially. The interiors are vibrant and ambient, and flawlessly air conditioned. Good place to take photos and make memories if you're looking for it. The menu is moderately priced. Expect a bill just as much as any other typical restaurant in Kota, but with incentives of class and royalty. The staff is polite and patient. And the cutlery is well cleaned and taken care of. Have fun and do not forget to thank them for their service and for serving the purpose of the dignity of their labour.

Great restaurant! The ambience is really satisfying. Food is great. Staff is well trained and mannered. In the end, a great place for a family get together.
