Best among rest, good & friendly management.

One off best hotel in all jaisalmer city.

Best choice to stay in Jaisalmer. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, nice, clean and comfortable. Good Indian cuisine at its rooftop restaurant. Relatively close to Amber fort, but in a quite, noiseless neighborhood. They make you feel at home. Definitely a plus.

Great staff that know the true value of customer service special mention reception and the restaurant first class service. The bedroom wase spacious and very comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Took my wife here for our first wedding anniversary on a package deal and we were very happy with our time in this hotel. The service was excellent, from the pick up/drop off from railway station to the staff at the restaurant. The room (#210) was spacious, decorated in traditional rajasthani style that gives rustic feel to it. Dinner was delicious,

The reason I'm in for 4 star, is cuz they provided me with one of the best rooms available in the last moment and because of the simple but tasty food… however, others and the one's from abroad faced few problems that was unimaginable for many of this era… but they were quick, in apologizing and made sure that the issue is resolved quickly… overall it's a good stay for a hotel and a great view to look at…

A very decent and comfortable place to stay. Best suitable for families. Located just next to the sunset point. The rooms are well designed with authentic Rajasthani theme. Service is also very good.

Dont order food in your room! Visit their amazing rooftop dining space and enjoy the view. Highly recommended place to stay.

I visited Jaisalmer in first week of February with family. We are four members. We book Royal heritage online. We found Beautiful rooms, staff was very cooperative. Food is very delicious, very traditional ambience. View from roof top restaurant is amazing. Fort and sunset point is amazing. Cleanliness in rooms and food quality is above mark. Overall worth for money. Must recommend for families and friends.
