Superb architecture of the place. Friendly staff. Environment is too good to stay.

Cool place to have vaccination… Easy approach we'll trained staff.

The food is pretty good, but the room size is quite small for the price. The washrooms smell after use. Other than that, the environment is nice and the staff is very polite and eager to help.

Beautiful hotel with a great pool and lively events in the evening. Good for all ages. It's a little too far to walk into town. So you'll need to take a rickshaw or taxi.

The hotel is located on the main road. It gives a feel of a palatial palace with royal splendor. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. The property is spread in a huge area. The swimming pool is good and is always buzzing with activity. The buffet is sumptuous. Service is quick and very courteous.

Dear friends This hotel belongs to HRH group HRH group hotel belongs to Udaipur maharaja This property is good but staff is not good We have taken Ac room but Ac is not working They have out side switch that always closed that switch they have not maintained hotel room and bathroom shower is rusty not maintained staff is very rude so plz people I recommend that don’t go to this property.

Lavish and luxurious place to spend. I took there buffet breakfast which was excellent. The rooms are clean and huge. Enjoy the swimming pool and the cultural show they offer.

Loved the place, suited outside the city and quite area. Great indoor, clean rooms and friendly staff. All the amenities are available, swimming pool, clean green garden areas, evening folk dance show etc. The food was excellent from in-house kitchen. The Kitchen manager was very kind and helpful.

It was a very beautiful place to stay. It has a look of a palace and interior decorations were excellent. Very good and cooperative staff have taken care of all our needs. Food and beverages are of high quality. Never felt that we were away from our home.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel 2 notti dal 1.01.2018 al 03.01.2018.
L’hotel e le camere sono pulite, ok anche il cibo, personale premuroso.
In camera le prese della corrente non erano stabili, l ‘aria condizionata generava solo aria fredda (di notte le temperature arrivano a 0 gradi) e quindi abbiamo chiesto un stufetta elettrica.
Inoltre 2 cene (riso in bianco/chapa/spinaci) per due persone e due colazioni 7680 rupie indiane cioe’ poco piu’ di cento euro per due persone! Cioe’ 100 euro di extra! L’hotel e’ distante pochi km dal centro del Forte… direi che per molte rupie in meno vi consiglio di prenotare in qualche b&b nel cuore del Fort!
I stayed at this Hotel 2 nights from 1.01.2018 to 03.01.2018. The hotel and rooms are clean, OK also the food, thoughtful staff. In the room The current outlets were not stable, the air conditioning generated only cold air (at night the temperatures arrive at 0 degrees) so we asked for an electric heater. Also 2 dinners (white rice/chapa/spinach) for two people and two breakfasts 7680 Indian rupees i. E. Little over a hundred euros for two people! I mean, 100 euros of extras! The hotel is a few miles from the center of the fort… I would say that for many rupees less I recommend you to book in some B&B in the heart of the fort!

Property is very good, good food and ok ok rooms … Rooms could have been better and we'll planned.

Hotels location is good. Hotel has spacious rooms but do not have exhaust in bathroom so some smell is there in the rooms. On service front staff is courteous but not have much to offer. Do not provide slippers, dental kit, and saving kit. All the items provides in the rooms are very costly. 1 ltr bottel of water will cost Rs 160 and providing 1 ltr complimentary which is not sufficient for 2 travellers. I booked hotel from there own website by paying extra amount as they provided full refund on cancellation. I wont recommend this hotel.

Its a very nice hotel with Royal architecture. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast should be complementary as all hotels have these days.

This is not the place to visit when you are going for your holidays. They just need money, once they receive it, they don't care if you are in or out. Rooms are pretty small and do not expect any space if you have your kids with you. They call a black auto as a cab to go around. Spend some more time to find a better place to enjoy your stay.

Although the food was very good, the rooms and service are pretty average. Also, because of it's layout, not a very convenient place for old people or people with difficulties.

Best stay in my touring of all time. Services are very good. Food is good. Swimming pool area is very relaxing. The property is very luxurious.

We visited January hotel was good to stay but don't book anything from travel desk. Because we had bad experience we book bus tickets jaiselmer to Ahmedabad we paid extra for middle seats but we find out at bus station he gave us last seats! So we have to pay again extra money for middle seats in bus… so pls. Don't buy any tickets from them. They over charge u too much…

Excellent food, very clean bathrooms and peaceful rooms! Very courteous staff, "Tattva"… one of the best spa! looking forward to stay again… this time for a longer period. Absolutely excellent stay we had.

Well-appointed rooms and great food (variety, taste, spread) near enough to the town of jaisalmer, good Wi-Fi service, housekeeping and room service staff was well mannered.

We stayed here for a couple of days while in Jaisalmer. The hotel itself is a pretty property, with nice rooms. Both nights we spent here were comfortable. The hotel restaurant offers a good breakfast, and overall, I would call this hotel good.

We had a deluxe room and it was lovely. This hotel is quiet and well located. The staff and food is excellent. Would highly recommend it. As it was our first time in India the staff made us feel like as were coming home. Very considerate and professional staff.

This modern 3 year old hotel is exceelent; well planned and goes up a hillside. We were in Rm 116 which was spacious and had a small balcony; I don't think it would matter which room you had, they are all good. Firm beds, typical of India, good bathroom. The first hotel with a 'Suggestion Box' — congratulations! The hotel bar is very good, make use of it and look after that lovely bartender, a real gentleman — loves his cricket. Important: The hotel shop is worth waiting for and the place to buy your textiles. We found they were not pushy and their prices about half what some other places we saw charged, you will not go wrong here! Everyone was very nice at this hotel, friendly and happy, and you feel comfortable in every sense of the word. The buffet restaurant food was some of the best we have encountered and that is really saying something, just top class. Lovely swimming pool and garden surrounds. You have free use of the computer to check emails etc, but like many hotel computers they need to invest in a new keyboard. You will not find better than this fabulous hotel.

A nice hotel, with a warm Indian welcome. Designed more for the foreign tourists. Small insects do crawl into the rooms occassionally. A nice cosy balcony with every room on the ground floor is another good thing about the rooms. The resort is beautiful, food is as per the taste of foreign tourists, bland to be true to the taste. If you are an Indian, looking for Indian food, you might be disappointed. They don't give bills to guest who have made bookings online. You get bills only for any additional expense you made in the hotel. Bills towards room charges are not given, if booking done online through any website. I believe since it is the hotel of the maharajas of udaipur, they can get away with this. Except for these small things, the hotel is a good place to be in, the traditional folk dance and music performances in the night are great to watch. I stayed in the hotel from 23rd to 25th November 2011.
