Service is good but place is very inside of road unable to find easily.

We stayed in the hotel and did their camel safari and both was great! (coming from Travellers on a budget) We booked two budget rooms two days in advance and were picked up from the train station at 1am where a guy had been waiting for us in the cold for 1 1/2 hours (! ) we were then shown our rooms which had been upgraded to a standard and deluxe room without a change in price which was very kind. In the morning we spoke with the hotel manager about his camel safari and that (we had to take an earlier train hence only had one more night in Jaisalmer) we would have to do it the same day if it would still be possible. He arranged it without hindrance and let us check out of our room later as it was such short notice. The safari was exactly as described except that the car wasn't a Jeep but a normal white Indian car. Our two camel men were very friendly and we managed to communicate with them rather well. The first part of our camel journey was mainly on dirt tracks as the two guides were walking and it would have been too exhausting to do the whole stretch on sand. When we arrived in the dunes it was stunning however! On arrival we were made a delicious chai and then got to walk around, take photos and discover the dunes. Dinner was ready when we wanted it and it was very tasty! We felt like Kings and Queens the way we were served, so polite, they would have let us eat all the food even though it was all they get as well!

Great place to stay Clean dorms, friendly staff, decent location. The only drawback is the food. It's not really that good. I wouldn't recommend having any meals here as there are better alternatives. The experience here was superb overall.

This has got to be one of the best places I've stayed at in India. Clean, spacious room with a comfortable bed, superfriendly and funny staff, amazing food served at the rooftop and all that for a ridiculously low price. They also have free pick-up service from the train station if you want. Location is pretty good. Easy walk to the fort. Camel Safari organised through Dylan is good.

One of the most fun stay in Jaiselmer, very near to the Golden Fort and a walk away from the bazaar. Helpful staff and a relaxing budget friendly place for backpackers.

The def. Place to be as a backpacker. Friendly staff, totally cool Manager, clean rooms, and hot. Wait for it. Shower! also, when in Jaisalmer, you need to do the Camel-safari, and you can book it directly from the Guesthouse. I Really miss that rooftop.

Very cozy and familial accommodation. Nice ambience. The guys there are super nice. Would like to longer remained but our journey had to go on.

Owners Rajiv and Om make a stay in their guesthouse rather unforgettable. They are friendly and welcoming with absolutely no pressure to buy a tour package. The cook, Abdul, is quite possibly the best in town — I found myself eating in the rooftop cafe daily — and the portions are huge. The guesthouse itself is in a great location, just a couple blocks from Jaisalmer Fort (easy to walk). It's close enough for a view, but just outside so you don't have to contribute to the fort's deterioration. The guys make it feel like a stay with family, and genuinely enjoy talking with their guests to learn about culture and life in other countries. I was traveling solo and felt very comfortable here. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

Good location just outside the fort (about ten minute walk away), friendly staff. Internet cafe downstairs was handy and everything was very clean. Recommend you ask for the room you would like, the rest of our family got decent size rooms although ours was small but still fairly comfortable — ask for one with balcony if possible. I booked a camel safari as well. The Guest house is so well-organized that they supplied all of the guests, who were departing on the same day after the safari, with rooms to shower and change. They gave us an hour for all of this, and we were all so grateful to be able to shower and change clothes after the safari. We were also able to keep our luggage at the hotel until we departed. Again, a rickshaw as well as a fair rate was arranged by the hotel to take all of us to the train station that evening. Hotel manager sorted us out bus tickets and was very hospitable. Food was lovely and friendly kitchen staff. Relaxed atmosphere.
