The resteaurant there is very good. The taste and presentations are very well done.

I feel some problem in service, non availability of dental paste, shaving kit, using bread ofexpiry date etc.

Hotel's service was great as well as food but I think that the of some food items should have been more in quantity. And last thing I want to add I that we were somewhat surprised to see final bill price as it seemed to be convincing.

The ratings were high so we had higher expectations but there was no hot water for taking a bath, no door mat to keep the dirt out of the room. The breakfast was good and the staff was well behaved.

A practical and workable hotel with space constraints. The place is centrally located next to the new vidhansabha. It has limited yet palatable options in its buffet breakfast menu. The rooms are tidy but awfully small barely enough for two people. Availability of warm water is a big problem. I traveled with my parents and kids and the experience was just about ok for us.

Good budget hotel in this price range. Good toiletries, well cleaned, and staff was also good. Bathroom is quite small. Place and location is prime near vidhan Sabha. Breakfast was OK including poha parantha curd milk cornflakes tea etc.

Hii guys I have wrost experience in this hotel I have complain for television 1st day but nt work on 2nd day. 1st day I have asked for complimentry minerl water bottel. Nd staff give me used unpacked bottel at 11.00 pm. Rum was very small nd my booking confirmation bhi also very late. Srsly guys ths hotel se very bad ambience. Only location is good.

The room was ok kind, broken kettle, which was not changed after informing, ice formation in ac, low cooling, found some cockroaches, requested room change within an hour of check in, was refused.

Stayed there for 2 days and it was a good experience. Rooms were nice and clean, so was the bed. Breakfast was good. They didn't have the boiled eggs and omelet initially but they provided it instantly and happily when asked. The receptionist Fayaz was very helpful and cooperative. Overall, a good experience.

This is the worst experience I ever had in a hotel which boasts about its amenities and never provides them. I booked this hotel from trivago. The reviews were fine and that is why I booked but I was greatly disappointed. For 90% of whole time of stay the television wasn't working. The Wi-Fi was given after a lot of requests. Food was averege. Service and the attitude of staff is lethargic and irresponsible. It is a shame to such a big group of hotels that they aren't able to provide satisfactory service. There is no option for not giving a star that is y I m giving one althoigh they dont deserve nothing better than 0 stars.

Please think twice before booking, no food after 12 incase you land at 12:30, not even tea, how can you stay in a hotel near A telephone tower, adjoining building… All gambling, everyone is opening a hotel and getting a rating and certificate by goibibo and other fake companies by paying money. Rooms are just normal, more like ginger hotels — all self service.

A budget hotel situated in the center of the city. Public transportation access is not much easy. If you are calling a cab then it can reach easily.

Hi team, I really enjoyed the stay with my family. The service is very nice and the staff is very cooperative and smiling :-) good thing for people in hospitality industry. I would like to mention the name of the service boy / Steward/Waiter Satbeer Gurjar, he was very friendly and quick. Overall very good family experience and I would surely recommend everyone to stay here.
