It's the worst hotel I've stayed in… they are severely understaffed and during the breakfast one employee was serving about 100 guests… people were not getting served and they didn't know whom to complain because there was no one… it was a complete pandemonium… please don't come here as it's complete WASTE of money… not a five star hotel by any stretch of imagination… poor service… pathetic spread and food. Into complete cost cutting mode.

It is the worst hotel I have ever went in my life. We arranged a marriage and there was none of the waiters, we were not even served for our breakfast. There was no room service, when we call to the reception they never pick the call. In my room's washroom water was leak8ng I informed them still no one came to repair. Worst food I have ever had.
we booked almost 50% of the rooms and it is not good service u can get far better service in road side hotels. The food is horrible, cold, taste less. They r serving salad one plate and same plate picking up from our table to another tables.

We had a terrible experience with our stay at the Lalit Jaipur. Our room had cockroaches and we realized that after we spent a few hours and had opened our bags. When we complained to the staff the staff came with insect repellents… how ridiculous is that. You guys should be ashamed of keeping your rooms like that. Upon some yelling they moved us to a different room. When we got back home we saw 1/2 cockroaches in our bags. And I ended throwing all the contents. I did take some picture from the room as proof.

Very friendly service. We were very casually dressed and just walked in for a late night dinner. Did not find any snobbery in the attitude of any of the staff members which is so commonly prevalent in most higher end restaurants. Had my young daughter with me who was tired and cranky and the restaurant staff went out of their way to make her comfortable. Thank you.

This is my first visit to The Lalit Jaipur. This hotel is just 5 mins drive from the airport. I loved the ambience and experience here. As I came here alone to celebrate my birthday the whole staff of the hotel was genuinely concerned about me, my birthday and celebrated it with me. This hotel is beautiful and the staff is simply the best. I'm extremely thankful to the entire staff and support team of The Lalit Jaipur for making my birthday memorable. A fine chic hotel with all facilities. The rooms were large enough but without a bathtub in it. Except suites. The breakfast were well spread and delicious. Even Dinner serves both authentic Rajasthan food as well the continental. The bar have all varieties available. Room services are signature of Lalit hotel group.

I & my husband stayed there from 2nd to 4th September 2018 only. Location is good. But hotel is not worth 5star. I booked super deluxe room where there was not proper sitting place for 2 people. There was only 1 small sofa chair in the corner near bathroom. I wonder whether that was really the category in which I booked. When we asked for pure white towels, they gave us brand new without washed towels. So hygiene is problem there. Food too should be improved. Yes I will definitely say staff was good. If they want to call themselves in 5 star hotel category they should improve.

During the last summer vacations, my kids insisted that we visit Jaipur, the pink city they were so fascinated about. Since they had to write an essay on the “best thing about their summer vacation”, I was quite surprised that instead of writing about Jaipur, they had described more of The Lalit Jaipur where we had stayed. The “kid’s corner” featuring various games and recreational facilities had a special mention along with the pool where they thoroughly enjoyed. I believe it is the best place to go to with your family for a relaxing vacation.

This one is one of the best hotel in the town. Situated near airport so location is good. Size is big with luxury halls and waiting areas. Rooms are luxury too. Big party hall is present. Pindi Restaurant is vary good with live music.

Ujala sneh Sangam at the Lalit. All services are very good but Jain food not available here. Hotel chahe kitna bada hi nami kyu na ho but Jain food hamesha available hona chahiye. Ye Jainism ki speciality Hoti h ki vo Jain food Sabse pehle dekhte h.

Amazing place! Staff is fantastic. I went to the coffee shop after landing into Jaipur at 8:00am they have a great all you can eat breakfast for Rs 1000. My meeting was at noon, I kept doing my work and enjoying the spread! Staff was eager to please! I'll be back!

By far one if the best hotels I've had the luxury of staying at. Rooms were clean and well kept. The breakfast buffet is a MUST… for and staff were amazing in the buffet. They also have a wellness center and an out door pool. Sadly, we didn't get to use it but it was beautiful.

Wonderful trending and business hotel This hotel is situated in the uptown Jaipur where you can reach various upcoming structures and still live in peaceful Jaipur. The Hotel is very trending with all luxuries available at a call. It also has spa, gym and swimming pool. The staff is very polite, Though, service time for in-room dining, services, settlement of bills is little higher than average. The disappointing point was that everything except hotel room is chargeable. You have to pay for Wi-Fi, iron and iron board, shaving kit, dental kit, even changing of linen is chargeable… very disappointing. Food was good. The ambiance of dining hall was wonderful. Though variety of food could have been increased (we can expect a quality hotel to provide that).

Nice say. Very good property and very near to Jaipur airport. We stayed there for two days for an official visit and it was quite good. Food served was excellent, specially breakfast. They have many options in breakfast. They charge a little high for vehicles you get on rent for city tour. So try to explore public transport options if you have time flexibility.

The Lalit is a 5-star hotel in a tourist-friendly town with lots of hotel choices available. But, I find that here you get value for money. The restaurant Baluchchi has a great food lineup. At the Circle Bar, we enjoyed drinks and an evening of karaoke! In the midst of the hotel there is a pleasant sit out which has Rajasthani song and dance performances every evening. Staff is courteous and trained.

One of the most beautifully made hotels. They have a central water body right in the middle of the place that's open to the sky which gives you that olden times royal courtyard feel. The staff is extremely courteous but I must say a tad lazy with refurbishing the room the next morning with the most basic coffee/tea trays and water bottles etc. The food is delicious with a considerable breakfast spread. They have a small mall next door which has a decent pub with some live music in the evenings if one feels adventurous enough to explore the immediate vicinity. And of course not to miss — a heated pool was a pleasant experience along with a relaxing toxin crunching steam bath.

Being a Level 6 Google Local Guide Reviewer, What I am writing is my personal experience with my Family. Never stay there! They will strip your family naked if they don't have money on the spot for extra charges. They won't wait for a single minute to insult their guests if the guests have no money in hand. They won't even let them checkin and stay to call their families or wait for a day to arrange the funds when it is 8 PM in the night and all banks are closed. They simply will ask to leave their hotel if you don't have money for Gala night even when you have already paid for the room booking.

Perfect place for small vacations. Room Service is really nice. Food is awesome. The ambience is mind blowing. I don't think there's any problem or error during the stay in this hotel.

Stayed with my friends at Lalit jaipur completly loved the overall experience. The rooms are beautifully appointed and very spacious. I was impressed while discussing to one of the room cleaning staff. He was very polite and very courteous. One of the best experience ever I had about indian food. Baluchi is truly serving the best indian food in whole of Jaipur.

We stayed for 2 nights at the lalit. They made the Dec 24 Christmas party mandatory for all hotel guests, which is a bad thing to do. Why should I shell out money if I am not interested in going and have other plans. Then, the party itself was just some food and some music. No drinks, no games, nothing. Overall, just a rouse to extract money from guests. Very bad professionalism. Please refund my money. My kids actually fell sick after eating the food.

This is one of the best hotel in town. It has good connectivity with road and very near to airport. My experience of there is unforgettable. Their services quality is superb. The food was also awesome. And their whole staff is very friendly. And the rooms and all facilities are superb. In future I'll love to stay here.

Excellent hotel, the staff are all very attentive and helpful but the breakfast buffet lets it down it was total chaos had to quere up for coffee in the way of people wanting to select their food, I asked for a knife three times and never got one. Other than I enjoyed my stay he.

Nice place to hangout. Rooms are well equipped and spacious. For young lads, bar is the major show stopper (p. S. Who likes to sip in serenity). Great hospitality. Give it a visit you will surely love it. Not too heavy on the pocket. Amenities are satisfying.

The hotel was good. But the room which we got was not up to the mark. Damp rooms. Breakfast was awesome.

If you want to stay here carry your own towels, sanitary and toiletteries. You could also face a noisy night in case the hotel staff decides to rearrange furniture at midnight. Be prepared to be told that " we at the Lalit only give one hand towel for twin bed sharing rooms… even if you are travelling with a child.

According to me, The lalit Jaipur is the best Hotel in Jaipur in accommodation, food, beverage in everything that a hotel can serve. Parking facilities is awesome. Employees are very friendly in nature. Their garden for events is good. Hall is also good enough. My overall experience with Lalit Jaipur is as awesome as I can't explain. You should must visit.

Not satisfied with service, feeling guilty for stayed at lalit. i have not getting food bills inspite so much follow ups, hotel rep giving assurance will send scan copy but unfortuntely not recieved any bill. Worst response from the hotel reps.
