Hotel location is very good. Provided facilities is as they commited. Hotel room is very clean. Toilets are clean, food is healthy. Staff behaviour as everyone aspect from them. Room service is fast. This hotel must get 5 rating.

It was awesome experience here. Hotel is very nice. No noise when u r inside room. Most important thing is its in center of city so you can get cab, auto easly from anywhere to anywhere. Lots of place are nearby to visit like jalmahal, hawa mahal, amer fort, city place. Room service was good. Always on time. Tea is awesome there.

Air-conditioner did not work at the first and second night of staying! and breakfast was not so good.

Decorations are good, but room is a bit tight. Terrace view is pretty good, food quality could be a bit better. And room service is quick and staffs are friendly.

My stay was awesome… room was awesome… bathtub included… both manager are so good and so helpful. Hotel provide cab too if you want. Its was post paid. There are one roof top restaurant… very cool and romantic place while eating…

It was amazing stay there at hotel with nice location. I enjoyed the food at restaurant in evening on my second day. Truly taste of the indian culture.

We stayed there in the second week of Feb this year. The rooms are clean spacious and gives a kind of an heritage property. The room service and cleanliness is just outstanding. Mr Manjeet Sharma the hotel rep ensures all expectations of their guests are met to full satisfaction. Nevertheless this hotel is highly recommended for tourists visiting Jaipur. Their restaurant needs to improve with more options of non veg dishes.

The hotel was good, neat and clean place. Didn't try the restaurant, however morning break fast was good enough. Hotel staff was very attentive. Hot water was slightly a issue as tap pressure was no good.

I will never stay there again. It's so noisy I could not sleep. The rooms do not get cleaned daily. Management has excuses rather than solutions.

Enjoyed my stay. Great staff & helpful. Loved the decor and the handpainted ceilings. Location was good for sightseeing. The rooftop dinner was enjoyable. A colleague complimented the stuffed tomato dish! The rooftop food was lovely.

The staff and welcoming, smiling and always ready to make service (to a western sometimes a little lost). The hotel is very clean and very well maintained, located at a strategic location for visits to the Old City. The restaurant is delicious, the portions plentiful, democratic. A hotel with a nice local identity. Only downside for the girls, I had to borrow the hairdryer… :-)

The Hotel is very well located, with breakfast, Wi-Fi. The toilet, half jammed.

Rajputana Haveli is located at one end of the city, the end that has all the monuments like Jal Mahal, Amber Fort, etc. So if you are travelling for leisure this place is perfect, but if you are here for work, you'll have to cross the extremely busy Bada Chopad crossing every time to reach the other end of the city. Google location for their hotel is not correct, so it is a little tricky to find it the first time. It is the corner building in a residential lane, not even 10 meter from the main road. During my stay woodwork was happening and being asthmatic I was not very happy about it, but Manjeet at reception made sure I got the best room and was comfortable. Service and Food Service staff is exceptional and it was a pleasure interacting with each one of them. Food is good and menu has enough variety for all. Breakfast buffet is served in the basement restaurant and dinner on the rooftop restaurant, both of which are clean and very inviting.

This is the worst experience of my life, the receptionist don't even know how to talk, he is just a stupid man…! If you want to have more customers, kindly recruit a receptionist who have some etiquette and know how to talk with customers…!

Nice staff, beautiful rooms and a nice rooftop restaurant with very good food! Especially recommended for couples on an India holiday!

Very comfy rooms $ good Service just didn't like to pay for mineral water bottles as all the other hotel provide it free of cost.
