Nice budget hotel with basic amneties at affordable prices. Easily accessible to every location of Jaipur and close to various tourist destination.

Nice for stay, near to all historic place, staffs are also so cooperative… I love it.

The best part of this hotel is situated near the main market. It has clear view of nahargarh fort from its terres.

A very good place which has a royal touch on most of the rooms in this hotel. They have a very good and unique style of rooms and they have completely different rooms than the usual and each room is different than the other one. Worth staying here for the price and had a very good experience.

Gorgeous for the price. Clean, bright, fresh room. There is a kettle, fridge. 2 bottles of water. Towels and toiletries. The most important thing is a hot shower and new plumbing in good condition.

Rooms really well, furnished and finish tastefully. Apparently clean but if you look under the bed you change your mind.

Pandya Niwas has well decorated and spacious rooms like any good hotel but their service is not good. They are short of staff & try to do what they can with what they have. They don't have a restaurant in the building but provide you with the contact of a nearby restaurant that deliver food. The location is in old city, and it's in the midst of bangle bazaar. People who would like to take the essence of the pink city, will probably like the locality but if you are looking for a quiet neighbourhood, then this is not the place. In short, if you don't care for much room service but wld like to have a good room, Pandya Niwas should be good.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. We walked to the Observatory and the city Palace from the hotel 20 minutes.

This is near by hawa-mahal, city palace, jantar-mantar. You can go walking as well. Neat and clean room. They lane they are located in is full of wholesale bangle shop! Things to keep in mind while visiting this hotel (1) they don't have any canteen or restaurant (2) No lift.

It's a very good hotel. Almost best in all the budget hotels. Rooms are very beautiful, owner is very friendly and the staff is very helpful. And is also located in the heart of the city, I fell every tourist must visit it once.

Very good place for family to stay. It is not costly either. Affordable for a middle class family. Even though they only have 2 floors, they have done that beautifully. First floor is currently under construction with themed rooms — mughal, colonial etc. Second floor rooms are all modern designed. Rooms are neat and clean.

Very bad location. There roads are very congested and cab cannot go there. The receptionist is very arrogant and doesn't even have manners. There is no lift. Rooms are good but there are plumbing issues. Water comes out of taps at a very low pace. There are no restaurants nearby. So there is a big problem for food for the ones who stay here.

Great place. The staffs are very cooperative and helpful. The communication to other places drom this place is very easy and convinate.

Not very good but by price value its fine. Under construction these days. No lift. Staff too less result to late services. No restaurent and location is very congested.

This guest house has all the facilities, clean and well maintained. Helpful and well mannered staff. Breakfast is good though it is arranged by them in the absence of their own restaurant. The entrance road will give a doubt of a guest house existing, but places of sight seeing and shopping are close from this place. It is a good value for money.
