The property maintains it niche in the FIT and Domestic circuit. But with lots of physical work going-on site, the noise decibels are high and moreover, Supervisor to monitor labour are no where to be seen.

This hotel has enjoyed me since last trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful. But now there began to build the second floor and from it as it disappears the charm of the hotel itself. In three years much has already changed. We stayed in Room 15 (on the old evacuation card 20), we did not work above us but the support beams are already standing. The room is separate and especially no one does not bother you. All pictures where from the room is visible lawn it numbers 16-20 well and 15.

A renovated hotel. The economical rooms (2200 rupees all the same! Therefore average price for this category) on the ground floor on the garden near the reception are small and antiquated and can be noisy when guests discuss late in the garden under your window. This must be frequent given the tables and chairs offered and the nice place in the middle of town. No hot water the first night. Given by management. The prices of the restaurant may seem very advantageous (apart from Tali which is expensive), in reality the portions are ridiculously small (curry for example). In 2 bites you have everything swallowed (and yet we are really not big eaters). You come out of there certainly with a slight addition but also the belly!

This little hotel was the highlight of our trip to India. The staff were so helpful and such good fun. Special thanks to Subis on reception and the fabulous cooking of Pradeep. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Bathroom great with loads of hot water. Rooms surround a lovely garden.

Peaceful neighborhood, well maintained. Quality of the food is good quantity is less though. Construction on first floor might cause some disturbance. Overall 4/5.

Food is excellent. Homely no masala. Construction was going on but no disturbance. Once construction will be over in couple of months it will be much more nice.

Staff are polite and cooperative … place is well located… I didn't like the ambience much since it was undergoing renovation when I arrived… Food is tasty and hygienic. Rest rooms are spacious and neat… however I didn't like the idea of separate single blankets and mattresses for a double bed room. It's mostly the dissatisfaction for ambience due to expectation vs reality due to renovation that I rate it 3 out of 5.

Clean rooms best services. Menues fr breakfast is awsum speacial veg cheesw sandwich and food is also godd.

Room are good, I like the breakfast of this hotel. They provide us healthy and delicious food in morning.

Compared to our hotel in Agra we were a bit disappointed when we pulled up. But the service and the facilities themselves make up for everything. It's in a very quiet location, with two parks and a courtyard on the premises, full bathrooms, and clean, comfortable rooms. This is a wonderful little hotel with a very homey, guest house feel. In Spain it's just like a "casa rural". Definitely recommend.

Omg, this place is off the hook. Firstly, it makes you feel like home. And then, you wouldn't feel like having. Everything is professional. If you are coming to Jaipur, this is the place you have to stay! Nothing beats this. So comfortable. God bless this place.

Such a beautiful hotel in the beautiful city Jaipur. The feel of staying in here is just awesome. It is located near to Paanch Batti, Jaipur. There are many good places to visit nearby like: Statue Circle, Central Park, Raj Mandir Cinema (must visit). The decoration, infrastructure and rooms all are well maintained, clean and quite admirable. Hotel food is very delicious and hygiene. Room tariff is quite worthy (no more no less).

Very nice hotel. But amazing is its fore prepared breakfast.

The place is near to railway station and is a very quiet and peaceful place. The food is just like freshly cooked at home, not too spicy either.
