I stayed here in 2015 and it was possibly the most magical place that I stayed in while I was in India for 3 weeks. I will never forget this hotel, it will forever hold a special place m my heart. I will definitely return here with my family in the future. The service is brilliant and you are never met with a sour face, everyone is so helpful.

Lovely hotel and the staff very polite especially the gentleman with the turbin on I would have taken him home. The palace is amazing and peaceful.

A quirky place with many odly shaped and confiquerd rooms is a delightful Courtyard stting compleat with swiming pool. Food is freshly cooked and uses seasonal ingrediants. The staff are very helpfull and atentive. Do not exspect a pristine enviromend as this is a old palace with elements of wear that reflect is age. We loved it.

Very nice hotel. Prestigious past. Too bad the hygiene is not at the appointment. Not very welcoming. The pool water is green… we would have liked to freshen up. Damage!

Location is not best. Everytime you have to pass a narrow street overcrowded and mostly jammed. Near to city. Inside everything is super good. Cooperative staff. It's a Rajput haweli turned into resort.

Nice place to stay. Inside the campus all is neat and clean. Can feel the glimpse of Royal touch. You are at walking distance from hawa mahal and city centre.

An amazing boutique hotel. The decor is fascinating. Staff were very good. Rooms fairly decent, clean and good sized but you stay here to experience the decor. Beautiful.

Palazzo ancient but with its charm, proper cleanliness and comfortable rooms like size but dark in sunlight as from architectural tradition. Good breakfasts.

Bissau palace is a 200 years old heritage hotel for visiting and staying foreign tourists who loves Royal culture of rajasthan.

For the cost … Well worth it. It's beautiful, quaint, elegant, and run down. But not at all unlivable. Has great character. Like the marigold. Hotel without dev Patel. Stay here if you are up for adventure and not interested in bog standard luxury.

Wow! What a couple of million could do to upgrade this formerly luxe property. Antiques alone worth thousands. Some refurbishment under way but broken storefronts don't look good. Pool wonderful, kitchen OK but menus torn. Tip: eat on the patio. Staff experienced, older, helpful. Rooms (mine was 231) so-so. Bed comfy. Water heater worked. Good location in rapidly deteriorating neighborhood, close to pink city and City Palace. Music all day from someone outside the gate … retreat to the pool.

Good place heritage property n home made food. Good humbel staff Free Wi-Fi (around reception) But little out dated room.

What a beautiful place to stay the night. The building and ground have been kept in good quality. Locks to the room in that go into the courtyard have a pad lock (which means you can lock someone in them and its hard to get out quickly in case of emergency). The breakfast buffet my group was served was excellent and worth the money. Staff were friendly at the front, in the dining, and at the bar. Great location too. No concerns here.

Great historic hotel converted from a palace. Located in a run down area of Jaipur it is not far to the nearest gate to the pink city. Some rooms are amazing, others a little bit tired. Great breakfast. Lovely pool and they had a love band outside during the evening.

Truly a gem of a place! Love the ambience, the old world charm, the poster beds, the paintings on the wall, the live music in the evenings, the brass tea pots etc! Charming and idyllic, a palace that stands testimony to the elegance, beauty and charm of a bygone era.

An old palace converted into a hotel. Very atmospheric especially the lounge area. There was a band playing Indian drums and sitar in the evening. I highly recommend.

Its a good hotel.! One should surely attend this if he's in jaipur.!
