Crowne Plaza — Tonk Road Jaipur! It was quite nostalgic to visit Crowne Plaza Jaipur after five years which brought back the memories of great celebrations during the launch of this beautiful five star property with large room inventory beautifully designed restaurants and rooms as we covered their entire launch event and celebrations with their team. Hotel is still shining with some new additions like their Indian restaurant which is doing amazingly well because of its rich cuisine and has a Royal interior. We were greeted by the team on arrival and checked in to a beautiful large Suite nice and comfortable with all amenities and goodies with a sweet welcome note by the GM. Incidentally we were the first guests at their Oriental restaurant five years back during launch and now dinner with Exec Chef and FNB Manager was a delight with lot of discussions and laughter. Honey Chilli lotus stem, Wasabi Prawns n Burnt Garlic Chicken were the starters we enjoyed followed by piping Hot lemon Coriander Soup which was served in specially designed soup bowls with a base lit with a candle to keep in hot till the end. Olive Veg fried rice was quite flavorful n loved the diced chicken in black bean Sauce. Cream Brule n Chilled Rambutan were the desserts to end the nice meal. To enjoy the Royal cuisine at their Royal Root we skipped breakfast to do full justice to the exotic cuisine.

I had a 2 nights stay there and the best part of my stay was food at hotel… I must say chef mr. Varinder is an amazing person who can get anything in minutes on your table which u wish to eat. And special thanks to innocent guy sahil who was serving all the time to us with a smile on his face. Rooms were spacious. Hygeine was 100% maintained… overall I had a great experience…

Service very bad staff not helping for any kind of problems and swimming pools was very dirty and at the reception manager mr bhavya was not Copretiv person he asking about many formalities for wasting time 30 minutes I stayed at reception but not happy.

Worst hotel I have ever visited in my life The staff is just in the greed of earning money by some or the other ways, not allowing me and my friends to enter the pool in normal shorts or even in normal underwear by stating a lie that the water gets polluted, as if they do not change the water regularly And spcly then asking us to buy a swimmung costume from them Worth Rs. 700 whose actual cost would not be more than Rs. 200. More over we booked 2 Rooms adjacent so that me and my friends could enjoy, but after arriving here they did not gave us the same stating a lie that in the entire hotel consisting of so many rooms, there are no 2 rooms available connected to each other in any of the floors Would never ever visit here again nor would recommend anyone to do the same.

We stayed here for a night and it was an amazing experience. It is a new addition to the long list of 5 star properties in Jaipur and is packed with all modern amenities. We stayed in the deluxe room, the room is spacious and very nice, even the washroom is very big with separate shower and tub area. The highlight of my stay would be the swimming pool, it is big and water is clean and at perfect temperature. The food is also very good and the property gives ample options in different cuisines. Specially North Indian and chinese are very good. Service also stands out, even at 3 in the morning room service was quick, efficient and with a smile. Overall a lovely stay.

I was in crown plaza Jaipur on 29th of July. The hotel was so great so great hospitality, great food, great ambience and very cosy swimming pool. Nice and well behaved staff. I love this place… ❤️

A wonderful hotel near sitapura industrial area. It boasts of a huge number of rooms, expansive swimming pool but above all, great service. Sandra at the reception is very warm to look after what the guests need. The food department is one of its gems serving according to your taste and choice of ingredients. Keep up the good work!

The food spread and service on weekdays is poor! The staff seemed lazy in everything. We asked for pizza and the reply was bizarre. Apparently the oven/appliance was out of order since 15 days! How can you expect a 5 star hotel giving such a reason for not being able to serve pizza?! Also, cutlery was not available. Every time we asked for spoons, the waiter would come with one or two spoons for a table serving 6 people!

Good ambience and beautifully made. Went to attend a sangeet function. Food was average, and the lobby they were serving it was too narrow. Banquet is big and nice but has no CCTV, found out this as a bag was stolen from the party, found out next day was someone from hotel who did it. So no idea how to rate on that. Spa prices are too much.

Wonderful stay, cozy rooms. Great breakfast spread, delicious Chinese food at the restaurant downstairs. Possibility of an early checkin would be great. Very accessible to the Jaipur convention center.

We thoroughly loved our two nights there. Everything about this hotel was really great including food, ambience, staff and beds. Room:Most comfortable beds with unusual setting. Room Service: great and super efficient. Buffet spread: sumptuous and wide range. I was quite surprised to see live sushi section. Outdoors: nice n lively. Overall experience was great with very courteous n lovely staff. I highly recommend this property for a lovely getaway.

One of the best hotels in jaipur. The best part of this hotel is its staff who are very generous, welcoming nice with their guest. Good room services, it's staff personally greets n takes care of each n every guest. The hotel has very good rooms and I we can choose this hotel again and again for its food quality and taste. The hotel is nearer to airport n has a good ambience n it's spacious. One should definitely prefer this place…

One of the best five stars I've visited. Excellent decor, hospitality and the rooms are too good. Service is excellent too and the Chinese food was out of the world! Gave it a 10 in every aspect in their rating form.

Wholly pathetic hotel I have ever been to. Unexperienced staff with tasteless n stale food. Totally wastage of money been to this place. Will never recommend anyone to visit this hotel. I think Jaipur have more better options except this.

Excellent 5 Star hotel not only in Jaipur but across the globe. Great place to spend holidays & wedding, party & professional meetings. It is a part of IHG which makes it unique amongst all other hotels.

I 'm persueing event management so I hardly left any hotels in jaipur to work in. But I never got chance to work in crown plaza. But my last event in crown plaza was absolutely amazing. The staff was very kind, helpful and cooperative… Service was good. Everything was good about the hotel. Its a thumbs up for the hotel. ✌

Perfect. They have suits with balcony which are really spacious for a evening party. The suits on left have bigger balconies. We also took a regular room which was also neat n tidy. Their room service is a little poor, but overall the staff was really nice and good to talk to. For business, it is a great hotel. Breakfast is extensive. Dinner service is also good. Their Rajasthani food is not really authentic but good.

Visited for a corporate roadshow planned in the garden area. Tea served was not good due to excess water, cookies were good though to compensate. Dinner had a chicken which was cooked well but the gravy didn't go well with chicken. They provided good veg options. Ambience and DJ was also great.

Stayed at the Crowne Plaza for a week at the end of October. The hotel is quite a distance from the city centre, therefore nothing is within walking distance, although cabs are very cheap. The hotel is very new, the bedrooms are comfortable with a choice of soft or firm pillows. The only downside was the lack of a full length mirror, which was quite annoying. The selection of food in the dining room was very good. An Indian restaurant was advertised, but was not open during my stay! All the staff tried very hard to please, nothing was too much trouble. A special mention must go to Akasdeep Singh and Sanjay Singh, who worked in the dining room, they were always very professional, polite and helpful, everything ran smoothly when they were working. Thank you to them.

Little distant from city and closer to new industrial part of city. Relaxed and comfortable stay. Big spacious and well decorated rooms. Courteous staff and good food.

A 5 star hotel with 5 star facilities. Everything was inch perfect. Great menu and in room dinning facility. Also the buffet breakfast and meals had extensive menu. Above all the staff was very courteous.

A premium hotel with a very nice pool location and very comfortable stays. Anybody who is here with friends or family to visit Jaipur as a tourist or here for any official work with colleagues or alone can plan their stay here. Also the food is good. The services are quite good.

Out of city hotel but pretty good especially with complimentary swimming pool, gym, steam and sauna. There is a special children playing area which is nice for families. The highly disappointing part during our stay was the service from the staff.

The location was good. The hotel overall was fabulous. Staff was very polite and always eager to help. They would always greet in the corridor and would ask if we liked the hotel and needed any help. The room was beautifully maintained. Food was delicious and staff always brought hot servings when asked even during buffett lunch or dinner. The choice of food was also good. Exception al experience. Would stay at the same hotel if and when I visit Jaipur. Also to mention the always helpful chef. My 2 year old daughter had a great time with him who always pampered her with chocolates on finishing her meals.

The hotel looks true to the photos published on its site, the hotel ambience was awesome with so much creativity in garden, pool and in restaurant at ground floor. The staff was friendly and cooperative, welcomed us with kindness and was helpful throughout the stay. It's banquet hall is wonderful. It is spacious. Overall hotel is very good.

The hotel ambience was very good. I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. The room was tidy. The complementary breakfast was very nice with lots of varieties and good taste. One of the main drawbacks (Its not wise to say drawback here), if your room is in 3rd floor and if you want to climb up the stairs to burn your calories, you can't do that as you can enter into the steps door, but you can't open the door to the floor unless you have the electronic key. Similarly, you need to have the digital key to take the lift to reach your room's floor otherwise the elevator will say some error message.!, this means you can't go to any other floor apart from the one where your room is situated. This is mainly for security reasons I believe. One of the problems that I faced was on the second day the hot water was not coming in the bathroom due to some issues in the hot water pipe line. From the next day the flow in the hand shower was so damn low that I had a tough time in taking bath. The employees were polite and humble.

Modern rooms with great facilities. The swimming pool is beautiful with the feeling of infinity. Staff is very courteous! To sum it up, it was a great experience!

Stayed here for a couple of nights. The rooms are amazing. Hotel staff always at help. The pool (at just 4ft) is still something you might end up staying over an hour at. Then there's the banquet and conference halls perfect for any corporate events. The Bar here offers great beer bucket selections. Both the restaurants have great meals and coffee! The only downside is that it's fairly far from the city. But then that also gives quiet and peaceful stay which I prefer. Overall, I would mark it as a definitely recommended!

Beautiful, humongous, gigantic, what a great property. The sports bar is awesome and spacious. I loved the food, the ambience and the staff is absolutely attentive. Their rooms are comfortable. They also have a huge banquet where one can hold a huge fashion event. Loved every bit of my experience. A truly romantic and a cozy place to be with your loved one and celebrate the most important moments of your life.

This venue is perfect for that dinner date with someone special. It provides a great backdrop to enjoy sundown and moonlit dinner, with soft live music in the background setting the mood just right. With a total of three covered booths, which seats 18, three bar seats and 16 open-air seats, the place sees a total seating of 35, with a view of the bar and the Jaipur landscape.

Has a great buffet spread. Great vegetarian variety — which is not the case with most 5 star hotels usually. The buffet is specially recommended. The hotel is a bit out of town, but worth the visit.

This place is luxurious. I liked this place. Interiors is very good. Food is nice. Services are slow. If there are large group of people, the services are slow and not well managed.

Me and my family were in this hotel two weeks ago, I take this opportunity to thank the front office staff who helped me book a room at the eleventh hour also helped me out of the way and gave me and my family an outstanding experience. The breakfast and care of the staff was outlandish. I wish I had more time to stay there. I highly recommend this hotel especially for the overseas people like me who were travelling to Jaipur for the very first time. Kudos!
