Awesome and peaceful environment… location is too good for staying. No pollution and any kind of traffic sound disturbance. Hotel structure is so attractive and lawn area is very greenery. It's highly recommended.

Om niwas is one of the beautiful hotel, showcasing Jaipur and heritage, the rooms are good to stay & beds are comfortable … a good lawn for morning breakfast & Hi-Tea. They also have one good con. Hall & dinning area, the food they serve is very good & taste like home food, beautiful ambience with pretty Terrace Garden, the Architect of OM niwas is — Ar Punnet … he have done very strong planning work to make such good hotel.

Located on a quiet road in Bani Park. Heritage exterior with all modern amenities. One and two bedroom suites available for long and short term rental. Well staffed. Cafeteria in the basemrnt. Ala carte vegetarian menu. Bakery items available. Good conference hall in the basement. Free parking. Roof top. Lawn.

Very neat and clean. Friendly and supportive staff. Home style food. No frill property where you can dump your luggage, freshen up and move around in jaipur. Easy acess to public transport. Location is good. There is a kitchen too. Good for travellers with babies and kids.

I stayed in family suite. It was good and spacious. But there were many problems like missing wardrobe handles, not working switches, not working plugs, glasses not wiped properly, led indicator of electric kettle not working. Wire of TV were not inserted when I checked in and had to do it myself. But the food was good that's why 4 stars. Otherwise 3, if you exclude the food.

You feel you are at home… with kitchen attached with rooms, however stove is not available. Staffs are friendly and caring.

This is probably what personal care is all about. The staff was aware that I was visiting for a shoot with my team. We has early schedules and they were smart to provided for a room with two toilets so the early start was easy. They even had breakfast packed upon request for out 4 am starts. The rooms are spacious, well lit and extremely homely. If you are looking for a home away from home this is it!

Exceeding expectations! Value for money. Staff were very courteous. Very neat and large rooms. Staff arrange cabs for site seeing. The suites have dedicated kitchen with Refrigerator and Microwave.

Great Heritage hotel with palacial rooms! Nice breakfast and food served in restaurant. Well behaved staff. Excellent breads etc being sold at reception. Yummy!

I went to Jaipur for a wedding and was put up at Om Niwas. It is a very cosy place. The staff is accommodating and is always willing to help. Their restaurant is in the basement and the food served is very home like. Very good for long staying guests. As the name suggests, the rooms are all suites, with a living room, a bedroom and a pantry. They are clean and comfortable. All in all a nice place.

Shabby and run down version of what once used to be a beautiful and well-maintained suite hotel. As the name suggests, the rooms are spacious with a living area, kitchenette and a bedroom. Many rooms have a nice and cozy little sit out on a private balcony, which is very nice especially early mornings! But the overall service at the hotel is quite pathetic, Wi-Fi is perpetually problematic, and staff less than helpful. Personally for me, the worst part was that the corridor outside my room was always filled with and smelling of cigarette smoke. Wouldn't want to stay here again.

The best place to have food that's just like home. The bakery items are wonderfully done, the best part is that these are eggless items which comes as a superb option for vegetarians. The ambience too is serene!

Awesome hotel It's a home style hotel I stay there for many times. Behaviour of Front desk staff kitchen staff and hotel owner is really awesome and cooperative I feel like I'm in my home.

Im niwas is a great hotel to stay in. The services offered for that price is just crazy. The morning breakfast is also excellent. I would recommend that om niwas bakery line products must also be tried. The terrace on the top floor is a unique experience especially during winter.

Have been staying here again and again for years. This place is like home for us in jaipur.
