Best place to stay in Bikaner. Love the golden retriever who greets us upon stepping in the reception. The cat is also very cute.

It's a very beautiful hotel. Small details have been paid attention to. Even the ceiling of the room is so detailed. There isn't a spot where you don't feel like clicking it. The staff is very welcoming. The owner is personally taking care of the property which means you can have no problem. There aren't many activities other than the pool and gym. Although I was impressed with the eco friendly approach of getting rid of the plastic bottles and instead, keeping glass bottles.

It's a nice place to stay in Bikaner… Rooms are pretty good. It gives you an antique feeling. Overall a great place to stay with comfort zone in Bikaner.

Bikaner's only 5 star hotel. It must be on your list if you really want to live royalty… It is actually a palace… N you live in ur own kingdom for a while… Delicious food, outstanding hospitality, fascinating ambience… Just loved it… Just love the royalty they serve…

Tastefully renovated heritage-style hotel. The staff was excellent — very attentive and friendly. Rooms are very spacious. Beautiful rooftop pool and courtyard on the ground floor. We also had a delicious dinner at the restaurant. Overall, loved our stay.

If you're visiting Bikaner… This is the place to stay! No questions asked. The service is impeccable and the food at the restaurant is fabulous. Big spacious rooms and a beautiful cat that keeps the guests company in the lobby :)

We stayed here for 1 night. This is a very well decorated hotel. Awesome hospitality. Good food. Good rooms. It does not offer any night time entertainment for which you can go to its sister property Laxmi niwas palace hotel.

Surroundings are very cheap. But hotel is the best mixture of heritage blend with modern amineties. Restuara is good.

There's a genuine attempt at trying something nice here. They have a nice restaurant and they try hard to put on a great experience. Although there's more that can be done (easily) to improve the experience.

Over priced. I Know being 5 star what rates would be but still have seen some amazing heritage Royal 5 star hotels so this one was just average. Outside sitting area ambience is superb.

We total 10 family members visited this place for lunch on 1st of October, 2017. The ambience was good. We ordered for tomato soup and starters. Soup was very high on salt and on reporting this, we were asked to leave another set was served, which again was same high on salt and thus had to return. Other items we ordered were ok but the pineapple rait was horrible having made of stale curd & was so bad in taste. It consisted small crushed pieces of pineapple, not found anywhere else and nobody even dared to touch it a second time. The chef was called by serving staff, who tasted but went on justifying with unacceptable reasons. Service was poor and the staff tried to compensate with complimentary doughnuts etc. Overall would not recommend any one to visit the place.

This place exceeds all levels of excellency. It is my personal recommendation to stay here and forget about any other property in Bikaner. It is a perfect mix of current day technology mixed with heritage. From a awesome bar to the city viewing infinity swimming pool. Every element is class apart and their hospitality makes you feel more family then mere guests.

This place was awesome. The interior, the food everything was just perfect. And specially the staff of this hotel was very friendly.

One of THE most amazing properties to stay in Bikaner, if not the entire Rajasthan! Right from the time you enter this property, you are treated to pure royalty and nothing else. If you can, you MUST go stay there just for the experience and believe you me, you will NOT be disappointed at all! Absolutely tremendous!

A beautiful, chic, modern property in the heart of Bikaner. Cozy rooms, great breakfast. You MUST NOT miss the 'Merchant's Trail' experience provided by the hotel to explore some beautiful parts of Bikaner. They also have a lovely gym and rooftop pool which is not too big but quite nice.

During our visit to Bikaner, we stayed at the Narendra Bhawan. It is a newly built hotel very clean and comfortable. It has all that one would want in a top class hotel. We stayed here for three nights and enjoyed our stay here. The staff here is well trained and helped to make our stay a very pleasurable one. We were pleasantly surprised to find a little golden retriever puppy in the hotel. He soon became our focal point whenever we were in the reception area.
