Udai Niwas - a boutique homestay Hotel

This house is pure bliss with great location. Only improvement I could suggest is Indian veg option in breakfast.
The owners are friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Devyani for being extra caring. We travelled with a young baby and senior citizens and both slept soundly through the night 😃

Location is central on one of the widest roads in Bikaner and within 2-3 kms of all the tourist attractions. Food was not a problem at all as the homestay had a very busy cafe with an elaborate menu, along with other cafes and eateries next door. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, a delightful stay overall!
Breakfast was included in the tariff, but could be better as there is only 1-2 options to have, despite a common kitchen with its own cafe in the premises.

Stayed at this beautiful homestay for a night and 2 days with my sister and senior citizen parents. This place is located in a plush area right next to the Collector's Bungalow. Check in was smooth and the staff (specially Devyani) courteous. To my surprise the room was very spacious and bed linens were ultra clean. It seemed as good as new. The homestay is mostly sold out and a lot of foreign nationals were also staying here during our visit. The house is beautifully decorated with antique artefacts and family pictures. The dining area has some interesting pictures many of which narrate a story. We were greeted by the ever smiling owner of this homestay several times during our stay and he ensured that our stay was comfortable. The front yard of this property has a cafe which is buzzing during evenings with a lot of young crowd as well as families. Though we couldn't try but the pizzas looked great. Since we are vegetarians, the breakfast was a good mix of cereals, fresh fruits and desi breakfast options like poha/ upma/ vada. Hot water was available in the bathroom. The swing in the verandah is a good place to enjoy a cup of coffee. Our rooms were located on the ground floor which made it more convenient for my elderly parents to explore the property.
Overall, it is an amazing homestay for the cost that one pays.

The rooms were very nice and clean and the ac was lovely and refreshing. The room was also very large and lots of place to unpack our bags.
The staff were very friendly and kind and the cafe is very good, there is a constant flow of locals at the cafe which is always a good sign, but there are always a few tables free inside and outside.
The food at the cafe is tasty, and I would definitely recommend the hot chocolate which is one of the best I have ever had!
Definitely worth a stay here if you are in Bikaner!

I stayed one night at this beautiful boutique homestay. The rooms are very clean, spacious and full of all necessary amenities. You also find shower gel and shampoo if needed. Breakfast is served at a common table with the other guests and is very rich and various.
They also have a nice cafe e restaurant where you can even have Thai dishes, pizza and burgers. They also serve great cocktails and drinks. I really recommend this place for your stay in Bikaner.

Very welcoming family. A real homestay experience. They have a lovely dog and they'll serve you a huge breakfast including also an Indian dish. They speak perfect English so you can take time to conversate with them and find out a little bit more about Indian culture.

Very good and cozy guest house and a cafe named Indra Cafe which is crafted/made specially for young generation and college kids… Further pics attached with reviews are of Indra cafe.

One of the best hotel experience we've had in India. We stayed 5 days and the host looked after our every need, from booking taxis to cooking us meals. The place has a homely feel and is beautifully decorated. The restaurant is good and serves international food. Their home cooked Indian food was our favourite. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent concept of Guest House, we can say a home stay because home like environment is the key point here. Nice place. Decorated very neatly with nice ideas. No room service as such here… But it doesn't affect your comfort. The warmth of the staff make up for the same. Nice breakfast is served daily with some Indian dish along with fruits, cornflakes, toast etc. The overall stay is just excellent. A cafe is there named … Indra Cafe which serves you nice range of food in Pizza, Burger & Sandwich category.

The hotel is located at a prime posh location, which is beneficial for tourists. Also has a café that is cool, cozy and gives you a homely feeling. Food served are suited to most people and the chefs are brilliant in their culinary skills.

Best place to stay in Bikaner just across from Rangmanch. Great rooms, very helpful host, high speed Wi-Fi, complimentary breakfast. Ample parking just outside property. Cafe Indra located outside the homestay serves homemade wood-fire brick-oven pizzas. 3 kms from main market/Bikaner station.

This Homestay was one of our most pleasant accommodation on our 2 week trip around Rajasthan. Not because the room would offer a lot of luxury, it has everything it needs and more: plenty of space, nicely equipped, and beautifully decorated, climate, Fan, EN-Suite bathroom with enough hot water, even a TV there, if I remember correctly, but who needs it in India? No, the great thing about the Udai Niwas, the Flair and the opportunity is to stop by once in a real Indian… it's home. You will feel very welcome, Rish and Gaytri are wonderful hosts. They are very helpful and so nice and friendly that you really like to help you. Never has the feeling: "want to sell me anyway, only what". We also can wash, Gaytri possession of a washing machine, and demands for a charge a unit price of a few rupees. The Laundry comes back clean and fragrant, and very quickly. A cloth I stupidly forget there, but Rish and Gayatri have asked another guest if he can bring it to me on his journey. They care suited to your guests, you just feel only probably. You can, if you want to — and, in my opinion, you should really not miss to eat together with the family in the evening. It is extremely interesting to talk with the family about this and that and to be able to a lot of questions about India and to get a better understanding of the country and its people.
