A seriously good hotel in bikaner. Service is good. Rooms are clean and really nice. Mainly affordable. Near to market area and a fort. Food quality and quantity is good. Service is good and they are very polite. Loved this hotel.

Nice comfortable rooms. Bathrooms are spacious as well. Dining hall is large enough to seat 40 person at a time. Aesthetically pleasing interiors.

Not perfect but good. Nice rooms but not modern. They are like just more than average. Service is a better than normal. As a whole it's better.

Overall service of hotel marudhar palace is very good. The food of hotel marudhar palace is also good. Easy to find the location of the hotel. It has a large hall in which event like birthday party, freshers party, business meeting and many more are organised. The hall has capacity of upto 200 peoples. And the interior of hotel is also good.

Themselves they say this is a three star hotel but this is a third grade hotel. They will say you will get a complimentary breakfast but when you went to the restaurant there is no breakfast you have to wait you have to order the breakfast and then wait for 40 minutes for the breakfast and they will say there is no guest that's why we do not keep in the Buffet.

Lots time our groups stayed here, Simply one word $$ Amazing $$ Great support from both Mukesh, Rajesh and but obviously staff.

Good place. Station is near, train sound tend to distrub sleep.

The worst stay of my trip. Booked this hotel considering rating on OYO but they do not deserve that. The shower and TV was not working and even after calling multiple times for same they did not even pay attention. The TV started working in mid night all of sudden but the shower did not. They did not even provide drinking water if you do not ask them. On check out I had to argue with them about payment. The breakfast was tasteless. And guess what, while waiting for cab to arrive for pick up found rat in lobby. Have a look. Would not recommend to any one.

I would have rated it 5 stars but the cockroaches in the entire room. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean with good ambience.

All went great. The rooms were decorated very beautifully. Water was cool all time. Lift service and room service were all upto the mark. But, Rooms are a little stuffy!

Clean rooms, good food, wel behaved staff, good lift, they prepare food post you order so it takes little time, very near to Bikaner railway station. 200% recommended.

Gud hotel. I found this hotel at 11 PM night. I was having other family members and luggage at railway station, so they sent vehicle to pick us from Railway station with out any extra fare. When we were leaving that hotel again they left us to Station as we were having plenty of luggage. Normally people help in starting but after leaving hotel it's very less. Rooms were good @1500. Gud hospitality with good staff. No person asked for tips. Very good experience, 10stars, Gud place for family.

The place is reasonably priced and is neat and clean. The service is extremely quick and prompt. Very impressed with the quick service. However the food needs improvement here. The food is very spicy. The taste can bring a unpleasant surprise to some standard dishes like sev tamatar sabji. Phulka Rotis and yellow dal are amazing.
