A rare gem tucked in the city of Phagwara. Excellent service and staff, from the cleaner to the upper management. We were blown away. Food was amazing. Believe me, we travel a lot and I put this hotel amongst my top five list. We were at our wits end at some point struggling to find a venue for my brother's wedding and along came the rescue. Poonam Imperial surpassed all our expections and till today, we are receiving thank yous from our 50 throng strong guests who flew in from all over for the Poonam Imperial experience. I highly recommend this hotel and it's ever so friendly, honest, hardworking and very deserving hotel staff.

This hotel was good and have nice facilities, Clean and tidy, pleasant staff. The hotel is not so expensive and affordable. Located at is NH1 Phaghwara on the main road. Walking distance from Railway station and Bus stand. Food is good and nice ambience, proper lighting in rooms, excellent service. So It's a decent place consider for budget stay and meetings. Food was great and have many options in breakfast. Overall Stay was great.

Well the imperial poonam hotel is one of the most old hotel well known hotel for his quality service. Very good place to hang up with friends and family. A facilities of separate family gathering is also available there. Good place for marriages and birthday occasions. Room rent is quite affordable and food quality is best in the phagwara. Staff is also well educated and sincere.

I have attended a birthday party of my friend. The staff that are serving the food and drinks are very kind and professional. The rooms are very spacious and the part Hall is also spacious and it also had dj and a dance floor.

Went here on Father's day June 17th 2018. Restaurant looks lovely, big menu, fresh watermelon juice, nice food. Service was excellent. Fresh pineapple juice was not sweet and they were out of wine so 4 stars.

It's a decent place with reasonable services for payment. It was a happy experience for me to meet my business partners in that place. I feel, it should be consider for budget friendly stay and meetings.

Beautiful, neat, clean place to dine. While visiting I find courtesy and cleanliness a big challenge. Hence I note. Overly courteous and friendly staff. Good menu. Chef Sunil, add bhindi, arbi and karela. No authentic Punjabi menu is complete w/o it. Few more additions to pickle like garlic and ginger will help well. Recommended.

A decent hotel for the money. Clean, tidy pleasant staff. Until things go wrong, then it's typical Indian excuses and unrealistic timescales. The hot water broke, twenty minutes to fix they said. An hour later, twenty minutes they said, four hours later, twenty minutes they said. Six hours later I went to bed smelly hoping that it would be fixed so all 50 of us could shower before a wedding. Fixed overnight, but nearly 24 hours to fix is not twenty minutes!

Its located on main road. Ambience and food quality is pretty awsome.

Come over from England and was looking for a place that provided good food and was clean. We got that. Great service. And chicken tikka was brilliant. Will return for a full meal with family.

Recent changes in management and also being right on the main road close to shops and restaurants make it a nice place to stay. Clean and safe rooms especially for those out of country.

We really enjoyed on this palace food was very tasty and yummy and on the weekend we went there so we also enjoyed there music which was sung by some talented local singers so all over it was very nice.

Vry nycc place. Nycc food nd better place for get together with family. Dinning was also awsm.
