Zone By The Park Pathankot

Had a night stay at the hotel. This might probably the best in Pathankot but I had few issues with the hotel.
Bottles in room had rust which is just awful when you are claiming you are saving environment while using glass bottle.
While doing Breakfast the milk which they have placed for the cereals had an insect in it and this is weird because I had breakfast as soon as it was started so it was their when they placed it.

I recently stayed in room number 202 at hotel zone had an excellent experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch.
I would highly recommend zone hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff nisha was friendly and helpful, and the room was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place to stay in Pathankot. An extension of Park hotel group, this place is just next to NH 44. Very convenient to reach from highway. Their rooms are quite comfortable, centrally heated and cozy for stay with family. Their restaurant serves very delicious food.

The quality of food is excellent and the rooms are Clean. Breakfast was excellent and we were served by Mr Jaikesh very well.

Ms Jeevan doing very well and helping for guest front office staff Mt Malkit and love, Gahniya was also very cooperative. Mrs Sushma she was very careful towards to their guest.

Awesome dinning services. They treated us so well. All syaff members of dinning amazing. Jaikesh sir treatedus very well. Always he is treated us and all people so lobingly. Taaza taaza tea is available here. Tea stall is amazing traditional. Room service is also very good.

Room environment was very cozy and comfortable. Nice stay. Food quality is also good in hotel. Nice ambience in restaurant and lobby.
Great experience to stay at Zone bt the Park Pathankot. This a very short but very comfortable stay. Kudos to team zone by the park.

Wonderful stay in hotel zone by the park pathankot. Room was very nice specious and clean. Food of the Bazar resturant was very delicious. Spacial the evening dinner I had in the resturant with live music was an awesome. Chef is very careful towards their Guest and their choice. At the time of check in we got all information by front office staff Mr Malkit Singh and Jeevan. They are very polite and have good behaviour staff keep it up 👍I really appreciate them.

The entire experience was wonderful, from the delicious food to the attentive service to the charming ambiance.
We really loved dining at "Bazaar Restaurant".
From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was very well handled.

Nice cosy room. Newly refurbished room, bathroom was cleaned and bad was comfortable. Nice lobby with some sort grand old fashioned decor staffs were very friendly and service were excellent. Housekeeping manager Mr. Vipin and Ms. Nisha was really helpful, They provided us everything at the time of check-in in the room.

Our stay at Hotel Zone was wonderful! Beautiful hotel and very well priced! The service was outstanding. Excellent breakfast! It is so close to the Mountains! Housekeeping team was so friendly Mr. Vipan and Mr. Rohit was very helpful and provided us everything in one time only. Loved it and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Pathetic Service, unresponsive and unprofessional. Worst part is they don't even care about customer satisfaction. As its one of the few branded hotels, Hotel manager just don't care about bad experiences faced by guests. Hotel manager rudely responds to every requests saying he's too busy.

Staff was very friendly, love the way they served us, Room was clean, food was good, egg omelette was very delicious highly recommended, bathroom was little disappointed otherwise, overall very good experience, we will come back again,

Recently I had a visit at Zone by the Park, Pathankot and the ambience they are providing n the vibe is just wow.
I ordered Thai curry which was rich in flavor, with a perfect balance of spicy, sweet, and savory notes. The use of fresh herbs and spices was evident, which gave it an authentic taste.
The curry was presented beautifully, with vibrant colors and a generous portion size. The garnish added a nice touch.
I would like to thank the manager Mr. Anil Thakur for suggesting me this yumilicious dish n Executive Chef Mr. Pankaj for preparing it n presenting it in such a classy manner.
Always a wow experience with them.
Also, they have one signature dish Palak ka halwa which was just fantabulous.
Kudos to team Zone by the Park, Pathankot for giving such a wonderful experience to each n every person visiting their hotel or ordering online.
