Horrible place to be with family. Came with my son for swimming nd dine in. The people were doing all unexpected behaviours smoking around swimming pool. Informed the management and dey replied it is allowed. What I know smoking in public place not allowed. Smoking chambers should be made. And swimming pool is a public place where ppl come with families. Not recommended with family.

One of the best hotels to stay in Ludhiana. Located in the outskirts of the crowed city of Ludhiana and at a close proximity to the the two big shopping malls of Ludhiana makes this even better option while selecting hotels. Food is quite good and the staff is courteous. My visit to this hotel is memorable so highly recommend by me.

We went there to celebrate our daughters bday. Itwas wonderful experience. Food is excellent. Staff members and their hospitality is good. I think they need to have more non veg starters. We would like to visit again.

Overall a very clean and very nice upscale hotel, but your experience depends on the staff member you are dealing with. Some of them are really sweet and stay smiling. And some of them I feel just arent qualified to be in customer service or hospitality. Rooms are fairly big and clean, the linen is of high quality they have a decent, clean gym and the terrace has a sauna, and pool. The buffett is also pretty darn good!

Not the same quality of Hyatt hotels. Staff is clueless and slow. Rooms are big, but need refurbishment. Bathroom showers need cleaning. AC is not very effective. Overall, not the Hyatt experience one would like. However, since not many branded hotels are in Ludhiana, one has no choice but to stay here. At best 2 night stay. Breakfast however is very good with a substantial spread. Food quality is overall very good. Just infrastructure needs proper maintenance.

A beautiful hotel, high level rooms and staff. Food is good and the room service is very fast and useful. I was missing a spa facility — in this level I would have expected to have an option to get some relaxing massage and dip myslef in a bubble bath at the end of a long day. Still, a very good choise with a nice mall right outside the lobby.

I was there to attend medical conference cum lunch. Ambience was awesome, food was good, hospitality also good. Location being on GT road is very easily accessible.

One of the best 5 star hotel in Ludhiana. With eye catching outer looks, the rooms, room service and the hotel staff is excellent. Best for weddings, ceremonies and parties. Food is tasty and fresh. Catering facilities are good. Swimming pool is quite refreshing. Overall, a good place to stay and enjoy in Ludhiana. Although rates are bit on higher side than other hotels but cheaper than Radisson blue. Thumbs up for Hyatt.

Good rooms. Spacious clean. Rooftop swimming pool was attraction to my son though it's a bit small and no separate oil for kids. Restaurant food was enjoyable with fair amount of spreads. Lots of non veg choices. Dessert choices were also huge. In the heart of Ludhiana and nice Hotel to select among. Adjacent to to main road and very easy to locate. Recommended.

Located on the Ferozpur Road near Wave Mall Ludhiana, Hyatt Regency is an excellent luxury stay for people coming to Ludhiana for a trip. The surroundings are good and easily approachable from main centres of the city. Staff is good and polite and service is excellent. My opinion the Best Hotel in Ludhiana.

HYATT REGENCY is a great option to stay in Ludhiyana. It is located at the easily accessible NH95 Ferozepur road and very close to Wave mall for (window) shopping options. The atmosphere  is clean and beautiful; rooms are spacious and luxury. The staffs are friendly and polite. I am satiated with the extraordinary choice of food variety and excellent taste. Hyatt loyalty program would be another good reason to choose your stay here.

Would have given 5 stars because everything was perfect up until my check out. I stayed in room 4015. The hotel staff at reception this morning did not have the full change to give back to me but had the cheek to ask if I don't mind ignoring the 6 rupees change. 6 rupees is really nothing but it's the principle of asking for it to be ignored. It's not something I have experienced in any other 5 star hotel. Apart from that, it was great.

Amazing staff wonderful service. Beautiful hotel close to everything super easy to get an ola lift from hotel location — not so easy in other areas of ludhiana. Really enjoyed my stay.

Entrance is not that appealing. Location is good. Lobby looked fine for a 5 star property. Staff is courteous and friendly. Coffee was good, dining area is spacious and well kept.

We stayed at the hotel booked it on the counter for 2 nights, 2 rooms paid all in advance for 2 rooms and 2 nights, due to some urgency we had to travel back after one night. 2 rooms and 1 night was pending with them. After regular follow up there was no solution and final gave up to the hotel stating that it seems they have no intentions to pay. From Brand like Hyatt this wasn't expected. Hope to get some solution Thanks Deep.

Lavish & best breakfast. Rooms & bathroom are fine but they need better air circulation when not in use or closed for days. Staff is friendly but not ready for outside guests.

Had a bit of a mix up initially but Ravneet Gurm, Dhruv and the team here turned that experience around to a very positive one. The team at the hotel was very engaged in finding a resolution to the problem. I will definitely recommend this place to people traveling in the area and also come back myself. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Went to this Hyatt for the first time but was amazed thoroughly. Have never seen such service in any of the other Hyatt or equivalent hotels. You will not see anywhere else that every staff member is Soo actively not only serving you but making sure you are having good time.

Attended a wedding function… The property is built beautifully and staff is also very supportive.

Large, clean modern rooms. Excellent and varied amenities within the hotel including roof top terrace and pool. Also a well equipped gym by hotel standards. Meals at the restaurant were good. Staff were eager to please to the point of being intrusive but were very pleasant. Would stay again.

I really felt that I was in my second home, all staff very kind and generous, they make big effort with us specially Mohet Sharma, Atish and of course Chef Suresh who makes a super testy noodles and super breakfast buffet to start your day happy, thank you all to make my first visit to india so special, we will never forget you all.

Too much marble in the room. Carpet in the room has stains all over. Called for luggage service twice and no one showed up. We ended up carrying our luggage ourself and at the checkout counter guy wanted to carry my luggage to the car. We refused and did not want to tip them for poor service. Restaurant experience on the other hand was great. Good food and service.

We received a warm welcome and found a sofa, table and chairs with chess set laid out in the corridor outside our room. Our bed was comfortable and the room was very clean and bright. This hotel really does add those ‘little touches’ that make an ordinary meal seem so much more. It is because of these touches (and loads more) that make me give this hotel 3 stars – will definitely be back! Thank you.

3rd class behaviour of the staff, I've been here many times for family dinners and have loved the place but this was the first time that I didn't like being there, the staff was not at all cooperative. First of all we were not attended by anyone for the first 15 mins of being there, after that we were not served food nicely. The waiter was not hospitable enough and we though asked them to charge for mini buffet which included starters, salad and desert which was all that we had eaten up even then the bill included full buffet charges also for the children who were below 8 they charged full buffet. I think it was only becoz of the new management that we suffered, though the bill charged was wrong even then the attendent showed attitude as if he was the sole owner of the hotel. I would really appreciate if hyatt trys to contact me any attend to my query.

The lobby is good. In terms of hospitality they start taking care from the time you enter. Rooms are great for dual occupancy. Mind it they have spend quite a decent amount of money in the making of the hotel. Brunch is great, specially the bakes are the one you should definitely look out for.

Poor Receptionist. Non sense method to book on there customer service number first. I don't understand why they don't take walk-in. Soo stupid.

Just looking for good hotels in Ludhiana and felt happy to found hyatt, but got really pathetic response when called for booking. Helpdesk assistant transferred the call to room reservation for which call was on hold for 10 mins and no one picked up and I got this service all the time (3 times) I called. Last time when I called, I clearly informed front office guy to transfer the call to concern team and inform them to pick up the call but no luck. I have one advise, hyatt group should hire some more staff so that each and every customers call could be attended. Thanks for the wonderful service Hyatt, LUDHIANA.

Had lunch on 4th. Paneer tikka. It was sponge like paneer, feel sorry to have had such a low grade quality paneer at place like this. I am sure I wasn't eating at road side dhabba. Tea. Too strong, can't recall when was the last time I had such a horrible experience with tea… It wasn't made in India style, too much water and less of taste. Coffee… I have had coffee all over the world but never had extremely strong coffee in past, though was't bad but really does it have to be this strong. Management really need to retrospect on food quality.

I would recommend this hotel to all, who plan to visit Ludhiana, whether it is for work/ leisure. For us it was a nightmare in the Ludhiana because of the terrible weather. Entering Hyatt Regency was heaven. Well maintained, chilled and luxurious room with very good tariff. The bed and the shower was great relief for us from the exhaustive humid weather of Ludhiana. The hotel well located with a Mall next door. Last but not the least, very warm and pleasantly serving hotel staffs.

It's been a perfect experience. Well priced and superb food! Would love to stay again. A perfect Hyatt experience. Smiles all the way.

When you enter this hotel, it is obvious that this hotel is great in itself. Great amenities, excellent food options and a great vibe. Although, if you are travelling for business, this hotel can be a slightly distracting with all the visitors to the restaurants, specially to mention Kitchen @ 95 in the evening. The restaurants in this hotel are trademarks in Ludhiana. The services were fantastic. Front desk, concierge and restaurants were all superb.

My stay at Hyatt in Ludhiana gave me home like comfort on a business trip. It is clichéd to say a home away from home experience, but that's what the hotel has to offer. Like all other Hyatt hotels, the décor is contemporary and subtle. The rooms are quite spacious and equipped with all facilities that you would require on a business trip. The housekeeping and food n beverage staff is professional and well spoken. The breakfast is the show stealer and fresh fruit juices are really fresh while chefs preparing eggs to order make your day with the awesome egg preparations. Overall the best place to stay in Ludhiana and not too pricey as well.

The hotel is perfect for stay. Its a beautiful property, with good staff and a great atmosphere. It was a great pleasure to have stayed there, has extremely warm staff.

Have visited the place couple of times and indeed very impressive. Immaculately clean, excellent location, great ambiance and a wonderful place to savor some gourmet food! A great place for business meetings. The dining area offers a variety of cuisines.
