Detached beddings very uncomfortable. Reception staff highly unprofessional at providing solution regarding the concern.

Nice clean rooms but more toiletries should be provided. There was a party in the hall with loud music playing well beyond midnight. It was only after repeated calls to the reception and a threat to call the police was the music stopped around 0:45 am. Otherwise food is good both in dinner buffet as well as breakfast. My stay was only for around 12 hours and so more facilities could not be explored. A nice place to visit and stay if there is no party in the hall.

Book a suite room… Nice specious room. Good service, Food was Tasty. Breakfast variety was awesome. Swimming pool is for kids only. Overall nice experience.

Excellent hotel. Great service. Very good place to stay. I had a complaint regarding the air conditioning but it was resolved quickly. The Manager personally apologized.

I stayed here for 3 days to attend a wedding and I liked it very much. Nice rooms and services, and moreover the food is delicious.

Right outside city. Easily accessible to various points in city. Nice and cooperative staff. Good buffet options. Would suggest suit room for a family with kids. Would visit again if ever stay in jalandhar again.

Good Room. But check out experience need improvement. Little slow. Food is good but service is slow.

The place is warm and the staff is understanding. The food is very delicious. Though there is great service, a few improvements are certainly required. For instance, in my room, it is impossible to change the room temprature and the door is always automatically locked when I am inside. Despite of a few problems, my stay has been quite pleasant and satisfactory.

The hospitality of the hotel is so good. So are the people. Cleanliness is maintained. A stay which is truly at home.

Have no kids Zone, No arrangement for Spa or Massage. Gym facility is there. Food is a concern to me as they prepare the food like European style and not Indian style and they have very less items on their Menu for Vegies. Which is a limitation as per my view. Other things like Neat and Cleanliness is never a question in Sarovar Portico generally. Rest everything else is Good…

Got a Suite due to unavailability of twin bed rooms so can't complain much. The beds were super comfy and the bath was just as elegant. The room service is good but a little slow. The toiletries were good not leaving much to be asked of room service.

A nice and comfortable stay. Staat is very courteous. Food is also good from quantity till quality. Rooms are clean and tidy. Try to get your room in the 3rd floor pool facing. Buffet breakfast is also good. Go and book your room.

I hv been to sarovar group many time due to my business trips. Sarovar portico jalandhar is like same as other hotels of this group. This hotel is spacious rooms, food is average, staff is cooperative, security and parking team is awesome. I feel pricing is bit higher as best western and ambessador is near by and they grab more customers coz of pricing. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Its is near to bsf chownk, jalandhar, punjab. Rooms are really apreciably built up and the service is really good.

They given me stay on 5th floor without mats in lobby which was new under construction… I asked for cappuccino coffee from their raesturant and he said they have simple coffee only at this time.

This is ordinary hotel at high room rents. Staff is not well behaved. Not a very good experience. At the cost what they offer you can have better options. Just rooms and no other amenities.

I just gave 3 star for accomodation & atmosphere. But their staff behaviour too poor & unprofessional. What happened that time, staff ate our ordered cake and they did not tell us. We were wait for one hour for a cake…

Hotel was great in looking. The staff was very polite. And there everything was good.

New building. Swimming pool also there. Excellent rooms. You can also book through various mobile apps like Goibibo, etc.

Staff showed good hospitality. Received a warm welcome at the hotel. Kids simply loved the swimming pool, though it is a small pool.

Nice comfortable stay situated on the highway. The staff is ery courteous, the design and architect in rooms is pleasing and the food is awesome. ए especially multi basketed multi cuisine like North Indian, american, sourh Indian. Chicken nuggets, french toasts and stuffed pranthas are fantastic but chole bhature require a complete revamp and tea varieties need to increased viz jasmine, english, darjeeling etc.
Overall superb stay. Would love to repeat many time.

Last night we experienced worst ever couple's kitty party in 17 years in Srover portico jalandhar. Tortured with poorest service, cold snacks and worse drinks ever. Pathetic taste of food made our stomach upset. We r even thinking of launching complaint to food & supply department to get check their food quality. Not even a single thing to admire.

Very bad food at Engagement party that I attended last night… water was served in glass crockery… very bad quality of snacks that too served with tight hands… maincourse dinner was also average… sweet dishes below average…, Only ambience was good.
